hi my name is Josh Marek and today I'm going to be going over the career path for Human Resources I know most of you are considering taking Communication Studies as your major and human resources is a great example of what you can do after you graduate if you just happen to take this career path do you like to interact with people would you be interested in hiring and training new employees would even interested in helping employees with conflicts that happen in the office are you aware of the benefits involved in the job if you take this career path if you answered yes to one two or three the Human Resources may be the Trier for you the main thing you have to do in working Human Resources is interacting with people whether it is helping with a conflict around the office training a new employee or explaining to a new employee the benefits of the business offers you will always be interacting with people when working in Human Resources you would have the pleasure of being able to recruit new employees that you think would fit well with the company and then to hire them after you would be able to train that employee and teach them what they would have to do in the office introduce them to people around the office and get them settled into their new workplace the only thing a lot of people may not enjoy about the job is that they would be responsible for letting employees go as well if you are told to do so by superior or you just don't think an employer is doing well anymore you would be responsible to let them go like any place at work there are conflicts so your job as a human resources rep would be resolving these conflicts in the office there are many different ways to resolve conflicts in the office and you would have to learn to deal with a variety of different people some may be easier to work with and some may be harder but no matter what you need to fix the problem and make sure that day is on the smoother you will learn different communication skills while doing this job just from experience itself Human Resources is a great career choice for many reasons for one you will leave work every day feeling satisfied that you are helping someone that day second you'll get paid great and third you'll gain communication skills day by day it's a great career choice and there's a wide range of job opportunity all over the United States when she's in this career I know I went over a few tests that you would be doing if you were to take this path but there is so much more that you would be doing but unfortunately over a short of time so I cannot explain anymore but if you're still interested please feel free to ask...
