hi everyone and thank you for tuning in to the whole package this video is going to show you how to complete the actual notarization to themselves the previous videos showed you how to get your notary license and also how to order your supplies but now we're gonna jump back right in so you have your supplies you have your license we're gonna go over how you complete these forms so this first one we're looking at there first of all they're all going to be different every single one you do for the most part you just have to read it and know what they're looking for so at the top where it says I and it's highlighted the attorney-in-fact named above hereby accept appointment and attorney-in-fact in accordance with the foregoing instrument that's the person that's signing so they're gonna print their name in that first line and then they're gonna sign where this attorney in fact signature that could say attorney in fact it could say principal I can say a fee I can say a number of different things but you'll see as we go along and as you get to do more and more you get more comfortable with it how you fill them out correctly so then it says data up and put your state county put the county this is the county that you are in currently okay on this second day of February 2018 just put the 18 in that spot not the whole 2018 before me appeared you put their name you're gonna sign where there's no Republic you're gonna print your expiration date so if it's March 3rd 2019 and then you're gonna put you're gonna stamp it right next to that so that's hate thought that first one they're all pretty much the same but they have different wording so like this one state of you're gonna print the state you're gonna print the county in you're gonna put the state in the county on the second day of March 2018 before me ain't no Republic in and above for the above state and county personally appeared you put their name known to me or prove to be the person named in or who executed the foregoing instrument sometimes it can say who prove to me by presenting identification or or being personally known as so but you personally know about the checkbox you can check or they'll say presented this identification you'll fill it in like a passport or a driver's license okay so then you're gonna sign the bottom you're going to print your expiration date for your commission and then you where it says seal that's where you stand sometimes it'll say seal sometimes it won't you always have to stamp when you sign you can never sign in that stamp that's the whole point you have to have a stamp on there okay this next one the top is cut off of what you need is dated this fourth day of March 2018 they're gonna sign you're then gonna fill out state of Virginia County of Henrico subscribe and sworn to or form before me on this same date through the second day of March 2018 by affiant that's their name that you're going to print there when I print their names I always print it directly off of their drivers license or their passport or whatever the case may be do not try to read their signature and try to figure what they wrote just say hey can I see your ID back really quick because if you misspelled their name it could cause problems for them then you're gonna sign then you're gonna print my commission expiration date on that line and stamp it again you always always always have to stamp there's never time when you can stamp or you can sign in not stamp the stamp is what really makes that notarization valid so always always always carry your stamp with you this one I'm gonna do a separate video to explain when you use these add-on attachments but at the top that says the certificate is attached to a blank number of pages so sometimes the document will have like three or four pages but it won't have a notary section the notary section is this right here to stayed up all the way down to Commission expiration date so but doesn't have that you should add one of these to it just put how many pages the document is document dealing with an entitled so it'll be the title the document like a power of attorney and then the date and you continue to fill out the same way state of County of the date there then name a person acknowledgement acknowledging is the person that signings he print that their type of identification which was I was talking about you put the driver's license or like passport whatever they used sign expiration date seal ding-ding-ding now sometimes you will have questions that are not always the same but this is just to get you started because you get you going well don't forget to subscribe like share and comment thank you
