as per the rules in that particular state number three you have to select that registered agent that i just told you about one service i'm going to show you about right here you actually could pay the organization to serve as your registered agent however if you have a residence in that particular state then you you yourself can be that registered agent then you have to file the articles of people may want to make is for instance is to change the name of the llc you don't like the name i may want to change the name of my organization i don't like it as much as i did when i first selected
