What are the lists of tasks to outsource to virtual assistants?
What should I outsource to my virtual assistant? Virtual Assistant Services are a key ingredient to helping startups and early stage companies get off the ground. Entrepreneurs are superheroes, or at least they like to think they are. Being a micro-manager may be necessary at first, but as time goes by it’s important to start letting go of the steering wheel just a little bit.A VA can both scale your business and shave off hours from your work week. SBOs can also receive an array of benefits from hiring a VA: no employee-related expenses, no separate office space and no worries concerning downtime. You simply pay the VAs for the services ...

How should I prepare for my first interview?
I find the best way to effectively prep for an interview is to have answers to the below five questions. Having good answers to these questions will ensure that you have done your research adequately.1. "Walk me through your resume."Have a succinct answer to this (2-3 minutes). You can start with the "headline". e.g., "If you look at my experiences to date, you'll see that I'm very focused on building exciting, user-focused products in a scalable way." Make sure your answer has some interesting stories.2. "Why do you want this job?"A good way to structure this answer is to answer in two parts. "So first let me talk about why I am passionate about [company] and then I'll explain why I think [role] is an ideal gig to set me up to make a massibecinrricutiom."Major point of advice: Do NOT play too-cool-for-school. be passionate about the company. I've seen a lot of talented friends get dinged by not showing a sincere level of enthusiasm. Why is this so important to get right? First, it's flattering to the interviewer (who already works there). Second, it is absolutely going to be a check mark in the process. It doesn't matter if the company is pursuing you every step of the way, you need the interviewer to like you and most often the person interviewing you won't know all that context. 3. Why should we hire you?Once again, they won't ask you this, but helps you tell your story. With examples. One effective structure for an answer goes something like this: "From what I understand about the company and role, it seems you are looking for someone with x, y, z. If you look at my experience and interests, I think you'll find strengths in all three of these areas. For example..."4. Give me some example of when you have done [exactly the skill they are looking for] in the past.People are so skewed to wanting someone who has done this before. Like exactly this. It hugely decreases the time you'll need to get up to speed, and decreases the chance that you'll completely suck.Prepare 2 or 3 interesting stories about when you've demonstrated a similar project in the past. Make sure they are interesting. People see past success as a huge indicator.5. How would you go about doing [thing you need to do]? Eg for a PM: tell me some product ideas? How would you change feature x?) (eg 2 for a Brand Marketer: "how would you write a creative brief?") (eg 3 for BD;: What's the most impactful BD we can do next year? How would you get it done?" 5. Do you have any questions for me?If you haven't already, get the interviewers background. Have two or three insightful questions about the company, which demonstrate why you are passionate about the place. Then end with one of these "what are you most proud of since you've started working here?", "where do you see this team/company in 5 years", or the best: "how would you describe the ideal candidate for this position?" (if they remotely like you they will describe you.)The Night Before Listen to 2-3 videos of the CEO talk about the company. You'll pick up verbiage unique to the company (for example- do they call the people who use their service users? Customers? Riders? Pinners?) which will make you seem like you speak their language. Subtle but powerful. How to Dress? Dress comfortable and when in doubt look at the executives on the about me page. Dress like that. Things to remember (before, after, and during the interview):- Be passionate about the company. This is so important. Resist the urge to be aloof and cool.- Be interested in the interviewer. - Be positive.- Be honest. (I've often asked candidates for BD: "I noticed you were CEO of [blank], but did you actually do deals?" "Yes, definitely." "So you drove the deal and signed if?" "Yes." "What's an indemnity?" "[stunned silence]"- Relax and have fun.- Be thankful for people's time.- Write thank you notes. I know, I hate those too. Most people don't care, but 1/10 is offended. Not worth it, just write it. That night or <23 hours.- Remember that all you can do is give it 100%. If you try as hard as you can and still don't get the offer, that's life.

How can I pass a urine drug test for meth?
