Industry sign banking missouri medical history later

in today's video i'm going to be showing you the easiest ways to get your medical marijuana card in the state of missouri i'll see you after the logo [Music] what's up everybody my name is nate and this is nate on cannabis and like i said today i'm going to be showing you the easiest ways to get your medical marijuana card in the state of missouri now my first video on this channel was on this subject but that was over a year ago and a lot of the information has changed now the law hasn't changed but the way we kind of view and interpret the law has changed and the way the program has rolled out has certainly changed so i wanted to update this information for you okay so you want to become a medical marijuana patient in the state of missouri what do you need to know and what do you need to do well the first thing you need to know is that all the information that i'm about to give you can be found on the department of health and senior services website which is health.mo.gov so the first thing you have to do is decide if you have a qualifying condition now article 14 of the constitution set out a list of qualifying conditions some of those conditions are very severe like hiv and aids cancer hepatitis epilepsy and these are the conditions that most people associate with medical marijuana but the truth is is that medical marijuana medical cannabis is a safe non-toxic non-lethal alternative to a lot of prescription medicines cannabis is not a pancea it is not a cure-all okay and i would be weary saying that cannabis cures anything at this moment in time but cannabis does very successfully treat many conditions both severe and non-severe from hiv aids to chronic headaches medical marijuana can help you replace opioids for severe pain disorders and it can also help you replace tylenol for common aches and pains tylenol actually kills about 500 americans every year cannabis has and always will be responsible for zero and our law was actually designed to show this our law was designed around that premise because of the qualifying conditions on that list two are the most important one and i'm ad-libbing here because i don't have it up one of them says that if you have any condition where you're prescribed any medication you qualify for medical cannabis and the other says that in the opinion of your doctor any condition any condition your doctor thinks can be helped by medical cannabis they can write you a recommendation for and that opens the door to a lot of people as it should and if you're thinking hey well what about people that aren't sick or don't have any conditions that they just want to use marijuana and they don't want to get in trouble with the law well we're going to talk about them in just a little bit okay so now we've figured out that you probably qualify for a medical marijuana card now the truth is most family physicians are not going to write you a recommendation for medical marijuana i said that a year ago and it still holds true today you are going to have to find a cannabis clinic a clinic with doctors who have decided that they are willing to risk whatever these other doctors think that they can't risk to give you a recommendation for medical marijuana and to be fair marijuana is still a federally scheduled illegal substance and that's why most family doctors are just not going to write a recommendation for them but that's fine because there are plenty of cannabis clinics out there willing to write you a recommendation for medical marijuana now early on in the program most clinics in the early days they wanted a well-established history they weren't interested in diagnosing you but that was not the right approach and that's not the way the program was designed to be to begin with a lot of people don't see their doctors for a lot of conditions they don't and there are a lot of people that live without health insurance many people have no health insurance so things like anxiety and depression these aren't things that people that live below a certain tax bracket go to the doctor to see they just can't afford to get in there to see them but they also deserve to be able to have medical marijuana just like anybody else and as we talked about before cannabis is a safe non-lethal non-toxic alternative to many things including tylenol so common aches and pains common back pain that you're tired of taking over the counter medicine for that you wouldn't really go see a doctor for but medical cannabis can absolutely help you and give you a better quality of life those people deserve to be able to get a medical marijuana card so over a year into this now most clinics do not require you to have an established history with another doctor they can diagnose you and any clinic that doesn't is just being extra super careful because they're nervous about breaking any rules or regulations or you know or being seen as somebody who's just willy-nilly writing recommendations willy-nilly is a fun word to say by the way willy-nilly i shouldn't took that edible before i shot this video okay so how do you find a cannabis doctor well there are many cannabis clinics out there but not all cannabis clinics are created equal there have been scams in this community where people thought they were seeing a doctor really weren't seeing a doctor and their cards became worthless risking their freedom and their personal health so you have to be careful there are some lists out there on some websites but a lot of cannabis clinics tend to come and go so these lists aren't updated or up to date the best place to go is to the community itself ask a patient where did you get your card at how much did you pay for it did you enjoy the experience was it easy was it hard did they require extensive medical history off the top of my head some of my favorites are rourke family health rourkefamilyhealth.com the green pot clinics doc mac the higher care clinic which operates out of oklahoma and missouri elevate holistics which also operates in oklahoma and missouri and there are a few others some that you want to avoid and i may get sued for this and i really don't care but there are some clinics out there that you want to avoid one of them is going to be 420id.net so 420id and a lot of companies like them are out here price gouging patients at ridiculous prices okay last time i checked it was close to two hundred dollars to get a card through 420id.net you should only be paying around 100 for your medical marijuana card now there are reputable companies that are charging upwards of 150 and that's okay