What is Iran nuclear deal?
Let’s go to history to understand the Iran nuclear deal. During the 1950s, US has very good relations with Iran. The relations were so good that the US itself agreed to provide a nuclear reactor (for power generation) to Iran. In 1968, Iran signs the Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT).But the problem starts after the Iranian revolution (1979). The US embassy in Iran was attacked & the US-Iran relation starts declining. Therefore, US supported Iraq during the Iran-Iraq war (1980~88). Backed by the US, Saddam Hussein wanted to go for nuclear war with Iran. These events & Iraq’s threat for nuclear war changed Iran’s thinking about the nuclear program. In 1984, Iran changed its mind & started making nuclear bombs where PAKISTAN comes into the picture. According to the New York Times, Iran got help from the Father of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program Abdul Qadeer Khan.Anyways, US & other nations protested the move as Iran has already signed NPT. The situation becomes worse in 2005 when an aggressive President comes to power in Iran. His name was Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. He cheered upon the development of Iran nuclear program despite the order of the UNSC to halt it. He called for Israel to be “wiped off the map” & described the Holocaust “a myth”.Another reason for nuclear development is the “continuous” war between the two sects of Islam, Shia vs Sunni. The Middle East or Muslim nations had a war history of 1400 yrs just after the death of Prophet Muhammed. Moreover, most of the Muslim nations have a monarchy. They have a “king”. They don't have democracy. Now, the monarchy is an “age-old” ruling system. Whenever King comes into the picture, one person has all the power. The decision of the KING becomes final & no one could challenge him (even if it is wrong). And when a person has been made so strong as KING, generally he takes “wrong” decisions under the influence of “egoism” & “power”. Also, when the oil was discovered in the middle east, the religious war between the two translated to “economic” war.In addition, Israel & Iran are enemies of each other. They always hated each other. Israel never accepted nor rejected whether they have nuclear weapons or not. (But generally, the world perception is that they may have nuclear weapons). Hence, Iran got another nuclear threat.Anyways, as we have seen, Iran has religious, economic, & political interests in “development of Nuclear program”.Now “what is the nuclear deal?”Since Iran’s undisclosed nuclear activities came to light, the country has been hit by sanctions by the USA & European Union e.g. ban on the supply of heavy weapons & nuclear-related technology to Iran, ban on crude oil exports, banking transactions, ban on arms exports, freeze of overseas assets, travel ban or restrictions, ban on trade of precious metals, etc. etc.Although initially the government & the people of Iraq showed that they don't care about sanctions, but gradually the economic fall in Iran was started. The value of Iranian rial decreased & inflation increased. The cost of basic foodstuff, medical facilities, & fuel started soaring. Thus the Iranians getting problems & some rare protests was also reported against the government. The government's fund started being empty.People demanded food & not the nuclear bomb. In 2013, Hassan Rouhani comes to power in Iran on the promise of getting some relief for the Iranians. Hence, in 2013, the Iran Government signs “Interim deal” under which Iran got some sanctions relief in return for curbing the enrichment activities. This was a positive change. Negotiations started between the Irani government & UN which continued till 2015. Finally, in 2015, in Vienna, a nuclear agreement was signed between six world power (P5+1 nations) & Iran. Iran agreed to stop the nuclear enrichment & development of the nuclear bomb with the removal of complete sanctions.Let’s see the 5 important pillars of nuclear deal or agreement:Iran should give up 97% of its enriched uranium i.e. from 10000 kg down to 300 kg.Iran can produce a modest amount of uranium enriched to low levels at 3.67%.Iran has to give up 2/3rd of its centrifuges i.e. from 19000 down to 5000. (Centrifuges are machines used to enrich uranium).UN inspectors should have access to nuclear facilities anytime & anywhere. (But Iran can challenge the request for access).USA+UN+EU will remove many economic, financial & energy sanctions. In 2016, Iran started implementation on the nuclear deal after the clearance of IAEA.Although Iran returned to normalcy, but there were always some Ups & downs in their relationship with USA. Moreover, USA was a great ally of Saudi Arabia & Saudi is an enemy of Iran. Therefore, USA didn't clearly justify its ties with Iran. For example, Obama had some talks with Iran but Trump totally goes against the previous government's decision. In the UNGA 2017, Trump threatened to step-out of the of the Iran nuclear deal. Trump believes that the deal is an “embarrassment” & Iran (if it want) can have nuclear