There is a couple of ways and usually I only elaborate on one of them in these questions. But in this answer I'll put you up on game with all methods I know personally have been successful for me or my baby’s daddy (we both spent years having to manipulate drug tests successfully) to test clean while using. If you have at least 1 1/2–3+ days until your test: you can clean up by flushing with an exorbitant amount of water. Try not to eat much and be prepared to drink at least a gallon each day. Pace yourself. Don't drink, guzzle the water or it'll be a wasted effort cuz it'll be pouring out your ass as it goes through you. I would drink a minimum gallon a day. Sometimes a gallon & 1/2 Within 72–48 hours I'd be clean. This is with a 3–4 times a week smoking meth habit. But if you’ve been smoking meth on a 2 year run: you'll need 5–7 days with water flushing for at least 4 days to clean up.MANDOTORYBaking soda used to cheat a dirty drug test clean is a tricky one. BUT I seen my old man successfully beat tests with this method too. He beat the test for meth $ heroin for parole more then once. Your safest bet is to google this in order to get the precise amounts of b-soda to water ratio needed to ensure the b-soda works properly. (cuz I can't remember the EXACT recipe he used) This method only allows you a 4 hour window to test clean. Now for all the FEMALES attempting this madness: you can with a little patience, practice, and dedication: can stay using dope on a indefinite run by utilizing this method. Find a small size bottle that is about an inch and a half. Your going to want it to be a little thick in the middle.(I used travel size mouthwash bottles or 5-hour energy) so when you insert it inside you your vaginal muscles/walls kind of hold it snugly in place. Obtain CLEAN urine. Be absolutely certain your pee donor is CLEAN themselves and it's someone not involved with dope. It's VERY important to be careful about cross-contamination when you prepare your bottle. Clean surface areas carefully for trace amts of meth that may accidentally contaminate your clean urine (thus resulting in a positive test & doing a 120 day violation in jail….me) Fill your bottle to nearly the top-but not quite. Leave a couple centimeters gap. Grab some medium weight foil and cut a nice wide round circle that's large enough for top and neck of bottle to cover nicely. Smooth foil over top , evenly & smoothly and continue to cover the neck of bottle completely until your bottle is evenly covered and the foil is smoothed taut, not loose. Secure the foil with some thick sturdy rubber bands, 1–3 is good until the bottle’s foil appears secure. Test your bottle for leaks in foil by turning it upside down on your palm to feel for the pee leaking. If necessary: adjust your foil& r-bands till secure. If your testing for probation/parole you need to be ready to pop foil top right as you place cup to begin urinating. Place cup to vagina and as you do take PINKY finger and POP foil (place and pop) thus releasing a flow of clean:) urine in your test cup. Ladies, I stayed ready with my bottle of clean pee at all times, if it wasn't already inside me.. it was in my bra ready for action. I was on and off probation all the time. And cuz I stayed strung out on heroin, it was necessary to be prepared with a bottle at all times. Cleaning up wasn't a thought so I made a bottle And by remembering the stories my older homegirl told me of beating parole’s test with a bottle. And on everything this dope fiend loves? In the 16+ years I've been doing this…not ONCE was I caught. Good luck my fellow drug addicts. Hope this helps:)

How can I have a successful interview?
