all right this is Sean and Blanca we're going to show you how to sign offer or a listing contract on an e signs called authentic I'm first off you're gonna get an invitation to view and sign documents it looks like that just click on it you'll see a big icon here this works on a phone or on the PC or Mac and a tablet you open that up it's gonna let you review all the documents and I have pre-selected where you need to sign and it's super easy there's only one part where people get mixed up with and I'll show you that coming up in just a second if this ever loads first of all when you open up for the very first time you're going to have to create a password and your email will be your username and you will also be prompted to create a font or you could select a draw you could draw your signature with the Emma with the mouse or if you're on a tablet with your finger most the time people just choose a font that resembles their signature and let's see what this thing is doing here we go so here like I said you can draw or you can select the font style I chose this one and I will click accept and sorry this is cut off a bit but basically you can take your time and review the documents as long as you would like calls with any questions when you're ready to start you simply click start and it will be it'll bring you right to the signature spot simply click on it and you'll bring you to the next one that's an initial spot there we go now here's where it becomes a little tricky on a phone it is very difficult to click this little complete signing but you have to click complete it'll drop down you have to try to click it right here after that you will see you have been you know successful and you are all done it will send both of us a confirmation that the signing has been a success so that's it talk to you soon
