When a client enters information (such as a password) into the online form on , the information is encrypted so the client cannot see it. An authorized representative for the client, called a "Doe Representative," must enter the information into the "Signature" field to complete the signature.

This is a question I have been asked many times, and I have tried to answer each time with the same information as above. Unfortunately, I can no longer post the answer to your question in one of my "Ask Me Anything" threads because I have been banned, and my previous explanation will no longer apply either. I will simply direct you to my previous post explaining it. The short version is simply: If you're going to use an online sign-up tool, download the sign-up form and use it to create your own pdf document. After the form's done, simply copy and paste the code and click submit! If you're going to use a desktop sign-up form, you don't need to create a pdf form because the pdf link will be automatically added to the form.
