What are the best productivity tools on the web?
What does productivity mean to you? We’re all expert procrastinators whether we like to admit it or not, the digital age has created an abundance of distractions that can keep you from focusing on important things, all day long if it comes down to it. Even the subject of productivity tools comes down to a single factor — it’s all designed for mental discipline training, because even though these tools exist and they’re useful to be more disciplined at your work, they’ll only be as good as the user himself. For: All-In-One OrganizationProofHubProofHub lets you stay in ultimate control of your projects, remote teams and clients even when you are on the go. Aside from giving team member the ability to manage and collaborate projects in real-time, the other big reason for choosing ProofHub is its super simple and brings everything under one roof. ProofHub is as simple as you want it to be (clean UI, to-do lists, project planning, group chat, review deign files, project reporting), but also as advanced as they sometimes need it to be (assign custom roles, white labeling. multilingual, time tracking, private tasks, complex multi-milestone projects, large remote team, n number of tasks). For: Social Media MastermindsBufferBuffer makes it extraordinarily easy to share web articles via social media without headache and hassle. Simply log into Buffer, connect social media accounts, and schedule specific content sharing times. When you’re out and about surfing the web and see an article you know your followers will love, hit the Buffer bookmarklet button and Buffer will throw that article into your queue, which it will then share at one of your designated share times.Buffer helps promote great content across the web and helps you store and share content so you don’t cram articles down the throats of your followers all at once.IFTTTIFTTT, standing for If This Then That, lets you craft “recipes” that allow for various apps and services to connect and work together. For example, I can create an IFTTT recipe that automatically uploads my Instagram photos to my Google Drive account. Create awesome integration with zero programming experience! If you can think it, you can IFTTT it.IFTTT can be utilized in endless combinations, and not just with regards to social media. However, social media users will find this an essential tool in their social shed. For: CopywritingODesk / ELanceSometimes the best man for the job is someone who is not you. Heck, probably pretty often the best man for the job isn’t you. Maybe because you aren’t even a man; maybe you’re a carrot. Who knows? If you need to get going with blogging content (and trust me, you do, because everyone does), then ODesk and ELance are decent places to start. These sites are free to sign up with, then you provide them with 10% of each payment per project. Alternatively, scour LinkedIn for freelancers. Usually you can get a decent assessment of a freelancer’s skill level by checking out their profile and doing a little digging. Whichever path you take, just remember that copy can’t be done single-handedly, so don’t be afraid to hire out some help.HemingwayBack when I was compiling a list of the best content marketing tools, one WordStream commenter (thanks Nicole!) made a suggestion of trying out Hemingway – it’s a great little tool that checks your grammar and highlights potential sentence danger zones as you write. Give it a type! For: News & Blog JunkiesPodkickerIf you’re a podcast addict, you’ll want a podcast app to help you organize your subscriptions. I’ve been using Podkicker for years and really enjoy its simple, easy-to-use interface. It’s free, but you can also update to Podkicker Pro (to get rid of ads) for $2.PocketPocket is a sweet little app that lets you save awesome content (articles, images, videos, etc.) to check out later.Picture this: you’re surfing around researching and see a fun article about the all-time best Pokemon (Arcanine, duh). Hit the Pocket button in your bookmark toolbar and the article will go straight to your Pocket. Pocket syncs across devices so you that later on you can read those fun articles and watch YouTube videos of mini pot-bellied pigs during the train ride home.

Why do British people prefer to use "ae" instead of "e" in words like "haemoglobin"?
