In connection with the Note , Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D, each executed a personal Guaranty. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for the obligations under the Note and Guaranties. 8. Defendant A went into default under the terms of the Note on or about _________________________________ (date) and remains in default. 9. By letter dated _______________________________ (date) Plaintiff notified Defendant A that he was in default under the terms of the Note and demanded that he cure the default. He failed to do so.
