Oh okay good afternoon everyone welcome to the Levinson and associates training webinar on quoting and applications drop tickets thank you for taking the time especially out of your busy Tuesday afternoon we appreciate that we have Joseph Loughran joining us this is going to be a little different today I'm sure you've been on our prior webinar trainings and what we wanted to do was you know give existing agents new agents more veteran type agents the hundred-foot overview on quoting all of our products and then of course going to step to hopefully which is signing up your client with an e application or drop ticket okay we wanted to show you most of the carriers and products that we offer and kind of and I think this is also very important but if you have an assistant or spouse maybe a son granddaughter or whatever the case is someone that helps you with your day to day maybe on the computer maybe as an assistant whatever the case is this is the perfect opportunity to make sure that you and your staff or helper whatever the case is is a hundred percent comfortable with our platform you know we get tons and tons of calls and emails and questions and messages on you know hey does this company offer this e app or what is a drop ticket what's the difference between a drop ticket and any app so we wanted to spend one hour with you all and the goal is to make sure that by the time we're done you're ready to literally quote and have a client apply over the phone or through an email link okay that's simple you know there there's a thing now that new agents will look like old agents unless you innovate especially these days right now you must know at the very minimum the basics and enough to be dangerous okay and we're going to show you exactly how to move through the mentioned the old agent verse new agent that doesn't mean your age okay we have agents in and in ours literally in their 70s and 80s that use our technology and they know it like the back of their hand so there's no excuse when it comes to age I don't want to hear any of that today okay so real quick I'm going to mention some of the bullets so we're going to go over a apps Tellabs voice apps from each carrier we're one of the only agencies that has nan med products up to five million dollars okay no exam nan med to five million dollars that's term or perm okay that's a big deal right now we have some products with instant decisions so while the client is filling out the e app our underwriting engine is in the background and by the time they sign okay with a sign or voice sign there's a decision instantly okay this is this is a game-changer folks learn how to transition into a hundred percent digital sales now this isn't a suggestion okay you must transition into digital sales okay at post kovat nineteen twenty twenty moving into the future you don't have a choice adapt into a virtual agency very very important we have agents that I personally interviewed for one hour each on our podcast which I hope you listen to by now that they literally told us okay in the audience ninety nine percent of their sales were done from their third bedroom home office over the phone or online this is before cold vid 19 when Corona was just a beer that was offered on the streets so there's no excuse okay and what's funny is you talk to those same agents you know during this whole Cove in nineteen pandemic right and they're telling us their business is up they have more absent premium than ever why is that it's because they were innovative and they were proactive and they already sold this way even before Corona right so let's learn from all of this and make sure we take the necessary steps to build an agency and a platform that can literally withstand any pandemic now and in the future okay the bottom line is the need for life insurance today is skyrocketing everyone is at home okay so I know a lot of people are going back to work now but let's face it the topic of the dinner table right is go my gosh what if mommy or daddy is diagnosed with kovat 19 and they don't make it are we gonna be okay mommy and daddy right and mommy and daddy both look at each other and say oh man you know what she or he's got a good point we really got to make sure that we have a good policy in force and if we do already have one is it enough to cover everything so our kids or the living spouse can keep this lifestyle going and make sure that these two kids go to college so anyway this conversation is happening right now there's a lots and lots of going on in this country right now and life insurance is coming up all the time so you have to be known as the guru in South Florida okay or in Texas or California wherever you're located you have to be known as oh my god you better call Billy Levinson the life insurance guy anything to do with insurance we call Billy well you better be known as that guy or girl in your town because you're going to capture a lot of these sales we literally have some agents that are skyrocketing they've never done better we have some agents that which I cannot believe this but they told us bill you know what we're kind of waiting for this to pass we're going to close early on Fridays now and we're at summertime and we're gonna we're gonna wait for this to play by the time summer's over what we'll be back and we'll be okay that is ridiculous are you kidding me basically your competitors are saying great you take off the summer clothes early on Fridays and I'll talk to all your clients that is nuts so anyway my point is just be proactive we're going to go over some great examples today write down these things make sure you remember we're going to send out the recorded link we're going to send out a recorded email where or I'm sorry a thank you email with the recorded link and all of the brochures everything we talked about will be in that email so there's no excuse everything's at your fingertips if you don't get a thank you email by the time we are done today close a business then that means we have your incorrect email address so please call and let us know what your new corrected email is or the thank you email will be sitting in your junk folder which happens all the time so please just make sure that you're receiving everything if not reach out to us I want to make sure that we get bang for the buck here and that our agents learn from all of this