What are the most famous HR Softwares?
The HR field has seen constant improvements in the last decades, and big data and software is here to speed up this process. We have done this research to help all our colleagues in HR understand what is the role of Big Data in HR and how it could change the future of HR for ever. Hope it will help you, too.Big Data (BD) seems like a great match for Learning & Development (L&D) practices in organisations around the world. After all, it relates to the compilation and analysis of data sets most commonly related to human behaviour. By looking at a large amount of information gathered over extended periods of time, HR practitioners are able to identify patterns in human habits and interactions that can then be used to make razor-sharp decisions for sustainable staff improvement and satisfaction. The managing director of Daimler Benz claimed in 2017 that as computers are becoming more intelligent, they have started to deliver more precise and faster decisions than humans. IBM Watson already helps doctors in diagnosing cancer, four times more accurately than human doctors. There are companies who build a medical device (named after the "Tricorder" from Star Trek) that works with your phone to take a retina scan, a blood sample, and a breath test and that will analyse 54 biomarkers to identify diseases. So in a few years world-class medical analysis will be widely accessible, nearly for free. Watson is also reported to deliver legal advice (so far for fairly basic matters) within seconds, with 90% accuracy compared with 70% accuracy when done by humans. As these trends unfold will artificial intelligence soon replace HR decision makers? However, others argue that there is no such thing as Big Data in HR. The idea that empirical methods can give an all-encompassing answer to big age-old HR questions is thoroughly rejected by authoritative sources like Harvard Business Review. HBR claims that Google’s Project Oxygen, a multi-year project that analyses people data and was poised to figure out what makes a good manager, has come to a conclusion that researchers had identified decades ago. Big Data’s role in HR, sceptics argue, is not one of acumen, but of analytics.Where is the challenge?Clearly, there is a debate about the pros and cons of applying Big Data to HR management.Part of the reason may lie in change management at the area of disruptive digitalisation. Traditionally, change management has been at the forefront of digitalisation, but also its biggest obstacle, because it relies so heavily on the personal attributes of the manager, and the willingness of employees to follow through with their plan.Professional services giant Deloitte is quick to point out that prior to embarking on a data-driven digital journey, change managers must align the entire organisation towards digitalisation and agree on the value it adds to the whole operation. Obviously this includes HR and L&D.The use of Big Data opens up a world of possibilities for L&D departments, but it is also a substantial challenge, according to Learning Wire. Those challenges include the imperfection of current tools, the lack of human skill in analysing the data, and internal resistance to this sort of generalised data-based decision making. And so it falls on leaders of all departments, change managers, and C-level executives alike, to tackle these challenges and turn them into opportunities. What opportunities does Big Data present to L&D?Challenges aside, there are some practices that have already taken root and have proven to work. All of them build upon existing HR methods, but also borrow heavily from other fields such as consumerism and marketing, which have benefited greatly from digitalisation.Little DataThe routine measurement of things such as number of participants, courses, hours spent, costs, duration, participant reaction, and amount learned has long been analysed by L&D managers. However, the fact that this is not typically cross-referenced with other metrics leaves most L&D divisions with “little data” instead of “big data”.Still, years of gathering this kind of information has allowed for the understanding of the impact of learning on employees. L&D departments nowadays are more aware of the impact of their work on overall productivity than divisions such as “talent acquisition” and “rewards”.These practices should be continued but, more importantly, they could be used as a base to build on and expand Big Data analytics.Employee-centric designThis has to do with designing L&D tools that cater to the employee, rather than the manager. It is a shift from so-called “instructional design” to “experience design”, phrases coined by senior Deloitte L&D analyst Josh Bersin. Experience design makes learning and information support easy and intuitive to use. It borrows from the IT term User Experience (UX), which puts ease and preference of use above all else. Designing apps, intranet resources and even non-digital tools with this philosophy in mind can be achieved via Big Data analytics by tracking the way employees use these instruments to learn.According to Bersin, L&D managers can no longer see themselves as trainers or instructors:“While instructional design continues to play a role, we now need L&D to focus on “experience design”, “design thinking”, the development of “employee journey maps”, and much more experimental, data-driven solutions in the flow of work.”Data-driven contentThe current L&D framework at companies around the world is similar to the way digital marketing is conducted. Guillermo Miranda, IBM’s Chief Learning Officer, describes it as being composed of various types of content, whose data on interactions and activities is meticulously collected and analysed. This data is then used to create intelligent systems to promote this content and monitor the way employees are using it in order to personalise it to their needs.Big Data is at the centre of this approach, since it is able to track the preferences of employees with regard to the content they are receiving and the way they are processing it. By the way, Facebook uses a similar algorithm in its News Feed, and that has helped turn it into a multi-billion company.See the complete analysis and research on the topic here!

