Basically every quote and agreement we use at Lennis Design, LLC goes through airSlate SignNow.com. We have found it very simple to implement and most of our customers (who are of varying computer sophistication) have no problem using it. When we re-invented our business in 2016 we didn't want to go back to fax machines so airSlate SignNow.com gave us the ability to have electronic signatures without the high overhead of their competition.

Signing a quote for your phone gets jobs started faster. Automatically exporting PDF and letting me know when the customer has agreed to the quote is very helpful. Having an online repository to re-download executed documents is helpful

Quotes and any other legal agreements are perfect for airSlate SignNow. I've used it to get 1099 contractors to electronically sign NDA's and work for hire agreements so it's very handy to have this ability and lets me do business virtually much quicker than having to deal with a fax machine.

We use airSlate SignNow whenever we bring on a new client as if puts the signed agreement in one secure place. In the past, we'd have to send a pdf to the client, have them print it, sign it, scan, and then send it back. airSlate SignNow streamlines this whole process as well as keeping all agreements in one safe secure place.

I found airSlate SignNow less expensive than some of the other apps out there. airSlate SignNow has an upgraded UX which makes it easier to navigate and add fields in the back end. airSlate SignNow makes it easy for the client on the signing side who has never used it before to figure out.

airSlate SignNow is great for businesses that sign a lot of agreements and need to have them in one place. It's great for getting documents signed by people who are not in the same physical location. It's also great for businesses that have to frequently go back and pull those agreements since the search function works very well. It's less expensive than it's competitors for the same functionality.

Frequently asked questions

Learn everything you need to know to use airSlate SignNow eSignatures like a pro.

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

How to sign electonially on pdf?

Hi, i have a question about this. If I buy the digital version of the PDF you offer, which has the text on the page, i am getting an error that the font and/or line height isn't set properly. I have tried the "set text" button, it says I have set font, however it is not showing. I am using a laptop and a touch screen, is there any easy way to get this to work at all? I'm pretty sure the PDF you offer will work for printing, but I'd still like to know how you'd get it to work with ePub (I'd use the "print page" button, but I suspect the PDF may need to be converted before printing. Best, Tom Thanks for posting this, I'm having the font issue as well with the same book I just bought on Amazon, but I'm pretty sure this can't be fixed, I'm using the Adobe CS3 (Adobe Acrobat Reader). I'm pretty sure the PDF you offer will work for printing, but I'd still like to know how you'd get it to work with ePub (I'd use the "print page" button, but I suspect the PDF may need to be converted before printing. Best, Tom Dear Tom, First of all, your system is working and I'm not getting those problems with the PDF you offered, but I would like to give you some more insight into some of the technical issues involved in making and distributing pdf files. There are three main parts to this discussion, and I'll explain all of them. I would recommend that you first look at the technical information available on the Adobe website. Second, you'll have to make an adjustment to each pd...

How to do an electronic signature in pdf?

There are several ways to make it more secure, using a digital signature that is signed with a private key. In this example, you will create a file with the encrypted public key, then you will sign the text with the private key. You can then use the public key as an identifier in your pdf file, to prevent someone else from signing it with their private key. Example: Encrypts a File To encrypt your document, you will have to download the pem file of the public key. On a computer, go to your document's file folder and then click the button that says Open with. Click on the pem file on the right (this will be a pem file file in hex format). It is possible to save the pem file to your computer in the cloud, but it is not as easy to do as it would be to download it to your computer. If you don't have your own password, you can use a computer to save the pem file to the computer as a password. If you already own a password, you can use one you keep safe, or write it down somewhere. After you open the pem file, you will have to enter your password every time you open the pem file. Do not use the same password that you use for any online accounts. A password should never be sent to the web server. Do not use the password of another person as your password. On your computer, you will now have two options. Option one: To open the pem, right click in the pem file and click Open. Choose the option that is most suitable for you. If the file is encrypted, choose the Encrypt button. I...
