The reason they ask you to just sign is to make sure that the account opening process doesn't get delayed by the errors we make while filling forms. If there is a error you may have to resend it  If you are confident enough to fill you can go ahead and fill as per documents. or if you can ask them to send the filled forms,they also do that provided you send them necessary documents. Once the account is opened they send you the soft copy of your application via email for your reference. Hope it helped.

Yes, a PoA is required to open an account with Zerodha as a matter of policy. This is so we can provide you services in a reasonable manner. As an online broker, we would require authorisation to debit your demat account whenever you sell shares. If you were to not sign this limited PoA, each time you sell a share, you’d have to furnish a physical DIS (delivery instruction slip) authorising the debit.This would defeat the purpose of online trading and isn’t a viable option.

I am planning to tie - up with online marketing company; on monthly payment Basis, based on that Today I received NACH Forms through mail from that Company asking to just leave blank all the spaces including the Columns for Amount and Date, but seal and sign over the prescribed area by authorised signatory of my company. how this form works? I have to pay Rs. 3000/- monthly, Can't they deduct more money from my account using this signed NACH form blank forms? Is it safe to sign this form without filling it? I believe this is a holdover from a time when air travel was still new, limited and much more of an outing or an adventure.  I remember my mother and grandmother would 'dress', complete with hat and gloves, and my sister and I would also be dressed up in 'going out clothes'.
