people ask me how should they sign their documents or how should they sign their passport book now if it's their materials um typically they want you to sign them in black and they make it pretty mandatory that they won't accept them if you sign them in different colors okay that's fine what i suggest is getting you a red ink stamper or one of these off of amazon for like five six bucks and then what you can really do is you flip it around even though it's got the words on there take your thumb ink it up and then put your thumb red thumb print representing living blood the living man the uh american national uh the us nationals state citizen foreign national you know whatever you want to call yourself put on a 45 degree angle touching the edge of your name and your autograph well you can call it a signature but that's their word autograph or a mark and then you put it on a 45 degree angle touching the edge of your name okay that is a proper one of the very variants of a proper seal especially if you can't sign it in red or purple um the next color would be blue and then of course black okay um purple being divine red being sovereign blue being maritime or foreign and then black being dead commercial entity you know these inks have colors or these colors have inks what no they've got meetings okay so what you want to do with your passport card is on there it doesn't say that you have to sign it in black it just has to be signed so i would sign it in red and put a red thumb print on there and make it yours okay um with your own paperwork of course you can sign it in red um some notaries may or may not have a problem with it so you might have to double sign one in black one in red um and then if you can put your thumb print on there you don't have to but remember the thing about your thumbprint is is that it's completely unique to yours making this a the sole single document of that nature okay not to be copied or utilized or whatever else which is also one of the reasons why you can put on your documents somewhere on there you know ucc1 s308 and also non-negotiable meaning that you can't convert this into funds okay it's not a negotiable instrument it may look like that all right so which makes me ponder i probably shouldn't even even say this but like if you were to do that with i don't know certain things that you know they sometimes monetize behind your back what would happen i don't know remember this is educational purposes i'm just a little crazy and i'm thinking out loud okay so that being said um i always drop a little bread crumbs and hens for you guys so use the information wisely um [Music] but yeah with your own documents yeah you can sign them the way you want to you don't have to follow that particular guidelines and even if they were to tell you um like i know they try to pull the wool over people especially some people in prison and whatever else um so my uh shout out goes out to all those people out there who watch me while you're being you know locked up or you know huber or some other some type of facility that they got you in there um now for those of you who did what you did you know you're supposed to be in there but for the rest of y'all um who are in there it ain't really supposed to be because it was a victimless crime um you know uh do your research because when they start telling you that oh that's not in the proper format sorry um that's not how it flies the law states that even if it's not enough correct format it can still be allowed sorry mr magistrate doesn't work that way um and also and there's information that backs that up and also if they charge a fee for anything before you to do it you can ask for a remedy or ask for it to be waived if you don't ask you don't get okay um you just didn't know you could do that because they don't have the right for you to access the public official a their public servant how do i have to pay to see a public servant okay these are some of the things that they that you don't know they don't want you to know and that they don't just put out there until you read the books which means you have to be a big ass nerd like me to read all these little things and find out okay um so yes you can have them waive the fee tell them i want the fee waived i'm impoverished i can't afford it what is the remedy they have to provide it but you have to ask okay and if they still try to you know railroad you then go above them and let them know that if you don't provide these things these are violations of my rights or violations of your civil rights and that they need to make amends otherwise this can be a lawsuit okay so always know that there's always a way all right so yeah that's how i would sign it so this is not gonna be a terribly long video guys um traditionally if i can sign something if it's my own paperwork i'll sign it in red or i might double print it put your thumb print on there ucc 1-308 non-negotiable things of that nature so