we're also going to talk about the insure me now direct platform we made some new updates changes new products there's a lot of good there that's so cool because I mean if I'm on the phone right now talking to a client I'm an agent let's say and Joe's the client and Joe calls me and says hey you know I need a quote I want to make sure we have enough coverage I have two kids they want to go to college by blah blah and I don't want anything to happen great and I say Joe you know I can run a half million dollar quote right now with instant decision no exam no nothing I can literally email you the link you sign up by the time you're done filling out the e app you'll have an instant decision then you can print and save your policy and you get a free scholarship for that child that you were concerned about going to college god forbid you pass okay that's how easy it is now especially with our new platform or you can just send them the link they can do it from home at any time that they want they can go through the entire process A to Z without ever picking up the phone and talking to an agent I mean this is priceless a year two years three years ago the insurance company said no way this will never happen bill you're out of your mind today we have six carriers over 16 products on the platform that are a hundred percent direct-to-consumer okay that's on that that's equivalent to Amazon okay for insurance literally okay let's move forward here I get a little long-winded but I can't express it enough how important all of this is especially during these times right now speaking of these times what we also did is we put a folder together called Cova 19 updates as soon as you log in on your dashboard you're gonna see in blue we actually highlighted it in front of you right now if you click there every carrier we have in any underwriting change or update that is in for us okay you're going to see it right there now we do have some companies in fact life of the Southwest is one there's a total of three that have made no changes zero they have introduced issue ages they have introduced space amounts they didn't take away non-medical underwriting for anyone over 60 life for the Southwest is a great go-to right now okay plus they have the e app and everything else so there's some great hot buttons there I would make sure that you're comfortable with all of the new Cova 19 updates and this is all updated in real time fashion so you won't miss a trick and when you're talking to your clients you will sound intelligent because everything you're telling them is straight from the carrier's mouth literally okay let's move forward here now thinking outside the box now this is a very important time to be proactive and to learn these lessons like I spoke about earlier so what we wanted to show everyone is it's the time to get creative okay I gave you a couple examples earlier about a few agents that were proactive and innovative and built these platforms before quarantine and kovat 19 so look on the right side that's a cute little picture we put together on the right side the two pics life insurance tell a sales agent on top life insurance telesales agent under quarantine what do you see different the answer is nothing okay nothing has changed the differences they're more successful now than ever because why the life insurance topic is coming up more and more in conversations because everybody's home around the dinner table and the kids don't know what can happen to mommy and daddy or grandpa and grandma right it's not rocket science here folks you need to be the go-to if you look at the left side this is just an example of one of our agencies on Instagram that's marketing very creatively in my opinion okay they're talking about the new kind of life insurance that pays while you're still alive living benefits get out of the old get into the new with life insurance that has built-in critical illness chronic illness riders at no additional charge okay the point I'm trying to make now is the time put your own video together we have an example Facebook video one of our agents put together that is literally using the go fund me strategy right everybody knows what GoFundMe is he's saying forget GoFundMe he's saying go fund yourself and buy a new living benefits term insurance policy okay he's putting a different spin on it this is like a two-minute video it's freaking awesome and what's happening is people are liking it they're commenting on it and those likes and comments turn into prospects that ultimately will turn into a client if you know how to sell the products right if you can get on the phone and you know enough to be dangerous and you know how to quote and know how to drive them to the e a poor little literally email them the link but it's it's the opportunities endless and I can't stress it enough that now is the time all these platforms by the way are free so at the minimum Facebook LinkedIn I would do Instagram create your pages now there's no charge and then what I would do I'd put $100 a month budget together start running your own Facebook ads where we've been doing that now for probably six months okay and we're getting literally 10 to 20 new agents a day and I said this on the last webinar but think about this the size of the Facebook pool so everybody using Facebook Facebook user pool okay think about how big that number is everybody on Facebook okay now look at the size of the pool when we're talking about life insurance agents okay you're talking about a little speck a little splash a raindrop in a huge pool okay well guess what the rest of the pool is all open hunting for you to go out and bring in new clients and prospects spend a hundred bucks a month okay set your budget start marketing to all of these people with a great 1/2 minute living benefits video or free scholarships video these are great hooks that you can leverage by being a Levenson and associates agent so anyway my point is now is the time and we have all the resources to make that happen for you okay moving forward here I'm going to give you a little overview of today's feature presentation Joe's going to take the wheel in just a minute so we're going to dive into quoting platforms at first now this is everything term term with living benefits ROP permanent final expense you li UL you name it we're going to show quoted right under