What industries must use electronic signature software?
Any industry involving a large amount of paperwork make use electronic signatures. In other words, all industries make use of electronic signatures because all of them have piles of paperwork to handle. Some examples of such industries include financial, life science, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.Industries such as the pharmaceutical industry, have a number of licenses and other paperwork that they have to handle and keep track of. It can be a tedious task to perform such cumbersome paper processes. Therefore, e-signatures can facilitate an organisation in keeping a track of all this paperwork, by signing electronically.Healthcare industries usually involve time-sensitive documents, which need to be urgently completed. But, it can take days in case of the traditional wet ink paper signatures for the documents to signNow the signer and back, if the parties are geographically scattered. But with electronic signatures, that is not the case. Geographical barriers do not play a role. Documents which earlier needed days to be completed, can now be signed and sent back within minutes, in the click of a button. Furthermore, it takes a long time to bring assets under management. The time taken by the signing process, if wet ink paper signatures are used, may even further delay the process. But by using electronic signatures, the whole process can speed up.Apart from these, there are many paper prone industries which require huge amount of paperwork and with the use of electronic signatures they can make their everyday processes smoother and more efficient.

What are the biggest lessons you have learned in the corporate world?
Arriving early and doing nothing is viewed more favorably than staying late and working assiduously. It’s unfair, but it’s only the first boot of real life to kick you in the ass.HR and the ethics hotline don’t exist as a resource to you; they exist to cover management’s ass. I’ve worked for bosses who have used racial slurs, homophobic epithets, threatened and intimidated staff, used drugs in the office, and misappropriated their expense credits, but they were never so much as suspended. I almost lost my job for marking a sale as closed when I got verbal confirmation from my client (with my manager on the phone), only to get the actual signed documents a few days later.Always, always, ALWAYS document and organize files of communication between you and your superiors and you and problem clients. Did I say always? Discrepancies (read lies) in accounts of your interactions from either of these parties is a fast track to being escorted out of the building. Nothing shuts up a lying SOB like a time-stamped email with the intro, “Per my email on July 15, I mentioned….”Always keep a pulse on the job market. At least twice a year apply for jobs in your industry to get a sense on what your skills trade for in the open market and to sharpen your interviewing skills. It’s also a great habit to be in the orbit of recruiters because they operate within a tight-knit ecosystem, network with, and know one another. If you’re not a great fit for one role, and they like you, they’ll refer you to a friend or colleague looking to fill another role as a courtesy.Even if you’re not interested in a role that they may signNow you for, always try to recommend or refer qualified candidates to recruiters. This pays dividends down the road.Be wise as a serpent, yet as humble as a dove. Many people advise against making friends, but I would advise that you make them believe that you’re a friend. Being too cold and stoic in the office will make your colleagues withhold gossip, news, and politics from you that may be actionable. You can be friendly without being friends. Whatever your line is, find it and stick to it.Never get comfortable. I had a former colleague who never placed photos of his family or accomplishments in his cube and I asked him why. He said he is always prepared to walk out of the building with the items on his person at a moment’s notice. Speaking from experience, there’s nothing more humiliating or anxiety-inducing than taking the security assisted walk of shame with all of your belongings in a box and colleagues peeking above their cubes like prairie dogs to watch you walk the green mile. Work is a place where you should be as productive as possible; your family, spouse, hobbies, religion, proclivities, and creature comforts shouldn’t occupy the work space.Your manager is NOT to be trusted with personal information. Whether your mom has cancer, wife left you, your kids are suspended from school, or you’re late on the rent, these aren’t the people to share your most vulnerable moments with for two reasons; 1. They don’t have the power to do anything about them, and 2. They are more likely to report this things up the chain of command to use against you should it ever become convenient as a manipulation tactic. I know this oversimplifies things for the truly empathic, and supportive managers out there, but for the sake of generalities, let’s leave those 8 people out of this and err on the side of caution.Use your lunch hour as an opportunity to network with people within different departments to grow your customer base. Every employee has internal and external customers, and it will behoove you to learn how to cater to them. If you’re in sales, take someone in Dev Ops, Professional Services, R&D, or Customer Experience to lunch. You’ll learn all the horrible things sales people do that make their job a living hell, so you won’t perpetuate that. You’ll also forge some