weapons in just 5 years. In other words, Iran is fooling the world. Please note that the Iran nuclear deal was not between just USA & Iran, it is between UNSC, EUROPE & P5+1 NATIONS & Iran. USA stepping out of the deal doesn't mean the deal is dead.Although the EU tried to persuade Trump, he didn't agree. Now what will happen if Trump doesn't agree? If Trump doesn't give his nod to continue Iran DEAL, then the Congress will have 2 months to decide. Europe will now try to lobby congress. Europe is arguing that so far Iran has not bsignNowed the agreement. In the 1st six months of 2017, trade relations between the EU & Iran was about $12 billion.Anyways, IRAN said that the accord cannot be “renegotiated”.Moreover, CHINA & RUSSIA are not going to accept the stand of the USA.In the worst case,Iran can have a new set of fresh sanctions.Iran can openly go for nuclear arms.Iran’s insurgents or extremist groups or terrorists could attack US military fighting in Iraq, Syria & Afghanistan. The developments may lead to more aggressive relations between Saudi -Iran, US-Russia, Iran-Israel, etc.More importantly, the credibility of the USA decreased internationally. This could pose a problem in bringing a country to the negotiations table in future e.g. North Korea. (NK can easily say that we don't believe USA as it steps out of it just one year.)Effects on India (as I am an Indian)::From India’s perspective, Iran is the highest supplier of crude oil to India. Tehran has always offered New Delhi very favorable terms including non-dollar oil sale & other commercial attractions.India has said that it will start operation of Chah Bahar port in 2018.India to have the operating rights in the Farzad B gas field.Iran buys basmati rice, sugar, agrochemicals, medicines, & petroleum products (refined oil) from India. If Iran gets into problems in the future, It may affect Indian trade relations also.

What are the best productivity tools?
My TOP list is as follows:1. Time tracking tool - ClockifyI like Clockify – it’s very simple, you create a task, you start tracking your time, you stop when you’re done, AND you can also check how much time you spent weekly on each working task.3. To do list – Trello boardsThe next tool I LOVE is Trello. This is a perfect one for outlining your day to day tasks, your future tasks, mapping out your ideas, sharing them with your team members, and so on.4. G Suite. No comments - couldn’t do without it.5. CalendlyIF you have a large number of meetings daily.6. Project management toolThroughout my years in IT I have met and used different PM tools, like Jira, YouTrack, Asana, and TeamGantt. What are the best productivity tools on the web?
What does productivity mean to you? We’re all expert procrastinators whether we like to admit it or not, the digital age has created an abundance of distractions that can keep you from focusing on important things, all day long if it comes down to it. Even the subject of productivity tools comes down to a single factor — it’s all designed for mental discipline training, because even though these tools exist and they’re useful to be more disciplined at your work, they’ll only be as good as the user himself. For: All-In-One OrganizationProofHubProofHub lets you stay in ultimate control of your projects, remote teams and clients even when you are on the go. Aside from giving team member the ability to manage and collaborate projects in real-time, the other big reason for choosing ProofHub is its super simple and brings everything under one roof. ProofHub is as simple as you want it to be (clean UI, to-do lists, project planning, group chat, review deign files, project reporting), but also as advanced as they sometimes need it to be (assign custom roles, white labeling. multilingual, time tracking, private tasks, complex multi-milestone projects, large remote team, n number of tasks). For: Social Media MastermindsBufferBuffer makes it extraordinarily easy to share web articles via social media without headache and hassle. Simply log into Buffer, connect social media accounts, and schedule specific content sharing times. When you’re out and about surfing the web and see an article you know your followers will love, hit the Buffer bookmarklet button and Buffer will throw that article into your queue, which it will then share at one of your designated share times.Buffer helps promote great content across the web and helps you store and share content so you don’t cram articles down the throats of your followers all at once.IFTTTIFTTT, standing for If This Then That, lets you craft “recipes” that allow for various apps and services to connect and work together. For example, I can create an IFTTT recipe that automatically uploads my Instagram photos to my Google Drive account. Create awesome integration with zero programming experience! If you can think it, you can IFTTT it.IFTTT can be utilized in endless combinations, and not just with regards to social media. However, social media users will find this an essential tool in their social shed. For: CopywritingODesk / ELanceSometimes the best