How tha fill form

[Music] hi everybody i'm going to show you how to make your own form with yocal drag and drop form filter we're going to go straight to our form template from our tools section and here we're going to add a new form so keep in mind you're going to name the form whatever however is easiest for you to find it say a business has about 10 20 to 30 different kinds of forms they're able to search with the first letter and the form is going to appear efficiently here we're in our form portal and we're going to go ahead and build and preview our form so this one's going to be an attach form which is going to go in the confirmation email but you also have the option to do the embedded form which is going to be incorporated right after they book their appointments we're going to go ahead and start dragging the fields that are required for us to make this form and we're going to go ahead and upload an image so keep in mind you can upload images documents as well annotate on them or you can even upload videos now this is our logo it's a little bit too big so we're gonna easily minimize it these three little dots that you see those will allow you to either prolong the field horizontally for a different style or keep it short as we have in this form format so we're going to name this again the new client registration format so the client knows exactly what kind of form they are filling out then we're going to go ahead and start building the form and just dragging and dropping all the fields that we want the client to fill out so as you see we are including the primary information for them to fill out and you can go ahead and make this either required or you can make it optional for it to be completed in our case we want the first last address phone number etc required so we're just going to turn on that little tab on but things like gender we are going to leave optional so the client doesn't need to fill it out before their booking is confirmed so i'm going to move this divider up as you saw earlier i did drag it draw a divider in and that is just to kind of segment out each field for a better more organized look now we're going to go ahead and add a text box and you also have the option to add a longer text box which we're going to do because we want to allow the client to provide us with any more information about why they're visiting us if they have any special requirements so that we get to know the clients better before actually meeting them so in the next field we definitely want a signature field so we're going to go ahead and drag and drop that in here and we're definitely going to make this field required because we want the client to consent to the service that they're going to receive and as well make sure the information they've provided us is accurate so we're also going to add an attachment as i was mentioning earlier where the doc the client can either upload a document depending on you know the type of form you're building in our scenario we kind of want to let the customer be able to upload a photo so that we can use it for the client record and to better acquaint ourselves with the customer but again this is optional for them and not mandatory so i think this pretty much finalizes our form for the new registration we're just going to go ahead and add a couple more dividers in there to kind of section out each field then we're going to go ahead and look at the overall style check everything out and you can also change the color of your form which we love so you can change the color of the dividers and you can go ahead and change the color of the field so we're going to choose a very soft pink color for it to stand out and be better visible to our clients so i didn't like how this looks so i just want to show you how easy it is to go right back and change something so i just changed the way the font style was and here is a preview of our final form so we're just going to give it another quick look and yeah it looks pretty complete and we seem to be happy with it so we're going to go ahead and update the form template but this is not necessary because this should be updated for you automatically as well again here's all the different sections of what you can do with your form so these will be all your submissions that have come in associations we're going to associate this form with all of our services because it is a new client registration form but you're able to associate it with a specific service and as well you can add more settings to it so we want this to be only filled out per client and not per booking and that's it that's how easy it is to build your own form