Because we spell it as it should be. Ligatures, like ‘æ’ and ‘œ’ are pronounced differently to ‘a’, ‘e’, or ‘o’ on their own… and slightly differently from ‘ae’ and ‘oe’ as separate letters. In fact, ‘æ’ and ‘œ’are considered as separate individual letters, in the same way as accented and modified letters (like à, á, â, é, è, ï, ø, ô, ß, ü, ñ, ç, č, š, etc.) are in other languages… some of which have made their way into English as in ‘naïve’, café, ‘resumé’ (to differentiate it from ‘resume’) and ‘clientèle’.US English seems to be particularly lazy about spelling different words differently (we’ll use a ‘cheque’ to pay for something, but we ‘check’ the quality of the item - I hope we’re all educated enough describe someone born in Prague or Brno as being Czech.)I’m not sure whether America modified the spelling to match a common mispronunciation of words, or whether the American pronunciation followed the changes in spelling made by that illiterate idiot, Webster. - For example ‘pædophile’ is pronounced in America as ‘ped’ (to rhyme with red) ‘o’ ‘file’. Elsewhere, the ‘æ’ is pronounced as a sound halfway between a short ‘a’ and a short ‘e’ (separately written, as ‘ae’, the paired letters should be pronounced as halfway between a long ‘a’ and a ‘long ‘e’). The ‘œ’ ligature and ‘oe’ pairing follows the same guidelines. ‘Fœtus’ or ‘fetus’, and ‘mediæval’ or ‘medieval’ are other examples. How do Americans spell the few words adopted into English which are given different spellings to reflect their gender? (as many words are in other languages)… I refer to words like ‘fiancé’ (male) and ‘fiancée’ (female), or ‘blond’ (male), and ‘blonde’ (female). Does American English differentiate?

What are the best productivity tools?
My TOP list is as follows:1. Time tracking tool - ClockifyI like Clockify – it’s very simple, you create a task, you start tracking your time, you stop when you’re done, AND you can also check how much time you spent weekly on each working task.3. To do list – Trello boardsThe next tool I LOVE is Trello. This is a perfect one for outlining your day to day tasks, your future tasks, mapping out your ideas, sharing them with your team members, and so on.4. G Suite. No comments - couldn’t do without it.5. CalendlyIF you have a large number of meetings daily.6. Project management toolThroughout my years in IT I have met and used different PM tools, like Jira, YouTrack, Asana, and TeamGantt. What saved your marriage?
A surgical procedure, trust me.We had an arranged married in 2010 and even after 3 of years of marriage; our sex life had issues. Which has also caused unnecessary friction in our marital life.It was primarily due to the fact that I had a condition wherein it caused pain while having intercourse resulting in no orgasm/ejaculation. I could never have sex for more than a minute due to pain (Yes it happened all this while, I was a prude guy and always thought that there was nothing wrong with me which prevented me from consulting a doctor). After 3 years of bad sex life and being childless due to my fault, wife left me and went back to her hometown. Due to some pressure from her parents regarding children; she broke down and told them that I’m impotent and couldn’t have sex properly. Her parents had a very orthodox mindset. Now they were considering divorce (since I’m supposedly impotent in their view) and a humiliation within my family, friends and relatives was in the offing. One day my mom had a mild fever (the greatest thing ever happened in my life), I took her to a local clinic and the doctor noticed me sitting dejected. He asked me if there is anything wrong, I spoke my heart out and told him everything regarding my sex life and how it’s now causing turbulence in my marriage. He took me to a room and asked all sorts of questions, like; does it erect fine, what happens when you insert your penis. Finally, he made me take off my pants, analyzed my penis’ structure and confirmed that I have a very minor condition called ‘Phimosis’ which can be fixed with circumcision (a surgical procedure). He was optimistic that it’ll help my sexual life as well. Spent 8000 rupees on the surgery (the best that I’ve ever spent on).Post the surgery (she doesn’t know at this time I had a surgery), I visited my wife after 2 months at her hometown to convince her to come back into my life, we’ve had heated argument and my wife finally said I’ll see if I can try convincing my parents about this, but she was giving me signs that our marriage might end sooner or later.Same night, we had a steamy make-up sex, enjoyed it thoroughly and whoa! For the first time I ejaculated inside her (one positive sign of the surgery, but I was still not sure if everything is good), returned to my home the next day. After a couple of months, I see my wife knocking at the door at 10:00pm and as soon as I saw her I had a bad feeling that her parents want us to be separated forever. She was silent for a while, took a shower and told me that she was hungry, I’ve ordered a pizza for her.She initiated the conversation by saying that my parents have certainly said mean things behind your back, tarnished your image and I extremely apologize this has happened. Finally she gave the most wonderful news in my life “I’m Pregnant” and words cannot express my joy that night. We cuddled and slept that night, she went on to deliver a healthy baby boy.I love my kid so much and pamper him a lot to this day; he’s the reason that fixed our marriage, he happened to be the grease between two rusty wheels you know. And one day when he grows up, I’ll certainly tell him this part of my life and make him understand how important he is to me.We’re expecting another baby this year and I hope it’ll be a girl (just to complete the circle). So, yeah, all you folks out there; never ever be shy or embarrassed about a situation in your life, always try taking advice from an expert.Who knows what could’ve happened had I not told the doctor about my condition that day, maybe ended up in a divorce and later if I had known that I had a very benign condition would’ve devastated me for life.A few things in life happen for a reason.