that we're gonna go over the e application platform and then drop ticket okay what is the difference it's very simple if you remember the old school 3040 paper app 30 40 page old school paper app that you'd have to print out or fax that is turned into an electronic application same exact mindset just online your client can fill it out a drop ticket it's like a one or two pager it's like a shortened version okay it's basically enough information where the carrier can get the under but underwriting ball rolling and they will fill out the rest of the information for you usually done through a call center but the point is these days key apps and drop tickets is what you need to be using okay and we have the platforms and we're going to show you exactly how to do just that on the bottom is e policy delivery so what does this mean this means that you can do this with your client you can run a quote you can sign them up with an e app or drop ticket and then when they're approved you can literally save and print their policy for them or they can do it themselves okay but that means everything is a hundred percent paperless and you're saving anywhere between two in five weeks of underwriting time by using a platform like this and we have all of the latest and greatest from all of the great vendors and the insurance space said we're going to show you in just a second okay sit back relax pen and paper ready of course our question at the end Joe is going to take the wheel and just make sure your eyes are glued on the screen because I'm telling you everybody needs to walk away with nuggets today Joe you there yeah thanks Bill appreciate it so I'm going to dive right in we've got some really really good info we're going to be covering like bill said write down all the questions you have if we can't answer them during the webinar we'll give you a call after and get those handled also will be recorded so I'll be able to post that on youtube so real quickly here I'm going to dive right in and kind of how we structure today's webinar is we're breaking down these different walkthroughs and the kind of three main categories the first is term and un versal life quotes you'll see I've got a screenshot of the menu on kare11.com if hover over the quotes tab you'll see where it's in yellow term and permanent quote engine that will get you right into that first quarter engine we're going to walk through that a couple minutes the second thing we're going to dive into is specifically final expense quotes you'll see under that same quote button you'll see final expense quotes in yellow that's where you're going to go to access final expense quotes and then finally the third thing we're going to cover today our full sales illustration so these would be for index universal life for whole life policies maybe even disability critical illness anything where a carrier sales illustration is required or maybe we're illustrating some cash value products some distributions really good for that tax-free retirement scenario with index universal life so I'm going to dive in and keep in mind everything we're covering today you will receive an email this afternoon with links to go directly to kind of each of these different tools and platforms so I'll jump right into the full illustrations again this is for index universal life whole life we're using a platform called wind flex web this is completely free for all agents to use and it really allows you to set up an account to run multiple illustrations for multiple products and multiple carriers so we put together this quick five page guide on how to set up your win flex web account on 100% free you basically go to win flex web.com you click the register button you fill out all of your information one key thing I will say it's very very important before I move on when setting up your win flex account is to make sure you add the correct agency affiliation you want to add Levenson and associates that way when you ask to be approved for all the different carriers that are on this platform will actually be able to approve you right away and you can get access within about 24 to 48 hours and start running illustrations of course our marketing team is here to help run any illustrations that you might need but a lot of times we get requests to kind of help people get set up on one flex web so you can run your own illustrations whether it's a weekend or evenings or just want to play around with a couple different products and kind of see how they work that is what our marketing team will use here when we run actual illustrations is that win flex web platform so I'll send that Pete EF out you can get up and running in just a couple minutes registering is super super easy if you have any questions definitely feel free to call the office and anyone in the marketing team can walk you through that up next we have our final expense quoting system so again underneath that quotes tab you'll see in the top left highlighted in yellow you click on final expense quotes and then you're going to be brought to the page on the right hand side which it's very important to note there are some direct care you're quoting links at the very top I put them in that blue box so you can take a look but Transamerica Foresters Assurant luma co youtube omaha great western gerber american amicable and liberty bankers those are rates you can actually click on any of those hyperlinks bookmark them you can even add them to your mobile phone just kind of a neat tool to have to be able to run those quotes instantly and what I'm going to show you up next is our final expense quote engine which is actually going to compare all the top final expense products for you so on the bottom you'll see bottom right the final expense quote engine where you put in your agent information and then you simply hit the submit button and from there you're brought to the next page which will allow you to enter in all the client information so state date of birth male-female smoked or non tobacco rate class and then you're actually going to pick a death benefit anything from between 5,000 to 25,000 and then when you run that quote what you'll see on the right hand side is the full comparison so we've got top carriers in here like trends America United home life Liberty bankers we even have the lafayette life product which is a real simplified