Interviewers primarily evaluate the following:1. Does this candidate have the knowledge and experience required for producing results as per the job requirement? (This is the reason why they probe into the projects completed by you.)2. Can this candidate consistently produce the expected results if selected? (This is the reason why many organizations say they want consistent 60+ in at least 6 or 7 out of 8 semesters.)3. Is this candidate the best fit out of the candidates shortlisted for the position?4. Will this candidate gel well with the team and the organization after he/she joins? (They also try to gauge if you are a loner / solo performer or a team player.)5. Does this candidate possess the type of communication & leadership skills required for the job to be done? (This can be gauged through group discussions as well as interviews.)6. Does this candidate have a potential for further growth in our organization or will he/she not be able to grow in our organization because of his/her limited capabilities/potential?-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------You should go well prepared for any interview if you want to get selected. Many good candidates are rejected because they don’t handle interviewers & their questions well. Sometimes they blurt out something they should not say. There are some Dos & Don’ts to follow when you appear for an interview. The same are listed below. Also, some frequently asked questions with suggested answers are stated below.1. Don't try to do anything unusual to impress the interviewers. (If you try to do something unusual, then it may look a bit odd and may work against you.)2. As the first impression definitely counts, dress well for all your interviews. Don't take dressing casually for any of the interviews. Not even for the 2nd,3rd or ... th interview in a company.3. Recommended dress code: Well ironed full sleeve shirt (preferably plain white or light), dark trousers, shoes. Short, trimmed hair. For women, any conservative formal dress like Punjabi Dress is okay. (Dress for the job for which you are going to be interviewed. If you are a software engineer and you are going for a marketing job, then dress like a marketing person.)4. Give respect & importance to all panel members even if some of them are silent. Remember that all panel members give their rating. Sometimes, the most silent or unimpressive person in a panel is the most important person. Only those people are selected who are liked by the panel members. (Remember, out of many technically equal candidates, only those who are liked by panel members are selected.)>> You should show your ‘I can do it’ / ‘I will do it’ attitude throughout your interview. You should not say things like ‘I am not sure’/ ‘I will try’ as these indicate that you are not likely to take responsibility for your on-the-job performance. If you indicate that you are not sure and you are not confident about producing results, then why should an interviewer select you?5. PREPARE YOUR ANSWERS IN ADVANCE to these typical questions:a. 'Tell us something about yourself':Tell only positive things about yourself in 10-20 sentences. Your education, experience, something that you are good at... Make sure that whatever you say highlights those skills which are required for the job for which you are being interviewed. Rehearse 5-10 times at home.b. 'Tell us about key projects that you have executed':Make sure that you can explain 4-5 good projects well, including (1) What the project was about,(2) Application (like Inventory control, Financial accounting, Device driver…),(3) Client name, (4) Industry, (5) Technology, (6) Team size, (7) Your role,(8) YOUR contribution, (9) Challenges, (10) Highlights...(THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART in any interview. So, prepare yourself well for this part.) Rehearse 5-10 times at home.c. 'Why would you like to join our company?':Before going for an interview, Study the company's website well. Try to understand what they do, How they are different, Read some latest press releases which are normally available on company websites. Based on these, you will know what you find interesting about the company... You should know the following if you are going for a technical interview (1) Company’s exact name (as many companies in the same business group have similar sounding names) (2)What are its products & services? (3) Which products/services are of interest to you?IF you are going for a marketing/finance… interview, then you should know (4) CEOs name (5) Names of prominent individuals, if any, on the board of directors (6) Total Revenue (7) Profitability (8) Information stated in the latest press releases which are typically available on company website (9)Competing companies………d. 'Why do you want to leave your current company?': Have a logical answer for this. Don't say 'For better prospects' or 'For a higher salary'. Talk more about the work content that you are looking for.e. For each job-switch in the past, you should be able to give a 'logical reason for leaving and joining'. But, Don't criticize your past/present company or boss.f. For each gap in your education and job, you should have a justification.g. 'On which technologies you would like to work?': You may like to ask them about the kind of technologies being used by the company and then talk about which technologies would interest you and why?h. 'What kind of role are you looking for?': You may like to ask them about the kind of roles available and then talk about which roles would interest you and why?i. 'What are your strengths?': Indicate your strengths keeping in mind the job for which you are being interviewed. You should state only one or two strengths. (Examples: “I focus on doing quality work”, “I am good at working in a team as a team member or a team leader. I feel, team work is very important for completing any project with good results”, “I prioritize my work to make sure that the most important and urgent activities are completed first”……. Please note that you are likely to be asked to give an example to prove that you really have this strength. So, give a close to reality answer and make sure that you can give a real life example of a task(s) where this strength has helped you.)j. 