My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

so in this video I'm basically going to be giving my top five um pieces of advice with regards to canvasion and it's not just like it's not script I'm not going to be telling you what to do or say it's more General guidelines that you can apply to any sort of style of canvas you manage when you're cleaning or anything really so yeah I'm going to take when I got the job today it's my first day using my Skybox or you just saw me pull it out there um I'm actually going to test on my house first just to make sure nobody use it before I go take it into the customer's house it's your first priority and I've written these down because I'll I'll end up rambling otherwise right but your first priority should be don't patch so just be as natural as you can don't be showing up with like a sales pitch or a script or anything like that just knock the door and be like look my name's Jamie just not receiving looking for a window cleaner that's it just be yourself ask the question and let the conversation flow naturally from there they're going to ask you questions they're going to say yes they're going to say no if they're interested they'll ask you a couple of questions you answer them and it's as simple as though you don't need to complicate it number two give the customer um adequate personal space and it's not really normal to solid to be knocking doors anymore so people just don't do it unless it's some sort of salesman Jehovah's Witness something like that people tend to ring each other and make appointments to speak to each other even though they're friends so I mean like the minute you someone knocks your door and I'm thinking about it you're on guard I know you're only thinking like who the knocking my door so our customers on guard the minute the door's locked they think who the is knocking my door and if you are up in their face you know getting close to them and stuff it's going to make them want to get rid of you they're not even going to want to listen to what you're going to say and when you're trying to offer service or convince somebody that you're a good fit for them the last thing you want is for them to not be listening to chocolate melting man tip number three is use your language to encourage the customer to guide you so what I mean by that is if you're a customer's property don't just assume that they're happy for you to walk around the house or go in their back garden and things of that nature it's an interest in a quote use language such as would you mind letting me around the back how do I get around the back um just anything to encourage them to show you around rather than for you to walk around by yourself if that makes sense it does take the pressure off if they're not standing there watching you um nothing was running customers time that they're watching you um you know and you're trying to work it out when you're out and you're new you know it can be quite stressful but you do get better at that um the most important thing is that the customer feels comfortable and the way to achieve that is by letting them feel in control of the quotation and of the conversation um for as much of the time as possible and using your language to to encourage them to do certain things rather than to tell them to do certain things a little sidetracked by my day as usual didn't actually manage to finish the video while I was out so I'm gonna pick up where I left off so fourth tip would be to increase perceived value so not luxury value perceived value so how the customer sees what they're getting right that's what perceived value means so you want to increase your perceived value with the correct language so by that I mean let's say for example you're quoting a job and it's it's you've gone around you supported the customer it's going on the back which I think they've got a conservatory blah blah you come back and you just say 15 po right the last thing they had in their head was that you're quoting for their Windows you come back and say 15 pound 15 pound for window cleaning zero pound for no window cleaning but if you come back and you say I'll do your Windows Doors frames and cells and patio doors if applicable obviously don't say applicable but if if they've got patio doors say patio doors what I mean um for 15 pound how much better does that sound and how much but how much more does it sound like you're getting so just a little simple tip there and I got that off Darren at greenpro clean limited um he's got a YouTube channel as well as it's worth looking at his channel um for things like that because I've done sales for like 10 years and I heard them say that line in a video and straight away I was like I'm gonna use that and it's worked a charm um so yeah I would highly recommend just finding ways to increase how the customer perceives the value that you're offering them and last but not least be natural don't over complicate everything basically what I said at the start of the video be yourself offer the services that you're offering don't pitch them in any way off of the services don't make it hard work and enjoy that natural organic healthy interaction with the customer because if there's any ness it's not going to get you anywhere you know if you enjoy it and have a laugh and just try and relate to them in some way and just try and make them like you and try and like them as well um you're going to go a lot further with it because ultimately if they like you they've got a much higher chance of them selecting you over the next game people by people they don't buy products or Services they buy the people the people that are selling them um and not just that you know if a customer likes you as some guy who comes down the road in a couple of months and knocks that door and offers them a better price they're going to have some sort of loyalty to you when they're going to bridge you know what now I like my window cleaner I like him I trust him on my property I'd rather that than saving two quid you know so that's everything guys but there's so so so many tips I could give you um about just sales canvassing all that sort of stuff in
