[Applause] [Music] this is Tony Ward travel agent training specialty evolution travel and I'm here this evening to talk to you about something super simple how to sign up a new agent kind of get them started get them connected and give them training ok so let's go ahead and get started this is gonna be a super simple and quick presentation for you now have you ever let an opportunity fly by I think about it you see somebody they want to get started you just got started you're not really sure how it works so you kind of just let that opportunity fly by because even though it's something small and simple you haven't been trained so that's why I'm here never fear Tony is here and I'm gonna make sure you get all the information you need so not only get your person started but also get them connected and get them trained ok so let's go ahead and get started you guys super excited now the first thing you need to know of course is your signup link how do I get started right now when you got started the person who sponsored you gave you and link now super important because you don't want to sign that your new person on that same link because they'll go in the wrong place you now as an agent have your own link ok and your link is connected to your agent ID so think for a second what's your agent ID that's all you need is your age 90 now there's two ways to do it you can actually log into your back office and click enroll an agent is in your back office a few places right or you can go ahead and give them your link so if you ever forget oh my goodness I'm so excited I don't know what to do what do I do what I do what I do login your back office it's there go ahead and click and roll an agent and then copy paste that address up there and send it to them or you can just go ahead and go through your website remember my evolution travel.com forward slash your agent ID make sure you know your agent ID ok always put your agent ID there because it won't have any problems whatsoever ok and this thing about if we can't remember who's that losing travel isn't it's yours it's my evolution chocolate so my evolution tribal calm and then my agent ID right then they're gonna click sign up super simple says right there if they have a menu bar they're gonna click on the mini bar and a pop up sign up right and then after they click sign up they'll see that they're able to participate in this awesome opportunity for only $30 when the regular price is actually $2.99 it says that on the application and on the website so super cool they know they're being a huge deal okay and then they can go ahead and start the application process so congratulations you've given them the link to get started they can go ahead and get started now now here's up to them to fill out the application okay because there are certain things on the application that they need to agree to so of course yes you can walk them through it you can talk to them over the phone while they're doing it I usually like to talk to the person on the phone while they're doing it so they have questions they understand one of the main things you need to remember is they only have to fill out the things that are a strict they do not need to make up a business name or company name right away leave that blank just put their name there and as they grow in the company kind of you know begin to work their business maybe they'll come up with something but I promise you their name evolution travel and Archer travels carries so much weight period so leave that company area blank if you don't have something already in mind okay and make sure you put the dashes where they go and you don't put dashes where they don't go follow the directions it'll make it super simple and easy but go ahead and fill out the application now once you've got the application congratulations and welcome to the family you are now in the system the first thing you want to do is write down your agent ID your number is like your traveled social security number okay you want to make sure you rank that down immediately now here is a cool trick for you guys so that both of you and the person you're signing up can have access to their age may be at any time so if they forget it because I promise you a lot of your agents will forget their age and ID and they'll call you will say oh my goodness I can't remember my age and ID do you know my age and ID you're like oh my goodness I can't remember everybody's agent ID no I don't remember let me show you a quick little hack so that you can remember your agent ID their age and ID they can remember their agent ID and everything can be nice and simple and at your fingertips okay you want to save the agent ID in their phone as a contact right here on this picture you can see where it says agent ID number eight eight eight zero zero right so I saved it under the name so the name is agent ID so all I have to do is go on my phone and look up agent ID and it's gonna say agent ID zero zero zero right okay I can't remember my password to my back office here we go my passport is travel super simple easy now it's right here at my fingertips and then guess what you guys look there's my website too here's my website so I know whatever I need to do it's right here right at my fingertips the phone number to call Archer if I need some help right and then the email address and then I put on here for my notes you might want to say I don't remember who my sponsor is it was a lady from Facebook I'm not sure in my notes I put my sponsor is Tony Ward so all that information right there at your fingertips so that you have it in your context so we don't go anywhere without our phones right our phones are attached to us so this is super cool because all this information is in your smart phone they call it a smart phone for a reason so let's use it in a smart way now let's say you know I just have a new agent my new agent is John Doe John Doe just went through the application process he's excited he's happy we're on the phone we're doing a quick start I'm like okay John what's your age and I beat so that I can keep track of it as well I'm gonna save John's information in my phone gonna put his Asian ID as part of his name okay so with my client my customer not customers but my agent calls me my phone rings and John's like Tony this is John I have a new agent I don't know what to do I can't remember my agent ID and I'm out about I don't have access to the back office at the time but I'm on my phone so I'm not okay John never never fear couldn't Tony he's here right so never fear I have it so it's saved in his contact so whenever he called I see John his you know his whole name where he's calling from okay he's in San Antonio evolution agent perfect answer the phone and there it is so John's happy I'm happy everybody has their information so make sure they save their agent ID as a contact and make sure you save their agent ID as part of their name okay and everybody is happy now the next step is to get connected and stay plugged in as soon as they get connected in the business they're in the system the first thing you want to make sure they do is text the word evolution to five five two two two again text that immediately that connects them to the founder to David McCovey to the company and any company-wide text messages that go out that's important you want to make sure they're connected not everybody check their emails but I promise you remember that candy foam is always attached to us so make sure they text that then they want to go to new agent info make sure they register there because what they're going to get is an information about what's going on with the company they're gonna get scheduled for the trainings that are happening and some basic information so that they can stay connected so make sure you go to new agent info okay now you want to make sure that they get added to the evolution travel Facebook main page if they're not on Facebook you want to encourage them to please get on Facebook to get the information because Facebook is our main resource for you know daily contact so the even if they just open a Facebook page just for their business this is going to keep them plugged in so make sure you get them plugged in okay you wanna make sure you ask them to any and all team help pages that you guys frequent okay so leave int page questions and answers you know whatever so that they can get the information maybe the page if they're in Atlanta there's an Atlanta page if they're in Vegas there's a Vegas page if they're in the Bay Area Sacramento whatever make sure they get to their pages that will help them stay connected and plugged in you want to also verify that their email address is okay if they receive the welcome email did they receive the new Asian email are they gonna get the information because if their email is not you know connected correctly then they're gonna be at a loss so you want to make sure that their email is not going into this path okay super important keep them plugged in super important okay you want to make sure that they stay with everything now the next step of course is to get them trained they're plugged in they have their information left in their phone now it's time for them to get trained okay really simple they're gonna log in to their back office and they're gonna start their PTA training program you're just gonna guide them to this area so they know exactly what to do let them know yes there are twelve modules it's gonna take you about an hour and a half two hours to complete show them it's the only yellow option on the menu the only one okay so make sure they know where to go so that they can go ahead and get that and let them know once you're done with your PTA training call me back so that I can tell you how to get your business started you can get your certificate out there and I can tell you what to do next so get them trained and then tell them congratulations let them know that welcome to the family let them know that although they're in business for themselves they're definitely not in business by themselves and we're here to support them every step of the way okay so welcome to the family congratulations on your decision to become a home-based travel agent the your link to your website so they can do the application okay make sure and they fill out the application and process the payment portion of the application so that they can get their Asian ID once they get their Asian ID you want to make sure that they text evolution to the number make sure they get their emails make sure that they are on Facebook okay and make sure they do all that stuff and then step four they want to log into the back office and start their PTA training that's it in a nutshell you guys this is how you get your new Asian started and you get them completely connected if
