Now that China has vetoed the fourth attempt to declare Masood as terrorist, how should India proceed?
India needs to turn to Vietnam. When it comes to arms exports, India, despite being one of the world's largest arms importer, remains a country which has also developed some highly sophisticated defense products which have solicited tremendous demand from nations like UAE and Vietnam and several other South Eastern Tigers.UAE has expressed a great deal of interest in procuring the Indian AKASH missiles, while several ASEAN nations, and especially Vietnam have lately been engaged in high level discussions with Government of India for procuring BRAHMOS and AKASH missile defense systems to deploy them against the Chinese might in the South China Sea.[1]It’s important to them because China has been hegemonically usurping the maritime territory off the other South East Asian peers by pushing its warships, destroyers and jets farther and farther, taking over islands claimed by others, and also building artificial ones in the seas claimed by others.Vietnam is one of the nations which have suffered the most because of these aggressive acts of China, and needs better defenses to defend what it claims to be its own land and sea. The problem is , firstly, not many nations have such advanced missile systems to defend against China, and second, not every nation with such sophisticated weaponry would be okay about going against China and selling weapons to its adversaries in today's times.Ergo, Vietnam and other ASEAN nations are ready buyers. However, despite so much of interest and demand for BRAHMOS and AKASH missiles, India has to this very day remained silent on those deals, taking no step forward. Why?Because India has always maintained its position to not engage in export of any weaponry which could escalate tensions in any region. Thus, when it comes to arms exports, India has always restricted itself to export of armaments which are very low value products and don't provide any signNow strength or deterrence in geopolitical sense to the buying nations. Missiles do.When you read headlines like "India successfully inducts missiles with 5000 KM range which can hit Shanghai" you take notice, and you feel proud. And, if you are China or Pakistan, you straighten your back, sit up, flex your eyes and read that headline again.Basically, you begin to pay attention. That's the impact a credible missile system can have on your enemy. It raises the costs of irritating someone who was until now weaker than you. It makes the enemy reassess your capabilities against theirs. So far India has not been selling its high-grade missile systems to the adversaries of China, while China continues to be one of the biggest arms exporters to Pakistan, India's pesky and belligerent neighbour. Also, many of these very weapons then end up being used to safeguard the terror bastions led by the likes of Masood Azhar and Hafiz Saeed in areas like Balakot and Chitkoli. So how about India giving China a taste of its own medicine? How about India arming and strengthening Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia, with top-notch missile systems that they don't have today, greatly need and want, and India has readily available? Now that would surely attract China's attention and interest, unnerve it a little and bother it a bit more, maybe enough for President Xi Jinping to dial PM Modi and ask what what would India take to stop partaking in such deals with China's adversaries! That is a solid move India can pursue to make China either consider allowing the UN ban on Masood Azhar, or to make China covertly push Pakistani Army and its proxy Government to crackdown on the activities of Masood Azhar and other monsters it is harbouring. Its time India played the geopolitical game the way other players are playing it. Its time to up the ante. Its time to raise the cost for China, if it chooses to not heed to the Indian call to unleash a cumulative effort in defeating terror in all its forms. The cost of choosing condemnation over cooperation. Period.I hope this answer added some perspective to the extant narrative.Related: What are your views on China again blocking the UNSC proposal to blacklist Masood Azhar as a global terrorist for the fourth time ?Note: My book ‘Redemption of a Son’ is available exclusively on Amazon.Signing off,Shilanjan_/\_Footnotes[1] Made in India missiles big hit! What is your investment strategy?