'What are your weaknesses?': Indicate a weakness which will not come in the way of the job for which you are being interviewed. (Like: “I am a bit emotional/sensitive compared to my friends.”, “Sometimes, I focus on doing a great job but miss deadlines. My professors/seniors have told me that I am a good performer but I should try to do the best possible job keeping in mind the deadlines. I am now trying to follow their advice as it does make sense.”)k. Don't say anything negative about yourself in the interview.l. 'How much salary do you expect?':.Be reasonable when you quote the figure.Neither quote a low figure nor a very high figure. You may like to say, I am expecting 15/20/25% hike on my current CTC. (Quote whichever percentage you feel is reasonable.)OR, just say 'as per your company standards' if you are not comfortable quoting the figure.m. Prepare well for tests by giving free tests available on the net.n. What do you see yourself doing after 5 years? This is normally asked to know the following:Are you clear about your career plans & career direction?or Are you a directionless person? If you are a directionless person then your interviewer may not like it.If you are a person with a direction then he would like to know if your plans match with what his company can offer you in the next 5 years. If there is a substantial mismatch then you may not be offered the job.Normally, when somebody is employed, we would like him/her to be with our company for a long period unless we don’t like him/her attitude or his/her work. So, if you say ‘I want to go for post-graduation in the next year’ or ‘I want to start my own business after 2 years’ or if a girl says ‘I am planning to get married in the next year.’……….., then the interviewer may reject you as the interviewer would like you to be with the company for a long period and not just for 1–2 years. Employees start producing substantial results only after 1–2 years and so interviewers would like you to be with the company for a much longer period than just 1–2 years.(‘I am planning to get married in the next year.’ can mean that she may have to relocate and so may leave because of that reason.)Please note that employment is almost like a marriage. It is intended to be for a long term.If you start talking about divorce (=leaving) for whatever reasons even before getting married, then the interviewer would not feel comfortable with your selection.Your answer to this question could be on these lines: “As I see it, I should be a team leader in 2–3 years handling larger projects, and may be a manager leading a larger team in 5–6 years.”. Say whatever is reasonably logical. If you say that you would like to be the General Manager or CEO in 5–6 years, then the interviewer would feel that you are a dreamer with unrealistic expectations. If you give this impression then the interviewer may not select you.(In reality, you may get quick promotions if your on-the-job-performance is very good. But, don’t sound unrealistic/ immature during interviews.)o. What are your hobbies? Please note that your hobbies reveal some personality traits of yours. For some jobs like General Management, Sales, Sr IT / Business Consultancy positions etc. you are required to be an extrovert person and a team player who is very good in dealing with people, as you are required to deal with internal teams and client personnel continuously. For some other jobs, it does not matter much whether you are an extrovert or not. (These are jobs of programmers, mathematicians, research people, clerks…)Those who play outdoor/group games (which involve interaction with many people) are typically considered extroverts / good in dealing with people. (Games like cricket, basketball, baseball, hockey, tennis, table tennis……)Those who play only indoor games or have hobbies which don’t require much interaction with other people (except for a couple of people in the room) are likely to be considered introverts / not so good at dealing with people. (Hobbies/ Games like reading, singing, cooking, chess, cards, carom, web browsing, facebook, philately……)So, the hobby highlighted by you should ideally be in line with the job for which you have applied, even if it is not your major hobby. Make sure that you have adequate knowledge of the game/ hobby as otherwise you will not be able to answer questions on the same if asked.P. Why do you want to join a PSU? (If you are being interviewed by a PSU.)Your answer could be on these lines:‘PSUs play a very important role in building our nation. Private sector is more concerned about profits whereas PSUs are more concerned about nation building.Projects & Operations of PSUs are typically of a very large scale. So, working with a PSU will expose me to such large projects. Also by working with a PSU, I will be directly contributing to the nation building activity. I can help a PSU become more effective and efficient in its operations.’If you do this much, then you will do well in your interviews. For your professional growth, you know that you need to get inputs on many important topics as early as possible. However, you also know that you can’t get time/leave to attend training programs to prepare yourself for the next steps in your career. So, for Quora members, we plan to conduct 90-minute online training programs in 2016, using Skype or a similar facility, on Saturdays / Sundays. Please let us know, which 3 of the following training programs would you like to attend in the next couple of months?:(1) ‘How to Get Selected in a Job Interview?’(2) ‘How to Get Selected in an MBA/BBA Admission Interview?’(3) ‘How to get a Promotion?’,(4) ‘How to become an Effective Manager?’,(5) ‘Preparing to become a CEO’,(6) ‘How to become better at Selling and exceeding Sales Targets?’,(7) ‘KBC: How to Build Wealth by investing in Mutual Funds?’,(8) Many other training programs,Follow me & communicate with me through Quora-messaging facility if you would like to receive personalised Corporate Career Development Advice, at a concessional fee for Quora members. How can I get a verified account on Instagram?