great individual relationships for emergencies when you need to phone a friend.Stay away from the office complainer. Every office has at least one, and he/she is a cancer on your outlook and productivity. Regardless of how valid their complaints are about the quality of the snacks, the scheduled All Hands meetings, the increased co-pays on the new insurance for annual enrollment, the way management is trying to screw us with the new Comp Plan, etc., the best thing to do is to keep your exposure to this individual AT. A. MINIMUM.Become a Subject Matter Expert in at least one or more topics within your department. This makes you indispensable among your peers and management, because they don’t want to(or can’t do) do the job of training the whole staff or answering all their questions.Volunteer to headline new products or services, and you’ll become more visible with leadership and ahead of the curve when those products/services become mandatory.Make your career decisions for the people who will attend your funeral one day; not the people in that office. Days, or even hours after your death, someone will be posting a requisition for your position, and your duties will fall on the shoulders of another. Make sure you spend your strategic decisions improving the quality of time with the people who will be crying at your funeral. This puts a whole lot of unnecessary office bullshit into perspective. If you’re in the US, talk to your colleagues about your salary. Corporations benefit from dwindling unions and individual, rather than collective bargaining by negotiating salary and compensation on an individual basis. Men, this is our opportunity to gain solidarity with women who work equally to ensure that they’re paid equally. White folks, this is an opportunity to ensure Black folks, Hispanics, and Natives are paid equally. This isn’t a zero-sum equation; corporations make enough money to pay us all equally. They have the luxury of not doing so. Hold their feet to the fire, or have them risk losing the war of retention.Be kind. Especially to the people who least deserve it. 9 times out of 10, they’re fighting prodigious personal battles, and the only place they can funnel their energy is at work. Be gentle, but don’t be a doormat either.Bring your authentic self to work. I’ve seen introverts, extroverts, flashy dressers, frumpy dressers, those gifted with supreme elocution, and those with the longest, strongest Southern drawl succeed in business, which proves one thing. Success doesn’t care how you show up; just that you show up. I wish you the best of luck on your journey!

Should India become digital country or paperless?
YES Obviously,Six months ago, when Bill Gates, Chairman of Microsoft, visited Bengaluru and met the iSpirit team, he was curious about ‘India Stack’. He was also eager to know about the rapid pace at which the country managed to register 95 percent of its citizens on an identification database called Aadhaar. The volunteers of iSpirit—a software product think tank—obliged and a crack team consisting of Nandan Nilekani, Pramod Varma, Sanjay Jain along with Sharad Sharma, Founder of iSpirit, made a presentation to Gates about India’s digital revolution waiting in the wings. In the end, Gates saw the ‘India Stack’ as the shining beacon of technology to propel change. He is known to have used the words “cutting-edge” and was overheard saying, “there are few countries which can boast of a digital infrastructure as sophisticated.” He added that the vision of transforming India through application of technology had received new impetus. On India Stack, Nilekani, Co-founder of Infosys and former Chairman of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), says, “This is a technology platform that delivers complete services to citizens transparently and is focussed on improving lives.”. He adds that it was a product of several years of innovation starting with the UIDAI’s Aadhaar platform. “This is India’s single most important innovation to formalise India’s domestic economy through digital services,” he says. What is India Stack? In simple terms, India Stack is:· A paperless and cashless service delivery system.· The stack is a new technology paradigm that is scalable to handle massive data inflows, and is poised to enable entrepreneurs, citizens and governments to interact with each other transparently.· It is an open system to electronically verify businesses, people and services.· It gives the data to the concerned individual and lets him decide who he can share the data with. The smartphone will be the delivery platform for services such as digital payments, identification and digital lockers.· It is the largest application programming interface (API) on the planet.· Poised to change the lives of 1.1 billion Indians. This open API policy was conceived around 2012, when the Central government realised that it cannot deliver citizen services on its own efficiently. So it proposed, based on its experience with Aadhaar, an open-data initiative supported by an open API policy, which would pave the way for private technology solutions to build services on top of Aadhaar. This was a signNow development because it was the first time that the government conceded it needed entrepreneurs to build on top of a stack to deliver services. Here are the 5 tenets of India Stack and the Startups leveraging itPaperless identification: Aadhaar’s 12-digit unique identification number, floated by the UIDAI in 2009, has more than one billion Indians registered who have became the basis for the India Stack. The government uses the platform to transfer subsidies directly into the beneficiaries' accounts. Today, Jandhan Yojana (the subsidy scheme) and Aadhaar, along with mobile, are termed as the JAM trinity for public services. The JAM has delivered direct benefits of Rs 61,000 crore in the form of fertilizer subsidies and other welfare schemes. Over 190 million accounts have been opened so far as per records available on Jandhan website. All these accounts have been opened after using Aadhaar, which has helped beneficiaries receive money in their accounts.