oftentimes you're paying for security and peace of mind knowing that they're going to take care of everything on their end for you so if that's the type of service that you're getting where they're going to take care of everything for you you know it's a reputable company that's safe and secure then 150 is about the most that i would recommend anyone paying anything over 150 is straight robbery clinics eventually will have their prices across the board around 100 i've seen cards as low as 50 but once you start getting around that 50 mark it's kind of a buyer beware situation if they can offer them that cheap you need to make sure that it's a reputable company and that's just because of history of what's happened here in missouri now i'm not saying that just because a clinic says they can give you a card for 50 bucks that's some kind of a scam that's not what i'm saying i'm just saying the cheaper you go the more cautious you probably should be and just make sure that you do your research and if you can find a solid reputable company to give you a 50 cert a 30 cert man go for it but be very careful and tread lightly now in normal times you can choose to see your doctor in person or through telehealth medicine where you can see them on your phone or computer but in pandemic days telehealth is really your only option for cannabis clinics now if you are from an older generation or you just don't feel that comfortable with technology i would encourage you to find someone who can help you in the process because this is going to be the quickest fastest and easiest way to get your card your appointment's just going to take a few minutes your doctor will go through a general run of questions about your history about your condition do you have records don't you have records remember they are not needed if you go to a clinic that is requiring you to prove your medical records i suggest you find another clinic not that you should have anything to hide but that's just an undue burden that wasn't designed to be part of the program after your appointment they will sign your form and depending on the clinic they will either upload it to the state for you or they will email your recommendation to you and boom you are halfway there your next step is to upload that recommendation to the state of missouri via the website health.mo.gov so once you get to the website on the right hand side here you're going to see apply for medical marijuana identification card and then you're going to click this big blue button right here patient caregiver application and registration yes on the pop-up is going to take you to my complia my complya is a website that a lot of medical marijuana states use and this is where you'll sign in i have apparently forgot my username and password and i've locked myself out so i can't get it in there to show you what to do but on the left hand side there'll be a menu you'll click new application and then you'll go through that process once you start a new application there will be a bunch of tabs at the top of the screen and each tab is a section that you need to fill out including information that you're going to find on your doctor's recommendation qualifying condition your doctor's name address phone number you're going to go through each tab and then when you get to the end you're going to upload your doctor's recommendation you're going to upload an identification card a state id card you're going to upload a proof of address or your state id card if the address is the same and a picture of yourself similar to what you would see on a driver's license on an off-white background now the final cost in getting your medical marijuana card is your fee to the state if you just want to be a patient legal to possess and purchase medical marijuana in the state of missouri that is about a 26 fee to the state if you want to cultivate and grow your own marijuana in your home it will cost you just over 100 for that fee once you pay that fee you're done until you pay that fee your state application is not processed you have to get to the end and pay that fee but once you get to the end and pay that fee you're done now it's just a waiting game the state has 30 days to approve or deny your application depending on the backlog at the time it may take that entire 30 days once you receive your approval the state will email you a notification letting you know that you have been approved and you can now log on back to the my comply website and they'll provide a link in the email they send you and download your medical marijuana card the state will not send you a card we print them off ourselves and then it is also highly recommended that you keep a copy of it on your phone i actually show the downloaded copy on my phone more than i ever show my printed out paper copy and that's it you are now a medical marijuana patient in the state of missouri what about those people we talked about earlier in the video that didn't really have a medical condition but wanted to be a medical marijuana patient so that they can consume cannabis legally without the fear of going to jail should they be able to yes they should it is my opinion and the opinion of many others that all marijuana use is medical marijuana use you are treating some symptom with your marijuana use whenever you use it if you smoke marijuana just to feel better there's a good chance you're probably treating a little bit of depression so to recap to get a medical marijuana card in the state of missouri all you have to do is find a doctor who thinks that whatever you have going on can be treated with medical marijuana common aches and pains back pain headache migraines depression anxiety social anxiety any of those things qualifies you to get a medical marijuana card and when you go see a cannabis doctor they understand cannabis and they understand that it's a safe non-toxic non-lethal alternative to many things like we said from opioids to tylenol so they're not going to give you much grief it is easy to get a medical marijuana card in the state of missouri and while we act like that's a big secret or taboo subject to talk about it should be it should be easy so if you think medical marijuana might be right for you get online find yourself a cannabis doctor right here in the state of missouri get your card if you enjoyed this content please like comment or subscribe most of the people that end up on my videos are not subscribed to my channel go ahead and subscribe turn on notifications and then you'll get notified every time i release a video about medical marijuana in the state of missouri

