We will then convert the PDF file (as a text file to a PDF) by using a program such as Adobe Acrobat, and then we will automatically send it through to the customer for signature. We do ask that you print your receipt to ensure you have received your order, however once a pdf file has been signed and returned by the customer, we will delete the file and the customer will not receive an email to notify them of the issue. This is not a way for our customer to verify their order as we do not retain the scanned paper copy. All of our customers will need to complete a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning the PDF documents to us. Do you accept VISA and Mastercard payments or cash?
