The purpose of business registrations is to show your business qualifications and willingness to comply with a series of regulations. Registration come from different authorities that range from the federal government, local municipalities to industry-specific certifications. Over 18 years, I've had the privilege of working with billionaires, thriving small businesses, and startup entrepreneurs. One consistent truth is that top producers find ways to help themselves sell with major impact. One series of registrations that can help you to get a leg up in your business and to really be able to close six-figure deals are regulations and help you to do business with major players like the federal government and major vendors. The major player here in Miami, Florida, is FSMSDC they're part of MBE, Minority Business Enterprise. They have a larger national regulatory authority. They can give you this type of minority business registration. Benefits as in why would you want to do this? And the truth is, it's about the doors that open when you do. Billions of dollars in contracts are awarded to small businesses here in the U.S.. Often these contracts do not go to minorities and women. And laws have been changed recently to make sure that a percentage of these contracts are given to those demographic groups. In fact, if two of those types of groups go after a contract and that contract is under four million dollars, the federal government is obligated to award the contract to those two businesses. How would a four million dollar contract change your business? How would it change the way you do business, sell products or hire if you knew that you had to fulfill a contract that size?