I am considering four types of investments (one is actually insurance) here. I earn around 1 Lac per month.CryptosI research on them and buy undervalued tokens. I would cap my investment to a maximum of 2.5–3 Lac here. I have already invested 1.6 which currently values at around 6 Lac. I expect them to rise to 20+ Lac by 2018 end.StocksI have analyzed over 300 stocks fundamentally. I have classified them into three categories. Portfolio Grade stocks (those who have given good returns in last 10 years and are fundamentally good companies) in which I would be investing continually and would not sell them until I see serious management/business issues.Momentum Grade stocks (those that can give good returns in the quarter), I would stay invested in them for a period of 3 months at least. These stocks usually would be 50% of short term investments.Potential Multibaggers that I consider less risky. 35% of the capital reserved for short term investments would go into it. I may hold them for at least one year unless there occurs some serious business concerns.Risky multibaggers/Turn around Stocks. Yes, because I want to face some loss to verify my researches. They may also give gain. Remaining capital for short term investments would go into this.I would re-balancing last three categories every quarter.I have also made a list of few penny stocks (usually less than Rs. 10). I will allot a small amount to them and leave them to grow. It is highly risky but I already consider that money as lost.Mutual FundsI do a SIP of Rs. 18000 per month. It is diversified into three categories.Rs. 6000 in small cap, Rs. 6000 in ELSS and Rs. 6000 in Large Cap/Diversified equity funds. Also, in case of market falls considerably, I would be investing lump sum amounts in consistently performing equity funds. I have not set any amount for it. It would depend upon availability of free cash. Once these lump sum investments signNow 5–10 Lac, I would reduce the burden of SIPs, break a few funds, may take a small loan or withdraw from PF and would consider buying a home. I think I could meet this target in 10 years.I will buy a term insurance cover of 2 Crores.Lastly, I would be investing a lot of time in books. I aim to read 50+ non fiction books every year. I started late this year (in May) and have completed 30. I mostly read on economics, politics, human evolution, biographies/autobiographies, theology and technology.EditSomeone in the comments asked me about income. He told me it would be too much and seems impossible. First of all, its an investment strategy. May be I would not be able to invest so much. Secondly, the answer was written with a view that wealth building is possible even if your monthly income is low. It is all about your spending habits.I earn around 110K(thousand) per month. I divide it like this:10K - Rent and Electricity Bill3K - Ration and Vegetables (Advantage of living in shared apartment)1.5K - Maid for cooking and cleaning0.5K - Internet0K - For commute Since my company provides Uber for Business for free./0.3K - Mobile Bill per month1.0K - Food/Snacks in office3K - other household expenses on average basisThis leaves me with around 90K per month for investment. I divide it as:18K SIP (Mutual Fund SIP part achieved)10K Personal Loan EMI (I took it when I was captivated by consumerism, it will reduce as I will end the loan once for all) and Credit Card bills10K Cryptos(which would reduce down the line because I invested in a few ICOs, recently electroneum gave me a profit of around $1000. I guess I would not have to put any money further to it. Still, I am considering. Crypto part achieved.)40K each month to savings account.12K Variable (Utilized for traveling or other purposes)Now, lets analyze various investments.Cryptos - I think I have already explained about it.Stocks - Every quarter I would have around 160K in hand. Let’s say I put 100K in Portfolio Grade Stocks every second quarter. And once I have put 50K in momentum grade stocks, 35K in potential multibaggers and 15K in risky multibaggers(which I have already done). This money would be rebalanced so no further investment or only a small amount is drawn for further investments to it.Penny stocks. Let’s say I have identified 6 penny stocks and average cost per stock is Rs. 10. Consider I have bought 1000 stocks of each. Total one time investment is around 60,000. (I have already procured half of it)Mutual funds - I think i am clear about SIP part. Now the 160K I have at disposal for two quarters in a year. 100K goes as lump sum amount.Since, I leave 60K every quarter in my account I can easily pay one time in year the premium for term insurance which amount to around 32K.Let’s consider these investments for three years considering no increase in my salary. I am taking this time duration since I may not marry in these 3 years.I have invested 2.5–3 Lac in cryptos. (I guess no further investments)Around 6 Lac in portfolio grade stocks. (Will keep buying)Around 6 Lac in mutual funds as lump sum. (I guess I would invest for two more years)Around 6.5 Lac in mutual funds as SIP.Still, I would have 6 Lac cash in hand. (A part of this money may be further utilized for investments, unforeseen expenses that may come)Since, it depends upon market and other things. These figures are only an approximation. A few may be more. A few may be less. But, I guess except for the crypto all would be greater because personal loan(5.5K/Month) will die soon. Also, if I get a hike of 10%(around 11K). I would increase SIP by 5K. Rest amount would be adjusted to inflation and for procuring more comforts in life.I guess I have answered the person’s doubts clearly and he would be satisfied.Edit:For people who want to know about my stocks portfolio can find it here:Stocks Portfolio by Arjit Agarwal on Experiments, Experiences and EccentricitiesEdit 2:A few people mentioned their concerns regarding raids on exchanges by IT Department. Although, I cannot say in its exactness. But, if you have seen the movie Special 26, you should not get worried unless you have been engaged in evading taxes. In fact, I see it as a positive sign because Government may regulate exchanges and you don’t have to worry about run away of exchanges. The Government is not bad. We have a tendency to have negative feelings about our bosses, our government and sometimes our parents and teachers too. This is human nature as I have seen my colleagues criticizing our manager who was actually very good in his work and a very fine person. Also, Indian news channels present news in a very exaggerated form. Exaggeration hides truth and causes chaos. Income Tax Notices does not mean that your wealth is confiscated. It simply means there is some discrepancy in the taxes one has paid and one should have paid. It is more of a request notice from government to pay taxes or explain non-payment of taxes.Edit 3:Every month I would be participating in one ICO (Intital Coin Offering). All my ICOs for now have performed well and have given more than 10x returns.

