Your Talent Coach will signNow out to you to discuss the next course of action.”Next week they mailed me asking for documents. Once all the documents were uploaded, they replied -“We are pleased to inform you that we have received all the mandatory documents submitted by you, as part of Accenture’s Hiring process. Your candidature is in progress and we will signNow out to shortly for the next procedures.”The HR never called. They never replied to my mails. Thanks to Truecaller they never received my calls. Only once they received my call when I had called from a friend’s number. The HR received the call and asked me to drop a mail and to which I never received a reply.My profile was put on hold stating compensation reasons whereas I didn’t have a single discussion with anyone regarding compensation.Three of my friends have experienced the same. Your boss should be gone by the end of business the next day.This is a serious offense, and the “why's” behind her reasoning for it are irrelevant. Human Resources needs to be made aware of what’s happening, the sooner the better.

Business interview few candidates and at lest 2–3 options with priority wise. According when HR ask you to send the documents they need to prepare the proposal according to your salary expectation. We need to sit with business some times to finalize who is the best option for us in terms of all perametres. So after salary discussion if they got approval from business then HR proceed it for offer stage. It can take a week or max two weeks time. If the hiring is not new to the company. Sometimes role and position is new to the companyand that case it take more time to creat grading and job family of that position and other details which are actually time taking. So may take more then 2 weeks. You can speak to HR inform him / her if things are not finalize then you are exploring other opportunity and may drop the offer. So better he or she give proper update about your candidature.
