hey everyone this is bridget with host agency reviews and this video is to show you how to copy our free travel agent forms and the four things that you need to change to make them your own so let's get started in the article itself jump to a form that you'd like to copy i'm gonna go ahead and copy the travel interest server form each form that we created on jotform has this orange button below it click it to be brought to our template page on drop form once here you'll see all of the forms we've created on drop form that you're able to copy i'm interested in that travel interest survey over here if you want to take a look at it first you can click preview you're able to scroll through the form and actually fill it out like your client would once you're ready just click use template without even logging in or having an account it's already created the form for me but we recommend logging in right away so you don't lose your progress you can do so in the upper right hand corner if you already have a jotform account click login otherwise sign up for one of their free accounts which as we mentioned you can use all of these forms on all right we're logged in ready to go let's go through what you need to change number one logo right up top just click the logo remove it if you don't want a logo at all leave it as is otherwise add your logo and upload the file that you're looking for [Music] once uploaded you can resize and place where you'd like number two change out any text in brackets we put brackets around things that need to be customized to you whether that's your agency name your contact information whatever it is if it's in brackets you should be changing it so i'm going to go ahead and change this there you go next one down is a text box that really we put there for travel advisors so you'll want to delete this before you make a client facing so i'm going to go ahead and press delete over here i encourage you to look through the rest of the form make sure anything in brackets is changed out but also just customize the form to you it does the text sound like something you would say do you like the way it sounds uh look at the options look at the questions it's asking really just customize the form make sure you're reading through it on to number three over in settings navigate to the emails you'll see two emails here the autoresponder email which is the email that goes to your client after they filled it out and the notification email that goes to you after they fill it out you're able to delete and edit these for instance if you don't want your client to get an auto response email after filling this out you can delete this otherwise go in make sure you edit the email subject to your liking make sure you edit the email content chat form defaults the email content to be the entire forum content this might not necessarily be helpful someone who filled out your travel interest form so you can go ahead erase it and write another message it might be a little bit more personal just a quick tip if you call in first after the name field it'll put only the first name that they entered in next switch over to recipients you want to edit the sender name and the email if this is going to your client you don't want it to show as coming from jot form you probably want to put your name or maybe your agency's name and the reply to email whether it's your email or the general email box you want to update these two sections and that's all we need to do in the autoresponder same with notification go ahead and update anything if you'd like since it's a notification email for you i think their default view is perfect over in recipients make sure there isn't anyone else you want to add perhaps another agent or maybe your general mailbox you can add those here otherwise let's go ahead and save and number four is the thank you page this is the default thank you page but it's always nice to make it a little bit more customized to you so i'm going to erase that checkbox maybe i'll add a logo and some custom text and those are the four things you have to change to make these jotforms your own for those of you who downloaded or copied the service fee agreement that looks like this there is one more thing to do once you've edited it i'm going to go in the upper left hand corner click form builder and switch over to the pdf editor this is going to create a pdf document out of the form fields it just adds a personal touch when after they fill out the service fee agreement they get a pdf copy of that agreement along with their electronic signature and as for you the agent this is also good to keep on hand to protect yourself on here make sure everything looks right but the biggest thing to change is just the logo and now you have this pdf attachment that's ready to be shared in email we're gonna go back to form builder go back to our emails and in that autoresponder email that goes to the customer i'm gonna switch over to advance say yes i want to add a pdf attachment to the email and you'll see they give me the option of that service agreement that i just created and that's it that's all you have to do to customize these forms for your own when your forms are ready just click publish and you're able to share that link or embed on your site in various ways please comment below with any