What is AgustaWestland Chopper Scam?
I have tried to explain the whole scam in bits & pieces through small-small question, just to make the whole story easy. I hope it helps. What was the deal..?In February 2010, then Central Govt. led by Congress party signed a contract to purchase 12 AgustaWestland AW101 helicopters[1] for for the Communication Squadron of Indian Air Force for Rs 3,600-crore, to carry the president, PM and other VVIPs.Start of Controversy...Controversy over the contract came to light on 12 February 2013, with the arrest of Giuseppe Orsi, the CEO of Finmeccanica, AgustaWestland's parent company by Italian authorities.[2]Deal on hold & probe in pipeline..Subsequently the Indian authorities decided to put on hold the deal & to probe the deal, just to find out whether there is some kind of corruption involved or not?The following day Indian Defence Minister A.K. Antony ordered a probe into the contract.[3][4]Chaos in Parliament (Rajay Sabha)...On 27 February 2013, UPA-II Government introduced a motion in Rajya Sabha for an investigation led by a 30-member Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC).Opposition parties like BJP (TMC, CPI, JD(U), AGI & others ) walked out of the Rajay Sabha in order to oppose the investigation by Joint Parliamentary Committee.BJP felt that the case involved various legal aspects such as extradition of accused foreigners and custodial interrogation and the JPC can have "none of these powers", leaving it ineffective. They were demanding investigation led by Supreme Court of India.Pressure on Congress Party & the Govt of India...As Congress Party was under tremendous pressure (before 2014), courtesy to numerous Scams & Scandals took place during their regime. There was complete disorder & chaos in the Parliament & National Media was showing Congress in the bad lights. Thus, pressure was building on Congress to act & to take some substantial steps.Cancellation of Deal..Resulting in Cancellation of Deal. [5]In 2014, the Congress-led UPA government cancelled the VVIP chopper deal with AgustaWestland on grounds that the integrity pact was violated. Recovery of Money.. Indian government has recovered a total amount of ₹2068 crore[6] and has recovered the entire amount of around ₹1620 (45% of total contract value ₹3600 crore) it had paid to AgustaWestland.[7]Investigation...On 25 February 2013, CBI registered a Preliminary Enquiry (PE) against 11 persons, including the former Indian Air Force Chief, Air Chief Marshal S.P. Tyagi, and his cousins, besides four companies.[8]After carrying out the preliminary enquiry, the CBI found sufficient evidence and registered an FIR on 13 March. The FIR named 13 persons including: former Indian Air Force Chief, S.P. Tyagi, his three brothers: Juli, Docsa and Sandeep, brother of former Union minister Santosh Bagrodia.Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating money laundering allegations.CBI & ED ares still probing the case; till now many evidences has been found against many people named above.Role of Ex-Indian Ari Force Chief (SP Tayagi)..IAF wanted to buy helicopters for a high altitude flying helicopter. IAF wanted Helicopters which can fly up to 6000 feet & above. Agusta Westland's A-101 failed to make the list after flight evaluation--because it could not fly at 6,000 feet and above. It could fly lower to around 3,000 feet of the requirement. After Tyagi took over, the "Air Force conceded to reduce" the height requirement, allowing AgustaWestland to re-enter the bidding process, & thus making them strong contenders for the bid.[9]Investigation in Italy..The Italian court investigating the case in October 2014, acquitted the ex-IAF chief S.P. Tyagi of all corruption charges.[10]Former Finmeccanica CEO Giuseppe Orsi and former AgustaWestland head Bruno Spagnolini of “charges of international corruption” .The court, however, convicted and sentenced them to two years in prison on the lesser charge of “false invoicing” in the case. [11]Convictions by Italian Court..Italian court covicted the former Finmeccanica chief executive Giuseppe Orsi for corruption on 7th April,2016 and sentenced to four and a half years in prison.Former head of AgustaWestland, Bruno Spagnolini, , was also sentenced to four years in jail. The court also ordered the two executives to pay 7.5 million euros ($8.5 million), a sum related to the amounts deemed to have been allegedly paid in bribes.[12]Investigation in Indian Courts..The case, however is still running in Indian courts as of 2016.For any further explanation, do let me know in comments. I shall be more then happy to help..I hope this helps. Thanks.Pradeep Singh | Editor at: ResearchX ( www.researchx.in)Image Source: Indian Express. What change have you seen in a 5-year span of the Modi government in your locality?