“The advantages of such a system are that all leakages in the subsidy and welfare system disappear,” says Nilekani. This system of identification and delivery of services is already being used by the startup world. One only has to visit the 50,000 merchants aggregated by Novo Pay to understand how money transfers happen digitally for citizens with the aid of the local kirana store. Novo Pay uses the Aadhaar platform to verify citizens to enable them to open bank accounts or transfer money to any bank across the country, or make payments for bills or buy products through the kirana network.“We use Aadhaar to deliver banking services to citizens. Novo Pay’s network operating centre also tracks the business cycle of each kirana which gives them an overview of the financial services that consumers experience,” says Srikanth Nadhamuni, Co-founder of NovoPay. In the future, the company can also work with banks to verify and provide loans to people through the kirana network. “We are going after the long tail and it is a business that takes years to build, which when it signNowes critical mass can change financial services in the country,” says Nadhamuni. The smartphone can also become central to verification because all the information goes to the registered phone number.(from L-R) Sridhar Rao, CEO Novopay with Vinod Khosla, Chairman Khosla Labs and Srikanth Nadhamuni, Chairman NovopayPaperless payments: Novo Pay also allows mobile payments through the smartphone. This can become India Stack’s signature delivery mechanism to make India a digital cash economy. The paperless payment is a brainchild of the National Payments Council of India (NPCI), which is a consortium of Indian banks. This organisation along with iSpirit floated the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), which will make mobile payments cardless and completely digital. It will break the back of foreign payment platforms or switches (MasterCard and Visa), which so far charged high commissions to settle rupee transactions. The UPI allows consumers to transact directly through their bank account with a unique UPI identity, which syncs to Aadhaar’s verification and connects to the merchant, the settlement and the issuing bank to close a transaction. In a single swipe the transaction is complete, without any middleman (like the Visa and Mastercard switch) to facilitate the transaction. Here is an explanation of how this system works. There are several companies offering paperless payments today, like PayTM, FreeCharge and MobiKwik. There is a startup called FonePaisa, which is aggregating all payment apps under one platform to pay the kirana or any business. YourStory reported first on how Flipkart can use PhonePe, a startup that it acquired, to enable payments through the UPI. Let us say that the consumer is browsing through a catalogue and he finds his favourite product. He opts to pay through the UPI method. Flipkart’s system asks the consumer for his or her UPI identity and the consumer inputs it. Then, a bank notification pops up on the Flipkart app or in the bank’s app asking the consumer to authenticate the transaction. The consumer inputs his fingerprint as authentication and the transaction is settled between the banks, the e-commerce company and the customer.“Most of us are building this form of payment for even retail transactions. Imagine that this system can bring 50 million mom-and-pop stores online and they can accept digital payments because of the UPI,” says Ritesh Agarwal, Co-founder of FonePaisa, adding that India will have a hybrid payments industry and that there will not be any one payment stack that will remain popular.FonePaisa's team is building seamless digital payments for consumes with offline merchants & can build on top of the Aadhaar framework to enable payments. However, the UPI will benefit Indians who have never experienced digital payments, and is clearly focussed on bringing 900 million Indians into the digital fold. “The only problem with the long tail is cultural. Will people begin to trust digital cash over physical cash? It becomes a hard habit to break. However, it is an opportunity nevertheless,” says Sarath Naru, Managing Partner of VentureEast.Paperless documents: Although digitisation is growing, India consumes the largest amount of paper. According to corporate ratings and research agency India Ratings, the per-capita consumption of paper is 9kg and is all set to double by 2020 because of the growth of the education industry. But with smartphone prices dropping, at least financial services and the healthcare industry can move to a paperless scenario in major cities with the help of India Stack. The Stack’s APIs allow startups to bring solutions that can make documents go digital.A large consumer goods company can use the India Stack to file taxes and track the filings made by its entire ecosystem, of distributors or dealers to reconcile taxes, to avoid legal complications arising from double taxation. This automated service provided by startups with the India Stack gives the corporate a dashboard and performance analytics on the right amount of taxes paid and owed. Startups like Clear Tax and Tax Mantra can provide this scalability by using India Stack. The platform can also be secured for each corporate with their own digital identity. The use cases for paperless documents are plenty.E-KYC: Today, many banks are yet to insist on an e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) on their platforms. However, when they integrate their infrastructure with India Stack, the Aadhaar number becomes the defacto KYC. Prepaid digital wallet Oxigen allows e-KYC. Axis Bank has allowed Aadhaar to become the e-KYC platform across all its 2,000 branches.