whole life product you'll even see Oxford final expense in here so a lot of great options that will kind of show you those different final expense options you can click on run another quote or you can even spreadsheet all these options and see them in real time and then from there you can actually access the different applications which we're going to go into in a couple slides but a great way to get a quick comparison for some of the top final expense products we even have some great options from Columbian on here as well so really really simple really easy to do to kind of get a quick easy final expense up next I'm going to dive into the term and universal life quoting tools is probably the most used tool on the website so again under quotes click on term and permanent quote engine and then what you'll see is the input screen where you're entering in basic client information always always I recommend use date of birth because if I have a client who is 45 but they're turning 46 in July well most of those carriers are going to give them their age nearest rate class so I think it's very important when you're running these quotes to always add in that date of birth and you're going to get an exact rate whether its current age or age nearest so that when you end up getting that policy or the approval those rates match what that initial quote was so very very important you can enter in multiple death benefits up to three different death benefit amounts and then you can even add multiple term lengths so a great scenario is I have a lot of agents that will run quotes and they'll show a ten-year term the client will ask for ten-year but don't throw in that 15 or 20 year term because a lot of times you know upgrading from a ten-year term to a 15-year term is only maybe a couple dollars a month especially if you're looking at a death benefit where let's say for example someone wanted you know four hundred and ninety two thousand dollars a death benefit coverage well most carriers have what's called banded rates which means for every half a million or million dollars of coverage the cost per thousand goes down so if you're in a scenario where someone's looking for an oddball death benefit amount trying to run something a little bit higher and most times you'll see that the higher death benefit might be a little bit more competitive than the lower amount and same thing with 10 or 15-year term or even 20 to 25 show those different term length options it will give you a great opportunity to kind of upsell and get some better death benefit and premium in the door built into this quoting system is a really awesome tool called x-ray light that's what you're seeing on the right hand side of the screen you can enter in most of the common reasons that clients will get ready-to declined whether it's blood pressure height and weight cholesterol maybe tobacco usage family history driving record you'll be able to enter in as much result information as you have that client and then when you actually run the quote what this quoting system will do is automatically take all that information that you put in the system and it will recommend and give you that rate class with each of the carrier's based on what they qualify for so this is really powerful because we've all had those cases that have been rated or declined there may be a certain underwriting issue came up and then we go back to the drawing board and we've got a switch companies take a whole new application get everything switched over so you really can save a lot of time from the beginning if you use that quick health analyzer even if it's just height and weight smoker status especially a lot of people that say oh well I don't I don't smoke I'm a nonsmoker but they chew tobacco most carriers are going to give them a tobacco rate but we do have several that will give them non-smokers so it's really good to know that information up front to be able to identify what company is going to be the best right of the get-go you're going to save a lot of time a lot of money and be able to deliver the best quote for that client in real time so really neat option there the quote system will show you all the different carriers products you'll notice that the carrier name and the product name are actually hyperlinked so you can click for example on protective product and you can see a complete product guide you can access height and weight charts you can even access any underwriting requirements to kind of know what might be required if you're going to move forward with that product you can also look at convertibility some carriers maybe have a conversion privilege that goes to age 65 others maybe two seventy so you can look through all those details just by clicking on the actual product name so real simple you'll notice that on that same page next to the quote there's a little button that says apply and what we're going to go through now are the different ways that once you actually run the quote and you have a suitable option for that client you can click on that apply button and go right into that application so when we do that we really have three options and bill kind of touched on this earlier the first of which is the e application and that's what you're seeing with that green checkmark bill mentioned you know the days of old where we had a 3540 page paper application where basically have taken that and put it into an online environment you're not having to fill out names multiple times you're not having to fill out addresses multiple times you're just typing everything in and very very simply going through that process all the way to the medical questions the beneficiary details we'll go into that in a couple minutes just next to that is the drop ticket which is an abbreviated version very quick very simple the average drop ticket takes about five minutes you're just submitting information to the insurance company and then they're going to call that client and go through the process and then beneath that you'll see paper form so if you want to you can click on get forms and it will generate the required forms for that product for that state based on that client's age and automatically everything is going to be included for you so it takes all the guesswork out of what forms might be needed that forms engine will compile everything very very quickly for you