I live in Giridih, Jharkhand and in my perspective following changes are conspicuous in my locality.Mr. Modi has completed four year of his tenure in may 2018 and definetly a lot of work has been done. I list out few of them, which have been instrumental in bringing the change.Roads connecting the district headquarter to the villages have been converted into two lane from single lane beforehand. Now they are well maintained. Proper attention has been paid to aesthetics parts as well. Ample number of signboards have been put, Which places the looks upfront. Streets in the village have also been made.Other development works can be well noticed. Ponds have been revamped. Those villages where electricity connection was not there, that has been done now. Though it remains a harsh truth that availability of electricity is scarce.PM UJJAWALA YOJNA has been a huge success in rural area. People had to collect fuel from forests but now it has been almost replaced by LPG cylinders. Quite an impactful policy yet refilling of cylinders pose monetary challenges before the lower middle class families.Toilets have been one of the biggest revolution in rural area. Whole locality has been declared open defecation free and it has brought a lot of good will to the people residing over there. Credit goes to SWACHH BHARAT MISSION.State of PDS has not improved neither do corruption. Way of functioning of government officials has not changed.Digital India scheme has paid dividends. Youths from rural area are now well informed about day to day happenings. Credit goes to a smart phone in their hands: Youtube, facebook and whatsapp. This thing was not there before 2015. Advent of jio has further helped the cause.State of education has not improved a little even. It is as it was. Schools and colleges are in abysmal health.State of hospitals and clinic is also not tending to improve.People are well aware regarding education and they are willing to send their children to school and even for higher studies now. In rural area, drop out rate after class ten was almost 90% which has been now reduced to around 75%.PM has been able to impart a sense of self dependency amongst the people. Mudra Yojna has credited loans to a number of people who have been now able to set up their small firm and run their life smoothly. People have been connected to banking system. Getting the benefit of services has turned untiring now. There is no denial of this.Overall Modi government has been on the right path but yet he has to do a lot of things. Knowing the diversity of the country It is not an easy task and it will take time but things are surely on right track. His intenations have been good and He deserves another term in 2019.

Is it legal to use logos of customers without their permission? Do they really get permission from their customers or do they ju
Startups almost always "beg for forgiveness" here. They put the logos up without truly asking for permission. That doesn't make it right, or "legal". Eventually, at least some of your customers will notice, and you'll be asked to take it down. Why do they care, you might ask? There are several small legal reasons, but one big one. When patent trolls go to sue a tech company, they often also sue several of their largest customers for using the technology. They tend to sue the ones on the website. Those are easiest to find.Once you realize this, how patent trolls work ... you'd never really want to be on anyone's website ...

