go ahead and type in a fake Duns number just one two three one two three one two three the system can't validate that number but when you submit this that will be checked by the staff within the agency of Education to make sure that that is indeed correct I also need to enter a same expiration date now we're recording this in March of 2018 if I put a date that is in the past and I attempt to hit save it's going to tell me your expiration date can't be in the past the agency can't pay you if your expiration date is not in the future so I'll go ahead and set a date of May 15th 2018 that's in the future as of the filming of this or as of the recording of this video when I hit save page now that error message goes away and that value has been completely saved you must upload a copy of your entity overview record from sam.gov and you do that by saving that PDF on to your PC or Mac or on to your local network I'm gonna browse into the hard drive of the computer that I'm located on right now and I have this sample PDF document which I'm just going to use for purposes of testing now if you upload something that's not actually your entity overview record the system will wind up having that rejected back until you fix that after I've clicked open there I must click the upload button and now the uploads completed and there's a hyperlink to that PDF document that I uploaded if I uploaded the wrong document you can check this checkbox and hit delete selected files as long as the application hasn't been submitted that upload will then be deleted re-upload that file again and you'll notice that the name of the file that's been upload is redisplayed and it includes the date and timestamp when that was uploaded along with some information about the user ID of who uploaded it consistency check to make sure that I didn't skip anything or leave leave anything out skip a tab it tells me that I ran the consistency check which locked the application at this time and date and I can go ahead and hit the button that says submit to the agency for review when I hit submit the application has been submitted for review displays back on the access select page it now says that central data was submitted for review on this date if the agency has any concerns with your submission and returns it for changes this review summary button will show you how to access that feedback right now since it hasn't been reviewed I can actually look at the review checklist here that the agency was will be looking at but this is where by selecting this radio button hitting reviewed
