Make an invoice online free for Public Relations

[Music] all right welcome back ladies and gentlemen to the Chupacabra tutorials Channel I'm your host Larry and we're back for another tutorial here today taking a look at a free invoice creator which is literally just called free invoice builder com which allows you to quickly generate an invoice to send to a client if for whatever reason you're not at your normal computer you're in a pinch and don't want to fight around reinstalling stuff for whatever reason this will let you easily and quickly generate an invoice so you can get paid for your services and I've checked out a few of these I like this one specifically of all the other free invoice makers I've found because this one's simple it's clean it's in a nice little layout for it's easy to read and you can also upload your logo if you are so inclined so we're just going to click on create free invoice and the first thing we can do is go up here and say I'd like to add my logo so people can know that I'm a fancy person so let's go in here to my YouTube files to my channel graphics and let's throw up my 500 pixel logo and that'll just upload real fast and then sit there at the top of our invoice you can do your logo you can do watermark you can do just like a little tagline or you don't even need to really put this in at all because all of your business information is going to be down here so you add you know who is this being sent from well it's being sent from me Larry so I'll go ahead and enter that real quick so I'll just set that as my details since I don't really need people to know where I actually live and then you would add your client information here I already created one called catering Naomi which is actually kind of Handy it's like it remembers people whose invoices that you've set before that's actually really useful this will say this is going to be due next month on July 27th they have a month to pay us this is invoice number one and this is generated today June 27th 2019 and then what am I gonna say they are paying us for we did a top five video we made one of them for them at a rate of let's say cost them three hundred dollars of video I don't know what tax does not include tax it will say like one ultra cool cat video and what we let's say we made like ten of those and those are like a hundred fifty bucks apiece because all I'm doing is sitting on my couch and recording cats and now we have our invoice basically we can add some things like invoice terms please make all checks payable to Larry and his awesome self and you could put like what your website is if you don't want to put it up here at the top like say like youtube.com slash see Larry Chupacabra which is my gaming channel and then we could say save it which we'll want you to make an account or you can also save it and just download it without an account and then this will just allow you to save this to your computer as just a generic PDF and then once you download it it should look a little something like this it should have all the stuff you put in although whatever reason it didn't like my JPEG so maybe just don't bother with the logo if you use this one it also didn't seem to like it when I made a second line to add my YouTube channel but for the rest of this for the rest of just being able to quickly build somebody put in their details and send it and it looks like it's from you it's got all your information this is not a terrible solution I like this one a little better because some of the other ones are kind of old and janky and don't really work the way I would expect and it kind of required a lot more time and then beyond this you'd probably want to look at a solution that would be like an online invoicing service those are really nice because they let you build someone directly and they can just send you a bill payment via a credit card to your account that you hook up with them I really like those they'll also automatically remind people that you need to be paid for your services or else oh no more work will you know proceed in the future and yeah that's it really I'll put the link this one in the video description below it's a quick and free invoicing tool to send someone a bill I hope you've enjoyed don't freak like and subscribe and I'll catch you next time bye everybody and have a good one
