welcome to combine transports trance flow mobile plus install video transform mobile plus is available for iPhone or Android it works on both smartphones and tablets all you need is an internet connection to submit your paperwork if you have an iPhone or iPad follow along on the left if you have an Android follow along on the right you need to find your device's App Store if you're on an iPhone open the App Store if you're on an Android open the Play Store or Google Play Store in the search box search for trance flow mobile plus the plus is important tap on the app and install it the install process may take a few minutes once the app is installed go ahead and open it up from here on out the process will be the same for both iPhone and Android tap the begin registration button to begin you'll be prompted with the license agreement if you agree tap the agree button now start filling out your information the recipient ID for combined transport is CM BD after it validates your information it will prompt you to proceed tap proceed to continue add your driver ID this is a four or five digit number tap next to continue now tap submit registration to complete your setup trance flow mobile plus will now prompt you to confirm your email address go to your email and open the email called transfer low mobile plus activation tap on the link that says activate my trance flow mobile plus installation to activate your installation if you don't see your email give it a few minutes make sure to check your spam folder now go back to transform mobile plus and tap proceed to continue once the finish is checking your registration you'll be sent to the home screen congratulations you finished installing trance flow mobile plus next we will go through using the transform mobile plus application to submit your trip paperwork from the main screen of the trance flow mobile plus tap the scan documents button to scan a new document tap the camera' Scan button your screen will now display your cameras feed hold your phone approximately 1 to 2 feet above your document try to avoid casting any shadows sometimes it helps to hold your phone slightly back and angled make sure that all four corners of the page are visible on the screen when you are satisfied press the blue button to take the photo now you will be prompted to crop the image transfer a mobile plus will attempt to automatically find the corners of the document but it's not always successful drag the blue circles to the corners of the page and tap next to continue you will be prompted to check the image swipe up down left and right to move around the image make sure you can clearly read everything on the page if you need lighten or darken the image using the buttons on the bottom one satisfied that your image is readable tap the accept button you will now be prompted to select a document type for the image in our example we're using a bill of lading so we'll select - Bill of Lading now you'll be back on the main scans document screen if you have additional pages of your bill of lading to scan or additional documents to scan tap camera scan and repeat the previous steps remember scan one page at a time and make sure to select the correct document type once you've scanned all of your pages tap next to continue you'll be prompted to put in your driver ID your truck number and your CT number once you enter these tap next to continue you're now ready to send your transformed mobile plus scans double-check that the scanned pages number is correct if you need to add additional pages tap add pages when you're ready to transmit tap send all congratulations you successfully sent your trip paperwork with the transfer mobile plus you will receive an email confirmation from trans Flo telling you that they have received your paperwork please hold onto your paperwork for 30 days
