I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

youtube what up no this is all hustle no cap in today's video we're gonna be talking about how to make a free invoice for your business no extra software needed this is a little quick trick you can use to make a quick invoice for any business you don't have to set up no account you don't have to download nothing and it's absolutely free you can make a really fast professional invoice in like two minutes now before we get into it if you're new to the channel this is where we talk about all kinds of side hustles businesses how to's basic money in general if you like content like that please don't forget to smash the like button the subscribe button and notification bell and don't forget to follow me on ig okay so the first thing you do is google invoice generator or you can go to invoice dash generator dot com you can see the address right here and voice dash generator and you just click on this link and it takes you to an invoice generator and here you've got a couple of options for a basic invoice if you have a logo you can click the add a local button to insert it into your invoice here right under that is where you put your company name i'm just going to put my company for demo purposes next is the build 2 section that's where your customers name goes now up here they got a section for the invoice number it auto generates but you could change it to whatever number you want so if you're a new business and you don't want them to know they're your third customer you can change it to a higher number so it doesn't look like you're just starting out now there's a field for the date that's pretty much self-explanatory there's a section for payment terms there's a due date field if you're not collecting the full payment up front so if you're collecting a deposit you can give the customer a due date here so they know when the remaining payment is due now under items is where you put your service or product at i'm just gonna go ahead and put service for demo purposes and they got a quantity and a rate section if you put the price in there if you ever have to change the quantity everything will auto calculate if you want to add additional products services or add-ons just click the add line item and again the beauty of this website is that everything auto calculates now there's also a section down here for notes that's where you can put any additional notes if you're getting digital payments you could put your cash app or your paypal information or anything you think the customer needs to know you put your terms for your business and anything that you would consider your business terms [Music] and over here is where you can add your tax rate and again once you put that in it auto calculates everything for you now lastly we got the amount paid section that's where if somebody gives you a deposit upfront you can put that amount in and it'll deduct it from the total amount now once we got everything the way we like it we just got to go over here to download invoice and then it gives you the option to either eat and voice it or save it as a pdf we always want to save it as a pdf so once you click that button it'll save to your computer in your downloads folder but you can go down here and click it just to check it [Music] and there we have it a basic professional invoice with your logo on it and everything now all you got to do is print it out or you can attach it to an email and send it to your customer i hope you all found this video on how to create a free invoice useful if you like content like this please don't forget to smash the like button the subscribe button a notification bell and don't forget to follow me on ig as always i want to thank y'all for watching till next time y'all peace [Music]