Hello from October 2019.What a nice time to live in. Especially since now Instagram disclosed specific criteria on how any account can get that magical verification badge. And today not only Hollywood celebrities and politicians can receive the badge, but regular people as well.Do you need to have a specific amount of followers? Absolutely not.For example, the following account has more than 700K followers. And it is not verified.Photo via Puppy Lovers (@puppy_lovings) • Instagram photos and videosHere is an example of a dog's account that is verified.Photo via Marnie The Dog (@marniethedog) • Instagram photos and videosCan you spot the difference? All speculations aside, here are criteria created by Instagram itself:AuthenticUniqueCompleteNotableAuthentic: Your account must represent a real person, registered business or entity. As long as you have not created a fan page for a celebrity or any other types of profiles that represent another business – Authenticity is the easiest step for you.Unique: Content on your profile must be unique. All pictures have to be yours and created by you.Complete: Your account has to be public and have a bio, profile picture and at least a few posts in your feed.Notable: Your account must represent a well-known, highly searched for person, brand or entity. We review accounts that are featured in multiple news sources, and we don’t consider paid or promotional content as sources for review. For example, there are many writers wrote about @Marniethedog. This is why it is “Notable”.(Retrieved from Marnie the Dog For Sure Dead Inside But What About Out, These Are the 10 Best Animals to Follow on Instagram)The first 3 are the easiest ones. Any business or person who created a profile for their own self, post their own content and have completed their profile satisfies the criteria. The trap is "Notable". Trap because ... Only a small percentage of the Insta account is "Notable".And it is the reason why 90% of accounts don't get the verification badge. This is the reason why the Socialityio team has come up with a complete GUIDE with PRO TIPS on transforming your IG account into a "Notable" one. What are the criteria for getting an invitation from Quora? Can I be one of them?
I live in Germany. I got an invite to the Quora partner program the day I landed in USA for a business trip. So from what I understand, irrespective of the number of views on your answers, there is some additional eligibility criteria for you to even get an email invite. If you read the terms of service, point 1 states:Eligibility. What are the best ways to lose weight?
Here’s my story of how I lost 85lb (38kg) in a span of 4 months. … … The most overweight I have ever been, and will ever be: March 2013 * Age 17 * Weight: 225 lbs (102 kg) * Height: 5′9 (175 cm) * Waist: 40 inch (100 cm) * Shirt: Size XL - XXL … … The skinniest I have ever been: July 2013 * Age 18 (my birthday is in June) * Weight: 140 lbs (63 kg) * Body Fat: 9%-10% * Height: 5′10 (178 cm) * Waist: 28 inch (71 cm) * Shirt: Size XS … … Here I am today (well, technically yesterday): * Age 22 * Weight: 160 lb (72 kg) * Body Fat: 12–14% Body Fat * Height: 5′10 (178 cm) * Waist: 30 inch (76 cm) * Shirt: Size S … … … In order to start losing weight, you must first analyze yourself. Ask yourself these oblique, presumptuous questions: Why am I at this undesirable weight? What is the rationale behind your body figure at the very moment? Having been brought up in Southern California of the United States, there were many aspects that contributed to obesity: * Unhealthy food: sugary, deep fried, processed, GMO, etc. * The amount of food available in the country. A wise gentleman once riddled me: “What is the hardest thing to do in this society? To starve to death.” * The humongous portion of food and soda. * The lack of walking. I’ve witnessed people getting into their cars, then park towards a store within a few steps away… in the same plaza complex. But personally, I was a child of divorced parents. I lived with my mom, whom does not know how to cook. She would always eat out and brought me back home take-out food. Neither was she actively present throughout my childhood, which in turn led me to overeat further to fill the void. There may be a lot more contributing factors, but those were probably the more prominent ones. Short answer: Society norms + an unhealthy diet + depression … … … Me before the divorce: … … … Me after the divorce (I apologize for the Jaden Smith face): … … Why do I want to lose weight? Set a goal for yourself. What