[Music] shauna [Music] if you're new to the game then you might have wondered like what documents within the loan package will i actually have to notarize like what's the name of those documents well i'm giving you a brief like let you know which ones you have to notarize take out a pin a piece of paper if you need to uh generally speaking though within the packet there are documents that you know the documents will actually state with after the description notarized typically after what you do is like once you hand the paper to the signer they hand it back you notarize it what i like to do is actually hand there are some people who are some signing agents who like to like give the paperwork to the signer have them sign it and then at the end they'd like to go through and notarize i'm not one of those type people what i do is i hand the signer their paperwork have them sign it give it back to me and before i notarize i have them hand them another document to sign while they're signing that then i notarizing the form they just hand me back that way they're not sitting there doing nothing waiting for me it just like makes the process smoother and speedier that's just me everyone does it differently but pen and paper are you ready i'm about to let you know i'm not going to take long let's go through this the first document you'll notice you have to notarize is the dealer trust also known as a mortgage another one is the borrower's affidavit i don't know why i'm going so fast with this okay i'll slow down so the borrowers closing affidavit the document correction agreement fiera's in a mission compliance agreement the limited power of attorney also known as the correction agreement a name affidavit uh and within title documents documents you would have to notarize would be like the mayoral status affidavit the refinance affidavit survey affidavit affidavit why does that word sound from weird now affir david afrodavid ugh the affidavit of debt and liens and then homestead affidavit you know what uh there are many documents that uh now i think about it like you'll get duplicates and your first thought is like wait did they accidentally put an extra one in there or should i just skip this one i already signed and notarized this one or signed another no if you see multiple ones within the packet just sign and notarize them all if you're like well why there's like two of the same form in here or three of the same form here you don't know why they might have done it and you don't want to do it not do it and then they like ring you up hey you missed the document and you're like oh i just thought it was an extra one no if it's in there it's in there for a reason so sign it have them sign it notarize it go about your business ah i don't know that's it let me just give you a few like if you were curious like which one's in there how would i know which ones to notarize there you go like typically it will say notarized but even if it doesn't these are typically ideals ones you will notarize i'm out [Music] you