Why are all the opposition leaders, who were demanding CAG report (filed in the Lok Sabha today) on the Rafale deal all these da
The waiting is over. The opposition leaders expected that they can find even a small loophole in the deal which they can magnify and convince the public. But they have been disappointed with the out come of the report. All these years all opposition parties are yelling that NDA government spent more money on the deal, but CAG report made it clear that it is cheaper than the UPA government price. Also so many allegations made by those opposition parties became null and void. The salient features of the CAG report filed is enclosed here with.{New Delhi: The CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General) report on the Rafale deal which was submitted to the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday has predictably set into motion another round of political bickering between the ruling NDA and the Opposition Congress, which has been alleging that the deal is mired in corruption. However, the 141-page CAG report of which 32 pages are dedicated to the Rafale deal, makes some important points about the deal clinched by the Narendra Modi government and the one which was being negotiated by the Congress-led UPA government, suggesting that many of the NDA government’s claims about the deal have been vindicated.Let’s look at some of the key takeaways of the CAGNDA’s Rafale deal is cheaper than UPA’sThis is the single biggest takeaway: The CAG report agrees with the Modi government's assessment that the NDA Rafale deal was cheaper than the one that was being negotiated by the UPA.The report states: “Overall, it may seen that as against the Aligned Price as estimated by the Audit of “CV” million € the contract was concluded for “U” million € i.e. 2.86 per cent lower than the Audit Aligned Price.”However, it’s not 9% cheaper as claimed by the Centre, but 2.6% cheaper, according to the report. Nevertheless, CAG’s assertion will be seen as vindication by the NDA, which has consistently claimed that the deal’s pricing made perfect sense. It also appears to blow a hole in the Congress’s allegation that the deal struck by the NDA was a loss-making one for India.NDA’s deal made signNow savings in India Specific EnhancementsAs per the CAG report, compared to the 126-plane deal negotiated by the UPA, India was able to save 17.08 per cent money for what are known as the India Specific Enhancements in NDA’s Rafale contract. New Delhi had asked for 13 specific changes to be made to the Rafale jet for making it better suited to India’s defence parameters. However, these upgrades are cheaper now. As the report says: “As against this the contract was signed for “AX3” M€, a saving of 17.08 per cent.”Quicker delivery, same fly-away priceAnother CAG finding which NDA ministers are likely to quote is that the delivery schedule of the Rafale jets has been enhanced by 5 months. Also, the CAG report indicates that the flyaway price of the fighter jet is same as was agreed by the UPA government in 2007.Letter of Comfort instead of sovereign guaranteeThough the union law ministry had asked for a sovereign guarantee, the French government only provided a ‘Letter of Comfort’, the CAG report says. Also, France did not agree to the opening of an Escrow account as a safeguard measure. In the 2007 offer, Dassault Aviation had provided financial and performance guarantees amounting to 25% of the total contract value. However, since there was no such warranty or guarantee in 2016 contract, it led to savings for Dassault, the report says. }(1)So, now name calling of CAG will begin, in fact it has begun even before the report is submitted, terming it as “chowkidaar Audit report”If CAG works according to the Government Orders, see this report of CAG on August13, 2013 when UPA Government is in rule.{NEW DELHI: A report by the government auditor, CAG, has found major irregularities in a Rs. 3,600-crore VVIP helicopter deal with Italian manufacturer AgustaWestland (AW). In its report tabled in Parliament today, the Comptroller and Auditor General or CAG said that the government had failed to follow defense procurement policy rules in awarding the contract for 12 VIP choppers. Here are some of the findings of the report:The fact remains that despite the directions of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) to make SQR (staff qualitative requirements) broad-based to increase competition, the SQR were made more restrictive which narrowed down the choice to a limited range of helicopters, capable of meeting the requirements of VVIP fleet."We have observed that the past trend of low utilization levels (29 per cent) over a period of 11 years (1999-2010) of the existing fleet of eight helicopters by VVIP and rest of the flying for training ad use by OEPs does not lend credence to the ministry's justification for additional procurement of helicopters. This apprehension was also expressed by RM."Revision of SQR... the acquisition process again led to a resultant single vendor situation in 2010 and AW 101 was selected.Field trials are held with representative helicopters of AW 101 and actual helicopters AW -101.The contracted helicopter was still in its developmental phase, as stated by the vendor. The recommendation and assurance given by the Indian Air Force (IAF) Chief (October 2007) to conduct evaluation trials abroad lacked justification.Audit is unable to agree with the Ministry's assertion as the Field Evaluation Team (FET), in its inspection report, had clearly mentioned (January 2008) that AW-101 as offered to the IAF was in a product developmental phase. Therefore, the FET was carried out on a Merlin MK- 3A (primarily for evaluation of avionics, navigation systems and maintenance). The benchmark cost adopted by Cost Negotiation Committee was unreasonably high compared to the offered cost. Hence, it provided no realistic basis for obtaining an assurance about a reasonable cost procurement of AW -101. There were also violations in Defense Procurement Policy (DPP) in respect of fulfillment of offset obligations.