will motivate you to transform? To get more dates, to be healthy, to fit in your clothes, to be the envy of your peers, whatever it shall be. For me, I wanted to change myself when I turned 18 (adulthood). To see what I was missing out on in life. At age 17 — * I hated walking, don’t get me started on running. * I’ve never had a girlfriend. * I don’t (can’t) play any sports. * I’ve never finished a “mile run” (1.7 km) under 15 minutes during P.E. … %3E “Besides good grades and close friends, life was so limited” “If I’m fat when I’m a kid, it’s my parents’ fault. If I’m fat when I become an adult, it will be my own fault” Those were some of the trending thoughts that lingered. … Short answer: Change. … … … Once you have established that — here is my story. The first enlightenment to my preadolescence mind about losing weight was that — we as humans, technically do not need to eat for a long period of time, while hydration still remains utterly crucial. Human beings, on average, can withstand 30 days of starvation. 7 days without water. That knowledge, unfortunately, stemmed from a Holocaust documentation in World History class. Nonetheless, it still holds legitimacy. … … When the dieting process began, I have already taken the initiative and Google’d everything there is to know about nutrition and how it can be beneficial to my process. Some nifty facts that I grasped: 1. Carbohydrate will turn to sugar (energy). Sugar then turns to fat when your body does not utilize it (through exercising). 2. Your body fuels on fat before it fuels on muscle. 3. When you are “hungry”, oftentimes you are just “thirsty”. 4. Protein is only substantial to muscle growth and reparation, not your well-being. 5. Healthy fats makes you healthy, but it will still make you fat. 6. 3500 calories = 1 lb (7000 calories = 1 kg) 7. Your body burns 2000 calories everyday (on average) Among some other things. … … … So what did I do? * I read the Nutrition Table of every thing I consumed. I memorized the fat, carbohydrates (sugar, fiber), and calories of just about anything. * I downloaded an application on my phone to track my calories. I input EVERYTHING I consumed, the second I finish it (If it has more than 5 calories). Even down to each individual carrot at the school cafeteria. * I cut off all forms of fat and carbohydrates. Even the healthy ones. My diet then predominantly consisted of vegetables, water, and tea. * Whenever I was hungry, I drank water. * I ran every single day. 15 minutes the first few days, 30 minutes the first few weeks, then eventually an hour. Some days even 2 hours. * I did not have a “rest day” throughout the whole process. On average: * I drank 2 L to 5 L of water. * I consumed 0 to 500 calories. * I burned -500 to -1500 calories at the gym. Every. Single. Day. In the ultimate sense, I burned about half a pound (1/4 kg) every day. … … … The diet strive became an addiction. Not once in my life would it occur to me that anorexia, would evidently manifest as a threat. There was a period where I started experimented on myself. I was starving myself to see what would occur, out of curiosity. In case I was stranded on a deserted island of some sort, you know, radical teenager ideas I made it through 7 days consecutively, consuming only water, tea, black coffee, and oxygen. … I arrived at 140 lbs and I did not know how to proceed. For the very first time, it became too laborious for me to lose weight. So I shifted my goal, to build muscles instead. To do so, I needed more protein. So I started adding seafood to my diet. Fish, squid, octopus, shrimp, and the likes. Most of which were high in protein, low in calories, and very little to no fat. Let’s have a comparison between a Cod fish fillet with a Steak, with roughly the same serving size. Sure, meat has a lot of protein, but look at how much Fat it has! You need the protein for muscle. But with that much fat included in the ratio, it’s extremely counter-productive. Anyways, so that’s what I sticked with for 3 consecutive years. Seafood and vegetables. Then eventually carbohydrates (with high fiber) and fruits, since lifting weights became too weary. … … To this day, eating unhealthy food is no longer a treat once-in-awhile, it becomes a burden. My body has developed an intolerance to unhealthy food. %3E People: "Come on man, just have some of these chips." Me: "But I don't even like them anymore" People: "Are you on a diet? Are you watching your figure? It must suck to be on a diet, you can't eat what you want to eat anymore" *stuffs their face with a Big