your profile promoted publicly make sure you select this that's very important um right here languages spoken if you're dual language you speak another language besides english make sure you put it here because people need documents notarized that do not speak english and that's actually a great asset to have i also put in rom doc verify um so that i can do remote online editorial services for checked i carry a million dollar eno insurance policy with insurance policy with fiber tax tech savvy and capable of handling scanning faxes and electronic documents well you guys can read it so that's all the stuff that i put there your city uh your travel distance uh time to text or call uh remote online notary with doc verify i'm certified for that the next thing you want to do which is absolutely important is go over to your credentials i'm just going to update site in case i left something off so go over to credentials and as you can see i am pending um my accounts being verified um i'm not sure why it's taking so long to verify my commission i guess i uploaded something from the state of iowa website that directly lists that i'm a notary in the state of iowa um but i didn't upload the specific uh certification i might have that here and i'll show you um which one i uploaded and they said it would not work which is it's totally cool let me see here all right it has my address on it but yeah so this is the one that i ended up uploading this is how the state of the state of iowa sends it out um from the secretary of state saying that you are dually appointed to the office of notoriety notary public um in iowa and that's the one that i just uploaded i'm still waiting um for snapdocs to approve that at the moment because i uploaded the one from the main website as i stated before anyway you want to make sure you update or i'm sorry you upload your insurance um this was my insurance policy i had 25 000 um but i increased it to one million uh with fiber you just never know i just thought you know what why not pay extra it's around 38 dollars a month and i just want to be safe and then companies can possibly give me better jobs um that pay more because they can it just shows that you're responsible and you you want to cover your yourself and what you do in your job your professional basically um you also want to know to upload your notary commission which is the one i just showed you on that paper your background check report which is on your nsa profile just um hit download and then save it to your computer and upload it here um your driver's license you want to put that information here your nna certification your w9 form and then additional information which is my doc verify so um yeah just make sure you get all of this filled out and uploaded so this is the nna certification which is your signing agent profile and this is my profile make sure you fill all of this information out i'll make a video of how you can do that but you just want to make sure everything um on here is completely filled out your email company name website phone numbers they can reach you um service areas i still need to add more um counties here so that i can get more work um and then if you accept edocs your distance your mobile platform your hours of operation ron certified what system training completed your policy um diverse business type uh this can help you i put minority owned small and women owned because i'm a woman i'm a small business and i'm a minority and then your additional information is everything about you and as you can see i need to update this because i have since changed my policy and increased my limits so yeah i hope this was helpful for you um so you can see what my profile look like and what you need to do to make sure your profile on snapdocs is completely filled out although mine is almost completely done i still have to wait for the notary commission to get approved and now my um new insurance policy to get reviewed and looked at as well so i'll probably email snapdocs about it today and see what that's looking like so if you want to see what your profile looks like publicly just go to my profile and then this is what it looks like on your side on the back end but to see what it looks like um what everyone else sees companies you just go here and so this is what other companies see when they're looking at my profile and you can even share this on your facebook instagram i'm sorry linkedin and twitter and if you would like to receive email containing my contact information you could put an email in or the company would and then they would get your contact information and as you can see this is where i reside in this area and then this is another cool thing that i like um i can see my competition who's nearby me so these are all the notaries that are in um des moines and around me so that's the city i reside in des moines and then the state is iowa of course so yeah this is all of my competition and so if a company was coming over here to look and see who the notaries are in iowa des moines specifically if they had a signing in that location they would go over here and select if they wanted them to have eno insurance and verified commission they would select this and then it would show who is verified and let me see if i'm on here because i'm curious because my commission has not yet been verified yeah so that actually looks really bad on my part i wish they would hurry up and do that i mean i can still select jobs even though my commission is not verified but as you can see these people are all on top of me which is totally cool i hope i can reach out to these people and network with them um if someone can just take me under their wing because i'm still a new signing agent and i have a lot to learn here um so as you can see this is all of the competition there's about three pages of competition here and what you don't want to do is have a profile that
