What do you like best?

I have been with airSlate SignNow since the early stages. When I first signed up for airSlate SignNow it was owned by airSlate SignNow and very new, throughout the years it became CudaSign owned by Barracuda Networks for awhile and now it’s back to its original name. Even though the branding and name changes happened as expected in most cases the platform was always reliable and always worked great! Throughout my time using it the features stayed pretty much the same but just kept getting better and better over time. None of my data was ever lost or moved, the forms just kept getting snappier and snappier, and the application kept getting smarter. Clients never had an issue figuring out how to use it and the whole experience has been amazing!

Three Fires in the span of only a few hours today in Birmingham they broke out between the East Lake and South Highland communities ABC 3340 Olivia goce joins us right now from the scene of one of those fires Olivia what can you tell us Brenda thankfully no one was hurt or injured at any of these three scenes Birmingham fire and rescue says that all of the three different homes or structures were vacant I'm standing here where the second fire took place this is in the 7900 block of fth Avenue South and this is actually the only location where the structure completely burned down to the ground I'm not sure if you can see there's still some smoke coming out from underneath that wood there it also partially burned some of the neighboring house behind it and I'm told that this fire was so hot that it actually burned the siding of the home across the street now this all took place in birmingham's or between birmingham's East Lake and Smithfield communities around 9:00 a.m. Birmingham fire and rescue were called to the first fire location just a few blocks away from here in the 7700 block of Fifth Avenue South shortly after they moved here after calls and actually seeing the smoke from where they were then around 11:30 they were called to the intersection of 81st Street SOuth and Third Avenue for a third fire I spoke with Birmingham fire and rescue earlier who described the situation as unusual and one neighbor told me she watched it go down in minutes I immediately called 911 while I was still on the phone with 911 the fire started spreading across the top floor and then all of a sudden boom this horrible boom and the fire started on the bottom so at this point we're told that the investigations are still ongoing for all three locations at this point there's still no word as to who or what might have caused the fire live in Birmingham Olivia goce ABC 3340 news the identity of a man shot and killed in a police standoff in r Bo City on Wednesday is now bring in the chance of rain Saturday night probably nothing too heavy and on Sunday there could be a shower but I think a decent chunk of the day Sunday will be rain-free overnight tonight the sky clear mid-30s for the city low 30s elsewhere the weekend forecast and more all coming up in minute stay with us you know stem is really the future of Workforce and so so you know in order for our state to be ready we've got to get our Workforce ready for all of these stem jobs and so um really focusing getting getting that K through 12 you know you know getting to Children early on and new renderings are now available for the first of its kind Sabin Center the stem Hub of Alabama this week we got a better look at how the center will look once complete and the opportunities it will bring to students in Alabama the campus will include the tuscalosa Children's Theater ignite formerly known as the children's Hands-On Museum in the stem Hub so we will be having teacher professional development again as Nick said to make sure the teachers are ready to take that information that technology back to their classrooms the Sabin Center will take the former location of the Tuscaloosa News building in the Tuscaloosa River District spring of 2025 Tuesday the University of Alabama gadon Center announced it would be vacating a facility in gadon at the end of May leading to the closure of the early initiative and after school program there the university says it's due to a new lease agreement with the city ABC 3340's Aaron Wise has more from both the city of gadon and the university on that decision in May 2025 the University of Alabama will no longer have a presence at this facility in gadston the gadston center currently holds an early learning program funded by state grants and after school programming though those programs will end in May when the university leaves a social media post from the Gaton Center says it is due to an amended lease with the city Gaton mayor Craig Ford responded in his own social media post Tuesday saying the University was not paying rent under the prior agreement since February he offered two different rental rates lower than the market rate and both were turned down in the post Ford questioned the University's willingness to pay rent when Mayor Ford took office he made a vow that no one regardless nonprofit anybody it doesn't matter everybody was going to pay rent that's located in a city uh building city services director Tina King Morgan says the city has evaluated all of its leasing agreements for City facilities and the burden on the city was significant I don't have an exact number but I can tell you we had more people not paying rent than we had paying rent not only were they not paying rent but we were also paying for utilities we were paying for all maintenance on the buildings trying to maintain City buildings for nonprofits or institutions of higher education or for businesses for that matter really became a daunting task in a statement on the lease agreement the University's Executive Director of communication says in part the University made substantial investments in the center during the past 25 years and the City charged only a nominal rental fee for the space for the past 15 years the Gaston City leadership recently informed the university rent would increased significantly and chose to sue to evict UA before a new lease agreement was reached the university says instead of continuing with litigation an agreement was negotiated to continue programs until the end of May King Morgan was unaware of any lawsuit to evict the university ing to King Morgan this decision is not related to the plan velopment of the city's Riverfront in gston Aon wise ABC 3340 news and King Morgan says elementary schools in the city limits have 4K programs and there are other prek programs in the city she hopes those programs will expand as the city is working with gadston State on its program to train people to enter the field one state lawmaker wants Alabama homeschool students to be able to enroll in public school Career Tech classes ABC 3340's Gracie Johnson spoke with black homeschoolers of Birmingham and Gracie they are hopeful that this bill could provide more Hands-On opportunities for homeschoolers yes Brenda House Bill 61 would require all local Boards of Education to adopt a policy to allow homeschoolers to enroll as non-traditional students to take Career Tech classes if space is available once enrolled homeschoolers are considered as any other public school student meaning they are responsible for any fees the school charges for Career Tech courses Yolanda Chandler co-founder of black homeschoolers of Birmingham tells me she does have concerns over the verbiage of the proposed Bill where it states the H school student enrolls as a non-traditional public school student my concern is if you are changing the definition of who is a home or what a homeschooler is from a homeschooler to a non-traditional public school student does it then open up the door for there be to be some discrepancy between Alabama High School requirements and College admission I reached out to the bill sponsor representative Susan debose to get that question answered I've not heard back from her yet if the bill passes it would go into effect in the 20126 27 School Year Gracie Johnson reporting 1 and a half million ion dollar is going to expand job training and services for Birmingham youth funds will go to programs where young people can learn construction health care and other job skills it was made possible through the youth build Grant they are a community-based program providing job training to people ages 16 through 24 and the Birmingham Board of Education public