What can I learn in one minute that will be useful for the rest of my life?
* Sometimes, girls don't need advice, they just want someone to listen. * Don't be the guy who tells a kid that Santa Claus doesn't exist. * Grammar is sexy. * ***If you owe a friend money, pay them back before you start spending on yourself. * *Never trust someone who always takes forever to text you back, but is always texting "someone" when you're around them. * At least once in your life, have a job that you don't do for the money. * If you want your kids to trust you with anything, don't overreact when they do tell you. * The handsome, royal gentleman/the gorgeous, intelligent woman that you want to find so hard, won't be in the nightclubs. * Take her somewhere different. Movies and dinners are played out. She wants to tell her friends great stories. (Thank you, ladies.) * **Now that you've decide where to take her on a date, don't kill it by giving her roses. Give her an orchid. Girls love orchids. * **Girls, if a boy asks you out or proposes to you, and you're not interested in him, tell him nicely. Don't create a scene out of it. * *Choose any day and treat it like a Valentine's Day. Just ask her out ... before someone else does. * **If you can't make her your wife, don't make her a mother. Remember Jon Snow from GOT? * **You can't be old and wise if you were never young and crazy. Live your life. * **Being in a beautiful relationship %3E Being single %3E%3E%3E%3E Being in a shitty relationship. * *Winning an argument isn't worth losing a bro(1). * *Fall in love with someone's eyes. It's the one thing that never changes. Well done, Shakira(2). * ***If you don't understand an article on Wikipedia, change 'en.Wikipedia.org' to 'simple.Wikipedia.org'. A much simpler and clearer version will be available. * *Don't wait for something bad to happen for you to become a good person. * ***Your children follow your example, not your advice. Be the kind of person you want them to be. * *Be an adult when you have to be, be a kid when you can be. * Never lie to your doctor. * Chrome freezes and you can't close a tab? Press 'Shift+Esc', Chrome has its own Task Manager. * Unless you're in the first row at a concert, don't try to record it with your phone. The video and audio would be crap and you'll never watch it again. * Be careful what you wish for. Remember Simba? He couldn't wait to become the new king ... his Dad got kissing dealt with. * "No matter what you do in this life, it won't be legendary unless your friends are there to see it." - Barney Stinson, HIMYM * Spend time with your Father as often as you can. You'll miss Him when you can't anymore. * ***You know, those times in life where you have a grand thought, a fantasy, a wild gesture, a silly prank, anything really, anything that peaks your senses and makes you feel like you are living? If so, then take advantage of such moments. When your brain is telling you to call it a night, but your heart says to keep going, listen to your heart and do something new, do something fun, do something legendary and your brain will thank you for it later. You're welcome. * ***"You're given one little spark of madness, you must not lose it." - Robin Williams Most of the aforementioned advices are from various sources, some are from me. (I wish to be someone's wingman.) Footnote: (1) A girl can be a bro, bro. (2) Shakira married Pique. Pique, who? The most handsome footballer (according to me). P.S. Want more? I have a bevy. Edit (*): Initially, there were 13 (my most favourite number) advices as a part of this answer, I added six more (to make it 19, one of my favourite numbers). Want more? :p Edit 2 (**): Added five more, to make it 24 (another favourite number). Want more? Edit 3 (***): Added five more, to make it 29 (another favourite number).

What can I learn/know right now in 10 minutes that will be useful for the rest of my life?
Don't stop watching pornYes, if you stop watching you will watch more. Many answers I have seen that saying “ don't watch porn”Instead reduce it, if you are watching porn 2 times a day first reduce it to one Time and do masturbate one Time, after that don't think of porn that day. Do this for 7days to 30days.After 30 days you can watch porn 4 times in a week, Sunday is must. do it for same 7–30days which is comfortable for you.2 months over now you can watch porn weekly twice same Sunday is must.By this you are less addicted to porn you can get enough time to do something better .Or you can do some productive work from the time which you have saved from watching porn.Productive means you can read books..It takes lot of Time to finish one book,so you can listen to audiobook . You can get audiobook in YouTube for freeI recommend you to read rich dad poor dadAfter reading the book you will get addicted to it. If you are Indian and can't understand foreign English you can get audiobook in Hindi also. There is a channel named “hind audiobook" which I m referring. In less than 10 minutes you learnt how the technique how to get reduction from addiction of porn happy watching porn.Suggestions will be welcomed!