Mac" Me: "Not even the slightest. I'm as content as your love for that cardio-arrest-on-a-sesame-seed-bun." I was less attracted by the smell and taste of food, and more engaged in the overall response it brought to my body. How it made me feel preceding digestion. How it boosted my performances in demanding activities. Light yet vigorous, energetic yet tranquil. To me, food has become a life necessity, not a self-indulged pleasure anymore. … … … My dieting journey might sound a tad extreme to some of you, and I agree completely. I actually do not recommend this diet at all. Was it difficult? Yes, but only the first primary weeks, it made me feel light-headed throughout the day. But once my body has acclimatized to the work-out demand and my stomach shriveled up to the crumb-sized supply that I provided it for daily; I felt lively, like never before. The dieting process was no longer a struggle, it became a lifestyle. Was it dangerous? I don’t know. I fainted once when I was sitting on the toilet. It was 4 months after the diet, when I started to eat more to build muscles. I passed out for half an hour. My stomach was probably too overwhelmed with the newfound portion of food. Were there any side effects? Just a heap load of excess skins and stretch marks. Right beneath my abdomen, arms, back, legs, practically everywhere. It’s been 4 years and it has not gone away yet. … … … Paraphrasing up my anecdote to be easily absorbed — this is the fastest, safest, and most efficient way to lose weight: 1. Have a goal set in your mind. Especially if that goal is for yourself, not for other people. Let’s say for example — You’re pursuing to get with someone… well if that person ends up being with somebody else, the likelihood of you surrendering is basically guaranteed. 2. Don’t take “cheat days”. You will feel less inclined and less committed to pursue your itinerary goal. 3. Having a clear and strong mindset is the key. Do not succumb to temptation. Turn your diet into a lifestyle choice, instead of a brief torture. 4. Learn to read the nutrition label. Get used to understanding everything that you are consuming. Learn how to cook as well, to accommodate your progress. 5. Stray away from food with saturated oil, processed sugar, and fiber-less carbohydrates. It might be a struggle initially, not being able to eat what you “like to eat”. But eventually your mind will evolve overtime to adapt to a new preference. 6. Drink lots of water and/or unsweetened tea, at least 2 L every day. Sometimes when you feel hungry, you’re actually just dehydrated. 7. Do cardio at least half an hour every day. Don’t bother with lifting weights until you have at least a small amount of muscle mass. When you lift weights with more than 40%+ body fat, the muscle won’t be visible anyway. You will end up looking even more overweight. 8. Scale yourself every morning when you wake up. This is not to see how much you weigh, but to see your progress. Witnessing your progress will boost your self-esteem instantaneously, and motivates you to advance. The reason for doing it in the morning is to subtract your water weight— pee first though. 9. Keep track of your calorie intakes. This serves two purposes: 1. To know the content of what you are eating. 2. To keep track of what you are eating throughout the day. 10. Chew your food thoroughly. If you swallow your food too fast, you will eat more. Try chewing gums often as well, to mimic the brain stimulation of eating. “Masticating” - Jake Harper 11. Keep your mind sober and conscious. I noticed that I tend to overeat, more than usual, when I’m lacking sleep or drink alcohol. It’s probably my mind trying to keep itself alive but not knowing how, so my brain unconsciously send signals to tell me to eat. … … … End.

Trump Jr. also sent the email after news broke that former acting Attorney General Sally Yates had alerted the White House that Flynn might have lied about discussing sanctions with then-Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
The White House, which initially said that Trump didn't know any details about Flynn until he learned about it later — then said that the president only found out about them through media reports — has faced questions about why Trump's son was seeking to establish communications with the Russian government in the first place.
In a series of tweets, Trump Jr. denied that he and others had received the emails, and called the Times story "a COMPLETE and TOTAL FABRICATION" of his meeting. He said the Times' "fictional account" was "100% made up."