man for the job is someone who is not you. Heck, probably pretty often the best man for the job isn’t you. Maybe because you aren’t even a man; maybe you’re a carrot. Who knows? If you need to get going with blogging content (and trust me, you do, because everyone does), then ODesk and ELance are decent places to start. These sites are free to sign up with, then you provide them with 10% of each payment per project. Alternatively, scour LinkedIn for freelancers. Usually you can get a decent assessment of a freelancer’s skill level by checking out their profile and doing a little digging. Whichever path you take, just remember that copy can’t be done single-handedly, so don’t be afraid to hire out some help.HemingwayBack when I was compiling a list of the best content marketing tools, one WordStream commenter (thanks Nicole!) made a suggestion of trying out Hemingway – it’s a great little tool that checks your grammar and highlights potential sentence danger zones as you write. Give it a type! For: News & Blog JunkiesPodkickerIf you’re a podcast addict, you’ll want a podcast app to help you organize your subscriptions. I’ve been using Podkicker for years and really enjoy its simple, easy-to-use interface. It’s free, but you can also update to Podkicker Pro (to get rid of ads) for $2.PocketPocket is a sweet little app that lets you save awesome content (articles, images, videos, etc.) to check out later.Picture this: you’re surfing around researching and see a fun article about the all-time best Pokemon (Arcanine, duh). Hit the Pocket button in your bookmark toolbar and the article will go straight to your Pocket. Pocket syncs across devices so you that later on you can read those fun articles and watch YouTube videos of mini pot-bellied pigs during the train ride home.

What is schizophrenia?
Schizophrenia is the most common occurring psychotic disorder. Only about 1–1.5% of the world's population is diagnosed with schizophrenia. According to Nemade and Dombeck (2018) 1.5 million people will be diagnosed with schizophrenia this year. The term Schizophrenia was founded in 1911 and is among the most misunderstood, stigmatised and sensationalised mental disorders. The disorder is life-long and most sufferers take anti-psychotic medication and receive some sort of psycho-social assistance. Most people tend to be diagnosed with schizophrenia between the ages of 18–25. However, some females tend to develop the disorder later in life, from the ages of 30–40. It is rare for people to be diagnosed with schizophrenia above the age of 35 for males and 40 for females.Schizophrenia does not have a rapid onset like a cold or a bacterial infection. The first stage of the disorder is called the Prodromal phase. The prodromal phase of schizophrenia is usually characterised with vague symptoms (as many as 6-8) that can often be misinterpreted for other mental health conditions. Many of the prodromal symptoms are similar to symptoms associated with other mental health disorders like depression, anxiety disorders, or bipolar disorder. However, according to the DSM and ICD classification systems, a person cannot be diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder at the same time.During the prodromal phase of schizophrenia, many people experience low level psychotic symptoms such as underlying paranoid ideation. For example, an individual may become hyper-vigilant and very anxious. Others report vivid weird dreams.During the prodromal phase, many people report that their sensory modalities begin to deceive them. They may experience odd smells, or hear a voice calling their name, and some people may feel like they are being followed. Many people report being in a heightened state of alert, to detect a potential threat. To satisfy the DSM criteria for schizophrenia, a person must be diagnosed with a psychotic disorder to begin with. Most mental health clinicians make a preliminary diagnosis of Psychotic episode or Psychotic disorder not otherwise specified.Best practice guidelines recommend that the mental health clinician (preferably a psychiatrist) monitor and assess the persons mental state every month. And that the person be started on anti-psychotic medication. Moreover, if the persons psychotic symptoms do not subside and their psychotic symptoms tend to persist and become more severe and frequent then a formal diagnosis must be made.According to the DSM-5, psychotic symptoms need to be ongoing for at least a month. The person must also experience symptoms leading to a functional decline for at least six months. However, many mental health clinicians do not usually diagnose schizophrenia in such a short period of time. Many clinicians tend to wait for about one year, and if both positive and negative symptoms persist and increase in frequency and intensity then they tend to make a schizophrenia diagnosis. It's also worth noting that the DSM- 5 criteria states that in order for someone to be diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder and bipolar or depressive disorder with psychotic features must be ruled out. There are