what I've done on the bottom of this slide is I put together kind of a chart that shows the e application availability I'll email this out this afternoon most carriers you're available to do an e application right through the Levenson website I've listed all those there and then some carriers whether they require a pre appointment or you've got to go through the carrier website I listed those on the right hand side of the screen so there are a couple carriers where if you're going to do an e application you need to become appointment with the carrier and you basically go directly to that carrier website click on their application and it will basically be the same process it looks very very similar to the e applications on kare11.com except you're doing it on the carrier website so real quick distinction there but if you're not appointed with those carriers you have to do an application you can always do a paper app and then once you get your agent code we can get you set up on those different carrier websites so let me let me say one thing real quick I'm getting a bunch of requests in now for wind flex which is great by the way we're going to get to those as soon as we wrap up the webinar and then any questions that you all have along the way just use that question box and obviously we might not be able to answer every one as you're typing it in but as soon as we finish on the webinar every single question will be answered but any time just type in the question if you're not 100% comfortable because that's our goal is to make sure that you are a hundred percent okay Joe keep going sorry bill no problem so the drop ticket process is what I'm going to dive into now again very quick very easy on average takes about five minutes and this is great for someone that says look I really want the insurance and you keep going to do the e application and either don't have time or they're procrastinating you can say look give me five minutes we'll submit the information you basically fill out basic contact information very simple very easy once that information is collected it's sent right to the insurance carrier then they're going to contact that client within 24 to 48 hours and typically do a telephone interview ask all the medical questions run the MIB run the script check and their goal is to try to get that policy approved most the time without a permit exam or without ordering medical records so what we found is that when clients do those drop tickets and they do the Litella application instead of the underwriters saying oh well you're on cholesterol medication with a normal paper app we've got to order records from your doctor a lot of times they can just ask that client hey we see you're getting cholesterol prescription filled but you didn't the last six months and they say oh yeah everything was fine you know the doctor said not to use it anymore or I'm still on it they can kind of alleviate a lot of those outstanding requirements which will help you get that policy issued a lot sooner so that's the drop ticket process I'll show you real quickly how that looks you'll notice there's not a lot of information here you're basically putting in client contact information beneficiary what type of product does benefit they're looking for if it got any other coverage and that's it once you go to the bottom of here there's no e signature required by the client so even if your client is driving in the car or busy at a conference you can do everything over the phone they don't even need access to email they can do everything with you on the phone enter in the detail move forward from there you can basically submit this our office will get a copy and we'll update you as the status goes through the entire process also what's really neat about this system is right before you submit the drop ticket it's going to give you a little button that says what happens next and then that gives you kind of a guide to tell the client what to expect so you know when you do your telephone interview if one's required make sure to have your doctor's information or information about what medications you're on things like that to kind of make that process go a little bit smoother so from there once you're done with entering basic information you hit that submit button and it goes directly to our office as well as the insurance carrier and then we go right into that under learning process and you'll receive automated updates from our office on everything that happens from approval to pyramid scheduling to policy being issued so really quick easy process and a lot of carriers have a great drop ticket option for applications is what I'm going to dive into next these are the full applications where you're entering all the information medical history basically from start to finish these on average take about 15 minutes to complete you're filling this out with the client online you then lock it send it to that client they'ii sign it and then you'ii sign it as an agent and it goes directly to our office and the insurance company so I'm going to show you a little bit of kind of how that looks here's the full application you'll notice that a little bit different than the drop ticket there is some information as far as medical questions additional contact information there may even be some risk evaluation questions depending on the carrier so the goal is to get all the information upfront just like a paper app except we're doing this online so very simple very easy from start to finish you just go down each set each section and get those red question marks into a green checkmark and then you're able to lock the application once you've locked it you've got a coup e options you can either print it and get the client to wet sign it a lot of carriers also give you a face-to-face option so if let's say the client came into your office and they're looking to complete the e application you can say that you know hey they're right next to me and we're going to complete this face-to-face and they just type their name in the date and assign or the majority of the time we do an electronic signature where you enter in the client's email address it will actually send them an email where they can access a copy of that application and they can electronically sign it and this is kind of what it looks like the client will get an email you can actually