How do you become strong as a person?
December 2017I had quit my content writing job and joined a new startup with a close friend. I had just proposed to my long time girlfriend and life was perfect. I was in my comfort zone and I was content in being normal in my small little world. I was a popular author, people looked upto me and I was satisfied with my writing ventures as well.In a week after Christmas, I had been cheated by two people I trusted the most. My close friend had lied to me all along about his company and his investments. He had taken a huge amount from me and a few others. He declared he is bankrupt, and needed time to return the money. I had taken a loan to give him the money and had to pay huge interests to the money lender if he didn’t return the money. My girlfriend cheated on me with her best friend. Within a week, I had lost everything. Financial and emotional stability vanished from my life.I was on sleeping pills, consuming alcohol, ignoring food for almost two weeks past the new year. Then, I saw one picture on my friend’s feed.My squadron, Delta in National Defence Academy. The building I had spent three years as a cadet and had vowed to make proud when I passed out.I asked myself what am I right now?Court Martialled due to mental instability. Jobless, heartbroken and broke. My degree was inconsequential but I had skills. I decided to wait for my close friend to get back with the money he had promised.I had excuses to give up but I ignored every excuse that came my way, because I remembered this building every single time.I was emotionally too weak but the vivid image of the building in my mind pushed me. I pushed myself to be normal, to be a person beyond all the sadness that had surrounded me.I started freelancing. I started writing my 3rd book. Whatever money I made, I used it to travel and blog about it. Three months into it, I realised the money was never coming back. He was still lying.I decided to look out for a job on the go and recognised that I need certain sense of achievements to regain my lost self confidence. I kept freelancing on weekdays and rode on my bike on weekends to write reviews and blogs for clients. Travelling was my biggest healing method.I took up challenges on bikes and started doing them every month. I got a certification of being a Life Coach because I realised whatever clarity I had got slowly in my life, needed to be shared.I was blamed for molesting a pseudo feminist on various platforms but I didn’t reply. I was too busy executing my own plans, and there was no fault of mine. I was trolled, hated and abused on various platforms because of the same but my priorities were set. I was not ready to divulge from them.My close friend never came back with the money, and the amount was pretty huge.I took up a bank loan to clear the debt I had. Banks have a lower rate of interest. I published my third novel, then a self memoir, and then a book for Defence aspirants. Through all this, I didn’t stop interacting with students in colleges across the world. I talked about my experiences in the past one year. I started talking about the psychology of a broken heart, a loser and emphasised the fact that it takes just a moment to change the mindset.Everytime it felt like a burden, everytime I felt sad, everytime I wanted to stop and cry, I saw the picture of this building. Delta squadron, everything I have done since the time I have come out of services, is to keep the sanctity of this place so that no one can ever say that a cadet from this building turned out to be a loser.I never gave up because I was not ready to give up easily and even if I fail again, I will still not give up because I believe that is not an option.I have done and achieved so much this year that I have transformed whatever amounts of frustration I had into creativity and adventure. It is not possible to be a strong person all the time. It is okay to be weak at time from time to time. What is important is to know the answer to “ Why do we do what we do?”My answer was to not let down my squadron building. What is yours? What is your “Why?”My WHY has led to 2 Amazon chartbusting books, more than 70 students successfully counselled for SSB, more than 100 clients as a Life Coach, more than 10,000 kilometres across India on a bike, unlimited talks and lectures in colleges, 3 Tedx talks and I still feel there is a long way to go.For what I was last December, happy in my comfort zone, I need to thank everyone who cheated and left me else I would have been just another man.The best way to be strong is to thank your failures and find your “Why” day after day after day after day. People will put you down , they will tell you you’re not worth it, everytime someone says that, forgive them and take a vow to prove them wrong by your actions. Anger and frustration should be burned and turned into achievements.Don’t believe in excuses and you will be half way there, to being the strongest there is! If you never try, you will never know how strong you are and I am not telling you this to show you how brave I am, I am telling this to you because if I can, so can anyone in this world. And realise that even if someone hates you, it is because they can neither be you, nor can they be as strong as you are.Be strong and never give up!