several variants of schizophrenia, with the most common being paranoid schizophrenia.Other types of schizophrenia include the following:disorganised,Catatonic,Childhood, andSchizoaffective disorder. However, in 2013 the DSM criteria changed and replaced the above types of schizophrenia under the one title of "Schizophrenia". The American Psychiatric Association regularly reviews the DSM diagnoses. The American Psychiatric Association decision to eliminate the schizophrenia sub-types was based on a review of the literature. They concluded that research into the schizophrenia sub-types was unreliable and had low validity. In a nutshell, multiple researchers compared all the schizophrenia sub-types but could not find a signNow difference between the sub-types.The above findings are not consistent with my observations. I have observed a signNow difference between a catatonic schizophrenic in a psych ward and a paranoid schizophrenic. The American Psychiatric Association also stated that keeping the Schizophrenia sub-types did not make a difference when it came to treating the patient or for a patients prognosis. Most recently, the DSM-5 criteria for schizophrenia has been changed. The changes are as follows:1. The requirement that the person experience bizarre delusions; and2. The requirement for the person to hear two or more voices during an auditory hallucination. Please click on the below reference for the complete DSM 5 criteria for schizophrenia:Schizophrenia: DSM-5 DefinitionWhat is Schizophrenia? DSM-5 Schizophrenia Definition & SymptomsSchizophrenia symptoms can be broken into two categories, namely, positive and negative symptoms!Positive symptoms of schizophrenia include the following:hallucinations, delusions, anddisorganised speech.Positive symptoms of schizophrenia include auditory hallucinations and delusions of grandeur. Other psychotic phenomenon may include seeing, hearing, or even smelling things that do not actually exist. These symptoms are referred to as visual, auditory and olfactory hallucinations, respectively.Ideas of referenceOther psychotic symptoms may involve clients attributing unusual meaning to various events. For example, a common phenomenon associated with schizophrenia is referred to as "ideas or delusions of reference".As a result of engaging in the above activities, many clients report that they can no longer watch television, listen to the radio or read newspapers. They report feeling uncomfortable and guilty.Upon probing, it becomes apparent that the client has been attributing unusual meaning to normal events such as a natural disaster or a building accident that they read about, or watched on television. Many clients see the above mentioned events on Television and believe that somehow they are responsible or that they are somehow connected to the unfolding events (for example, an earthquake). They cannot fully explain their association. In many cases, the client believes that they have magical powers or a connection with a higher being. Moreover, many clients actually become disturbed after hearing about the death and destruction caused by the natural disasters. An important factor associated with delusions is that they are "fixed" beliefs. No amount of challenging or exploring will shift the person from their belief! They will not even considered an alternative to their belief!Negative symptoms of schizophrenia include:emotional blunting, poor social functioning, apathy, disorganised thoughts, difficulty concentrating, andmemory difficulty.People with schizophrenia experience signNow cognitive impairment. The type of cognitive Impairment and rate of cognitive decline varies from patient to patient.Cognitive Symptoms associated with cognitive decline can appear relatively early in some people. In contrast, others experience cognitive decline over a signNow period of time. For example, I listed memory problems above. Learning and retention of verbal information is a hallmark cognitive impairment in schizophrenia.Executive functioning deficits, impaired ability to encode and retain verbally presented information are some of the most consistent cognitive impairments reported by clients and research studies. Many people diagnosed with schizophrenia are medicated using anti-psychotic medication and other psychotropic medications. Most continue taking the medications for the rest of their lives.Unfortunately most people with schizophrenia end up suffering from chronic medical conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. As a result of the above mentioned mental and physical conditions and high suicide rates among schizophrenia sufferers, they tend to have a signNow shorter lifespan compared to the rest of the population. The broad spectrum of symptoms that Schizophrenia sufferers experience has a profound impact on the sufferer. They cause signNow disruption in almost every sphere of their lives and affect their fundamental humanity.KamalReferences:Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (5th ed.). What types of things does Netflix A/B test, aside from member sign-up?