“A key challenge for the customers while opening bank accounts is providing address proof, identity proof and physical copies of documents. E-KYC simplifies the customer experience for the Aadhaar-registered individuals to open bank accounts” says Shikha Sharma, CEO of Axis Bank. Only the top 50 banks in India have agree to make e-KYC a norm.Digital signature: This would be the last mile to cross, and can be made simple between two or more parties executing contracts over the mobile. Individuals or entities can use the Aadhaar ecosystem to send digital signatures on a certified or legal document. Today, most HR offers are online documents that contain digital signatures. But there is a single source of paper still. Imagine, if the entire document is a digital template. When an employee has to accept an offer, he sends the document duly signed by a digital signature. This has several applications too.A road not far awayIn many ways, India is a complex nation. It has cultural differences, yet technology seems to be the tool that can break barriers. Yet, England’s exit from Europe signals a new shift in the world. It is fast becoming a world that is shrinking back into nationalism and protected markets. India has a huge domestic market where services can be streamlined with the help of technology. Any delay on that front can be detrimental, in the form of lack of education and healthcare. “India is a nation of extremes. We are solving problems, but the services aided by technology must signNow a larger mass of people faster,”

What is difference between Consulting Services Agreement and Master Services Agreement?
what is difference between Consulting Services Agreement and Master Services Agreement ? When you negotiate services with a client or supplier, the process can take time and culminate in a contract that spells out the obligations and requirements of all signatories. If both parties repeatedly contract for the same service with each other, you might both discover that though negotiations take the same amount of time, most of the terms remain the same. All parties can reduce time and involvement by settling first on a master services agreement.DefinitionsA master services agreement is a contract that spells out most but not all of the terms between the signing parties. Frequently asked questions
How do i add an electronic signature to a word document?
When a client enters information (such as a password) into the online form on , the information is encrypted so the client cannot see it. An authorized representative for the client, called a "Doe Representative," must enter the information into the "Signature" field to complete the signature.
How to make an electronic signature from a scan?
The only place I found information about this was in the State University's "Electronic Security (CEC) Course". It is not a prerequisite, so the only thing you need to do is read the entire class description and then just start working on getting the software, which is freely released, on your phone. If you are a student with an iPhone, just scroll to Chapter 3 and start doing stuff. There are a lot of cool apps for this.
Why is it a big deal to have an "electronic signature" on my files?
In the world of digital signatures, it is the most important thing.
For an image, you do this by signing it with an image signature.
What is an image signature?
You can imagine your document as a digital signature, but it's made by signing an image with an image.
This method is used by the federal government when they print out documents and when they scan documents to keep them in digital form. In general, any digital information, from your passport to a document in the state DMV, is an image signature.
So, let's say that I have a document I scanned that says "The State of New York Department of Transportation" and I want people to know that it is an actual document that contains my name, my signature, and my image. How do I do this?
You can use an image signature on your scanned document.
If you don't have an image to use, you can use "Digital signature" to use the same image. You just need to sign off using your name, your signature, and the image on your document.
So, ho...

Yes and NO. The whole set of 4 is one thing, and it's the same bag that came in at the start when you picked the mushrooms out of the bag. However, in between those 4 is a second small bag. The "box" that comes in between those is not really the same set of 4. In fact, it may not even be the same mushrooms.
So what's in the first small bag is what's in the second.
If you're curious about what those mushrooms are, check the thread I linked earlier.
And also, in regards to the "box" that comes in the 2nd bag, look at the last 4 pics. There are mushrooms that are on both sides of the box. They might be different from one bag to another in that the top of them have the white ring that marks the end of a patch.
I have pictures for you to see how much difference a "box" can make. Here's a pic:
