So how did I sign on a zip file? I just went to "File>Print" in MS Word and printed out the form. Then I just clicked the "print" button on it as usual in my document, and I'm good to go. I didn't do that at all in MS Excel. I used the "File>Print" function and then just went to the website.

Well, there's no way you could sign a form with that form. No way. There are so many forms that are available, including the pdf, that you cannot simply copy/paste into a new form. In addition, students enrolled in courses in different semesters must enroll in their classes at that time in order to avoid the additional charge.
How do you decide whether I need to pay to enroll in a course again with a different instructor?
