search at barangay the Logan municipality of Muhammad we observe multiple numbers of motor parts supply store some of them are few blocks away from each other a big sign of competency as well we have chosen GRT motor parts as for our basis as we conducted our interview we identified some problems and later on focus on a problem of their stock auditing system type after we identified some problems we decided to have an inventory management system further shop the inventory management system is a construction processing system it supports day-to-day operations and needs to be updated after and in and out of a stop in the shop keeping an updated list of the stocks its quantity and other properties is the routine operation of the in a small scale business monitoring the inventory can also be difficult and this can degrade competency of the business difficulty of the managing stocks not only depends on business size the type of business and the possible items to be stored in there are also things to consider an example of this is the GRP motor parts the GRT model parts is a small-scale business but we didn't expect about the numbers of items in their shop from both and nuts light bulbs side mirrors tires and interiors of all different sizes and types suitable for the specific motorcycle model even those lubricant oils have different varieties now imagine how many items are there in their shop and because of this manual process of side of stock auditing is hassle and tiresome having a list a written list of all the items and plus and minus sign in every transaction makes the list contact a supplier unable to manage the inventory may cause problems to the business and make it less competitive for chasing other items can also be slower due to the unmanage inventory the stockroom manager needs to check every items first this may also make the business less competitive an example scenario here is that if a customer may not able to purchase an item he will go immediately to other shop nearby considering there are several motor parts in the area and because of this the repair service of the shop will not be able to conduct a repair and it will be affected if the shop cannot present a specific item other customers may also turn away from their shop knowing that this specific item is unavailable and of it unable to manage the inventory cost problems to hold business so it is very important to upgrade and solve the problem in this transaction this is the main problem of the GRT motor parts as we analyze informations we gathered to the statement objectives our general objective is to design a computerized inventory management system for a GRT motor parts in order to achieve the general objectives we must first achieve the following specific objectives and these are to identify the problems of the current inventory management system of the GRT motor parts identify the possible opportunities in having computerized inventory management system and design a database for the stock list of the GRT motor parts the significance of the study the study identifies the current problems in the transactions of GRT motor parts it is also provides a possible technical solution by implementing a computerized inventory management system that aims to achieve the opportunities in enhancing the business and its services the scope and limitations of the study this study supports the involvement of the daily transactions of the GRT motor parts specifically on the inventory management and it's the stockroom manager to monitor the stocks availability anytime