add a special message if you want they click to access that e application and then it brings them to a quick page where they can view you know the consent statement they can view privacy notices they basically checkoff that they've got a copy of this they put in the state that they're signing they type in their name and then they're finished it's been electronically signed one note that I will say is very very important make sure you know where your client is as far as their their residency state versus maybe if they're traveling when they e sign this we have a lot of agents that work with clients who travel for business and maybe they're based out of Florida but they travel to Georgia for a convention and they II signed it in Georgia that agent doesn't have a non-resident license in Georgia so that client has to make sure that they're in their home state and that you're licensed in that state as an agent to write the policy so it does track the IP address so just make sure when they're accessing this you know that you know exactly where they are but really simple to use right through email you can actually do the e-signature that really kind of makes things very very easy to track you can also access all the e applications and drop tickets right from kare11.com underneath that form section so a really really great way to conduct business with all these different carriers we could ask all the time about using DocuSign DocuSign is a pretty popular company that's used for attorneys for you know even some municipalities and court systems as a way to electronically sign documents without having to send paperwork back and forth so we've put together this great chart which I'll send out this afternoon that kind of details which carrier will accept DocuSign if it's available for their application as well as delivery and then what products are available to be used with the DocuSign platform so DocuSign is a very very neat tool the way it works is you basically create an account you would upload the document and then basically mark on the document where that client should sign so as you go through this process you're the application you're going through adding who's going to be signing their name their contact information and then where they're actually going to be signing the document so I do like DocuSign of course the e applications that are already designed for the life insurance policy are a little bit faster because you don't have to go through a map out each different option to get the policy in the mail go through highlight where the client needs to sign and then sending it to them in the mail and with the return envelope and then waiting to get it back we literally waste at least a week and a half to two weeks when we use that process so a delivery is kind of one of my favorite ways to save a lot of time in the policy cycle so everything is built right into our website when you log in as an agent you have single sign-on so once the policy gets approved from the carrier we're seeing within 24 hours an email that says it's ready to be delivered so very very simply this comes directly from the insurance company to the Levenson office our case manager on that case will look through everything and make sure it's correct and then we will release it to you as an agent so from there you'll be sent an email from our office with a link you basically go into that ee delivery policy and you have the option to pull up a PDF of that policy make sure the beneficiary is correct make sure the death benefit is correct make sure everything is correct on that policy from there you basically add in all your clients contact information their email that client receives an email where they can get a copy of that policy sign off and in a lot of instances they can even make the payment the initial payment online it's a head and already submitted that payment or void check in the past so it allows you to customize this entire platform send it directly to that client they can open it they'ii sign it they hit finish and you are done that policy is then drafted placed in force so you're taking what used to be a you know one and a half two week process and you're shrinking it down to a 24-hour period at most so even if the policies issued incorrectly you can tell the carrier hey make these changes or there was a mistake here or maybe they want more death benefit they can get that reissued and turned around a lot faster than having to reprint and remail that policy so if you're not using a delivery now definitely check it out I'll just back up a couple slides we've got an awesome awesome training video on the website where you can to email that to the client they'd have to print it fill it all out sign it or you have to go see them face to face ear acquirement allows you to get everything electronically just like an e application is completed so you can log in click on the requirement pull up that carrier of that form fill out all the information and then basically put in the clients email address it gets sent to them via email they can open it up they can make changes they can assign it and then it gets sent directly back to you and this is all approved by these various insurance companies so it's a great way to get anything outstanding filled out very quickly very efficiently and we actually cover the entire cost of the platform for you where normally if you want to use e requirement I think there's a month and they charge you per document so by using this inside the Levenson platform you're really saving a lot of time and a lot of money when it comes to those outstanding policies and really shortening the entire lifecycle of start to finish and making sure you get paid as quickly as possible Bill's going to dive into some top knot Med programs we've got a lot of things changing in this side of the business as far as carriers and underwriting requirements and it's all for the better because things are getting done a lot faster than they used to be okay good stuff Joe so we're going I travel two weeks per month and that is a huge amount of time out of the office. Having the possibility to sign crucial documents while traveling is extremely important. It also provides the possibility to have all of them stored and available at one place provided by the application. You don't need extra storage on tour cloud or PC.