Short answer - almost everything. The most visible test at present is between three quite different user-interfaces on the PS3 streaming application. We also tested some variations on UI for iPhone, and there are some interesting website UI variations in the pipeline. We test a lot of algorithmic and data-level variations in movie discovery. We explore large and small variations on the recommendations system, including positioning and tools for input of taste preferences, ways to present recommendations, whether or not explaining recommendations drives credibility, etc.We explore such basics as play and add-to-queue button placement, size, and functionality. We tested the switch last year of whether the home page should be DVD or streaming focused. We even test things like page load time, and streaming encoding quality, and streaming startup time, to know which of those kinds of optimizations should get the most of available engineering attention. We are very proud of our empirical focus, because it makes us humble - we realize that most of the time, we don't know up-front what customers want. The feedback from testing quickly sets us straight, and helps make sure that our efforts are really focused at optimizing the things that make a difference in the customer experience. If I had to summarize our learnings in three words: "simple trumps complete."

What productivity tools / tips do you use in your work (e.g., Evernote, Slack etc)?
I work at a small startup in Barcelona, and we use Hibox as a task management and productivity tool in one. You mentioned Slack in your question above, and it actually combines aspects of different management tools such as Slack (for internal chats), Asendo (for task management), and Skype (for videoconferencing). When you have a tool that is focused on task management, a byproduct of that is guaranteed to be increased productivity. Our internal chats make it so that you can organize communication depending on departments or projects. The ability for you to create tasks from any chat room makes it so that everybody knows what they need to do and the accompanying deadline. Our time tracking system lets you know when projects are due so nothing is ever done at the last minute! With an AI personal assistant included into the Hibox system, if you forget to ‘officially’ assign a task to someone or an entire team, it will track patterns in your messages and suggest possible tasks you can complete. Basically, it does the work for you which ensures that you focus on the content of your work to stay as productive as possible.Afraid that all the files and documents you’re sending might get lost? Don’t worry, everything is stored securely and privately to be accessed whenever you might need it. Actually, you can integrate your favorite apps such as Google Drive and Box to make sending photos and docs even easier.Check out our blog here for more information! Blog - Hibox

What are your productivity tools & why?
Even though I’ve worked on gadgets and technology my entire professional life, I’m actually a pretty analog person. I’m incredibly productive, and as a startup founder I have to be, but I believe that comes more from systems and self-awareness than it does from specific tools. My best to do list? Post-its. I have tried all sorts of digital lists that could be on all of my devices, and they just don’t work for me. I forget to check them. I even forget to check notes I take in a notebook. But one post-it, stuck to the bottom left corner of my laptop, with a by-day due date list of things I’ve got to do where I can physically cross stuff out? That works. It feels great to recycle the whole post-it, and then I can start on a new one.Email hacks? Like many, I struggle with email: keeping up with it, remembering to come back to respond to stuff that needs time, etc. I got some formal training on how to “do email” (and I’m not embarrassed to admit it). I use the Apple Mail client, but these tactical takeaways work for any email arrangement:Do a first pass to archive (attach it to a hotkey), delete, and flag.Use color coded flags. I use flags based on actions, urgency, and who’s going to handle what:Purple: Priority 1. Absolutely urgent, do first.Red: Response needed (general)Green: Response needed (sales — green for money!)Blue: Response needed but someone else is going to handle it (as a way to check in)Grey: Response needed (extra-curricular)Keeping an inbox under control takes time. Step 1 and Purple-flagged emails are a good thing to squeeze into the context-switching times that happen throughout the day – but the rest takes actual time so plan for it.My other productivity tool is my own self-awareness of what works well for me. You can do the same for yourself. Some things to think about:What conditions are best for you to work under? I get a little extra pep from feeling like I’m getting ahead on work, and procrastinating makes me stressed and stress makes me slow. So I try to do stuff early and in advance, when possible.Figure out when you have the most energy and do the hardest stuff then. I get a burst of energy from 9–12 every day, and again from 4–8PM. I spend the low-energy hours doing things that require less mental creativity, like walking 1:1s, emails, etc. I’m not an early riser and have strong circadian rhythms, so even waking up 30 minutes earlier can impact me the whole day. I try to avoid that when possible.Know your limits. I can, but should not, do more than 4 sales, investor, or candidate interviews in one day. My brain gets fried. Now I know that about myself, and try to schedule accordingly.