}(2)So it is clear that the CAG reports the facts irrespective of the government in power.Of course, the opposition, particularly Congress will argue that they have that freedom to CAG where as now it was not give. Of course no body believes them. Now the next step Rahul Gandhi would talk about JPC. Even if it formed and opinioned that there is no irregularities in the deal, he will start name callling process of the parliamentarians who supported the deal. The game of blaming goes on.We can wake up a person who is sleeping, but we can not wake up a person who is pretending as sleeping.GOD SAVE INDIA FROM THESE SELFISH PEOPLEBHARAT MATA KI JAI1.CAG report on Rafale deal decoded2.VVIP chopper scam: Key findings of CAG repor

Multiply this no. for the no. of transcripts required. e.g. if you want 4 transcripts , carry four sets of photocopies.*Backside of your marksheet also needs to be photocopied and that too on the back of your front page photocopy (not on a separate page) i.e. both sides of marksheets need to be photocopied on one page- back and front. My advice is to always carry one or two extra sets so that in case any of your photocopy isn't proper, you give another one.Don't worry even if you don't want to carry, there is a photocopy shop in the campus, in case you miss on something.Remember to not to self attest any photocopy.Carry on photocopy of ID( driving license or aadhaar card). This has to be self attested.I took my original certificates with me but they didn't ask for it. So, it's your choice. Now the next steps of process will be at the University. Once you signNow there, ask guard or any student for the examination wing. They will guide you.For transcripts, you need to go to Examination wing-2, room no. 100, which is on the third floor of that building.I got there only to find out that I first need to the pay the fees in administration wing online via ATM Card or in the campus OBC bank and get the form attested by superintendent. So, if you're aware of the fees that you need to pay, it's better to pay first , get a receipt , get the form attested and after that go for form submission in Room no. 100.For payment of fees, it's advisable to pay in admin wing instead of OBC bank in campus. Long queues will unnecessarily delay the process. For attestation, you will find a superintendent in the administration block (same block where you paid fees online through ATM Card). If the superintendent is not on leave you will easily find one on the first floor itself. In my case , I had to go to third floor to find a superintendent who could attest my form. His signature/ seal is required on page 2 of your transcript application form.In this whole process, beware of lunch timings. For the officers who process online fees, lunch is at 1pm. For exam wing people, it was mentioned 1.30P.M to 2 P.M. But when I went, this officer took break at 1.15 P.M and came back at 2.10 pm.About the fees, it's Rs. 200 per document+ postal charges (I personally found it expensive for additional transcripts). So , if you did a 3year degree then you need to pay Rs. 200*4 + postal charges (50/200) for your one transcript, meaning thereby if you're getting it posted to your home address then it will cost Rs. 850 per transcript.I did a two years Masters degree so I had two marksheets and one degree for transcript, totaling to Rs. 650 per transcript. This payment receipt is to be pasted on second page of form . Pasted not stapled.(You can find glue easily near Room no. 100)You also need to sign the form. It's written in the form that you need to sign in front of the officer but it's not mandatory. Now your work is almost done , go to Room no. 100 exam wing 2 for submission. The officer will check your form and give you a serial no. for tracking the document. Note it down fast .In my case , he also gave me a big envelope to write my address where I wanted to get my transcripts and staple my form with that envelope. ( I ordered for more than one transcripts)I will update my answer ,once I get my transcripts or there is any progress. It might take 15 days or more. Hope it helps!Edit 1: Received my transcripts on 21.12.2018Important Note: Now WES only accepts transcripts sent directly from the University for evaluation. So, if you have already applied, make it a point to go back to University and post from their post office or the nearest post office.Edit 2: Sent my transcripts through University by going to Kurukshetra University Post office and posting the transcript to WES. Speed post charges: Rs.1392/- .Edit:02.01.2019 - Watch this video for better understanding :-) . Hope it serves the purpose.Edit: 01.03.2019 - I received my WES Report on 26.02.2019 (soft copy) and hard copy on 1.03.2019. The whole process went smoothly but it took slightly more time than expected.

Trump Jr. also sent the email after news broke that former acting Attorney General Sally Yates had alerted the White House that Flynn might have lied about discussing sanctions with then-Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
The White House, which initially said that Trump didn't know any details about Flynn until he learned about it later — then said that the president only found out about them through media reports — has faced questions about why Trump's son was seeking to establish communications with the Russian government in the first place.
In a series of tweets, Trump Jr. denied that he and others had received the emails, and called the Times story "a COMPLETE and TOTAL FABRICATION" of his meeting. He said the Times' "fictional account" was "100% made up."
