You need not worry about what "pdf" means. As long as the pdf looks good, and it is not very large, a computer with a PDF reader and a decent printer should be able to produce it. As long as the print is crisp, color-coordinate, and doesn't have much of a border, it should be OK, too. (The only thing more difficult is to make the border all black.)