Using airSlate SignNow has been incredibly helpful in moving towards a paperless business model. The app is very easy to use, and the integration with most major cloud storage providers is a huge plus. Since adding airSlate SignNow to our business model, we've found that not only does it reduce the amount of paper that we need to keep on hand, but it's a huge benefit to our clients. The sophistication of providing them all their details signed, and in electronic format provides them with a stored and searchable document in their email, as well as impresses them in the process. If you frequently deal with needing to sign documents, I would highly recommend incorporating this into your business model.

As a landlord and a tv producer, I use sign now to quickly and efficiently send and get contracts signed. I've been able to eliminate the need to print a document, get it signed and then scan it in to digital archives. I can personalize a contract in minutes, specify the areas for people to sign, send the contract by email and receive it within minutes. I also love the template feature that allows me to upload one contract and send it to multiple users - each user signing and sending back the same contract. It saves me from redundant busy work ... can't stress enough the convenience and efficiency of sign now.

Frequently asked questions

Learn everything you need to know to use airSlate SignNow eSignatures like a pro.

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

How do you electronically sign a pdf?

I have a pdf but the signature line is not visible and the page is not open, is there some way I can still do it? What does it mean for an application to be denied if I am currently incarcerated or on parole? I have an order of protection which is currently in effect. Can I still be denied if I am no longer in prison? Do I have to apply for a new driver's license if I change my name and my last name is changed to the same as my father's? I'm in the process of legally changing my name and I'm not sure if I have to do a driver's license renewal every year. I just received a notice that my license is about to expire and I need to fill out the online renewal form. What will happen? How do I remove my name from the DMV database if it has been reported stolen?

How to use an electronic signature?

To make an electronic signature, you should first use the computer keyboard and write down what you would like to have as the electronic signature. For each letter, the computer will show you the keys that correspond to the corresponding characters in the electronic signature. After you copy and paste the electronic signature on the printed document, you will have an electronic signature. Is electronic signature the same as an electronic signature? No - it's not the same as an electronic signature. An electronic signature means that a document is printed on paper with a computer printout of the electronic signature. An electronic signature is different from an electronic signature created with a mouse. An electronic signature can be used to make a document electronically signed. If I want to use an electronic signature to send a paper document, can I make an electronic signature in any software that has a built in paper input? No - you'll need to install a piece of software. If you're using Microsoft Office, you can do this right here. How easy is it to use a electronic signature? Using an electronic signature on paper can be very easy if you know how to use the computer and you can use the mouse to click on where you need it. Using an electronic signature on a computer is more difficult because you have to use the keyboard, type out keystrokes, and then paste the documents in a computer program.
