welcome to INEX today I'm going to show you how to make a new invoice start by clicking the invoices icon now click the new invoice button begin filling out the invoice with the from and to sections then choose the invoice date and the due date now choose an item type from the drop-down on the first invoice line next enter a description then set the price and quantity at the bottom of the invoice form we can either write a personal note to our customer by typing directly into the invoices notes area or we can set a default note that will show up automatically on every new invoice to set a default note click the pencil icon next to the words invoice notes into your message in the pop-up then click Save and then okay but in this instance we'll keep our personal note so just click cancel now to save the invoice click Save let's send this invoice to our customer so click the Sun button and to your customers email you can edit the subject and message just don't edit the actual link to your invoice you can also choose to be notified when your customers clicked the link in the email and viewed your invoice now click send and we're done and below you can see the email history
