How To Add eSignature in WorkDay

hi this is Scotch Rombauer I'm a solution engineer with DocuSign this is recording to describe how you can set up a document to be deployed in mass in a workday and it's called distribute documents and tasks so as an eligible administrator you'd be able to perform the following functions and really it boils down to four separate things that you need to do start describe from start to finish first me to have one or more documents so for today's purpose we'll be taking a look at one of the documents that is stored in workday and we'll be looking at specifically the employer handbook here we go so I just it's just a regular document I've already of taking it offline here so here's our employee handbook in Word and you'll note here at the very bottom I already have my item in red so you can see them it would be white tags to signify where the first and in this case only signer is going to sign and the date sign it's going to be that not applied so it's tagged it's uploaded into workday right so that would be the first step having one or more documents they actually want to deploy the second thing we need to do is to edit the business process specific to distribute documents and tasks so work days has hundreds of business processes workflows and for distributing documents in bulk it has a specific business process to do so distribute documents or tasks this is the grid view most of us who are looking at this video are probably already familiar with this document review step and this is where I can insert the specific in this case handbook to be deployed at that step within the word hello so it's pretty big pretty simple workflow so this particular document assigned by DocuSign is this the signature integration type it is a single person signing event if it had multiple people you would see what the document looked a little bit different because it would have multiple tags to define who all the signers are but also you would have the signature grid built out to reflect the signing order as well so again this document is now tied to this particular workflow step in the distribute documents business process we can add additional documents if needed but in this case we'll just leave it as is so we have a document up a little bit we added it to the business process now we want to define the scope and you can have multiple scopes to support multiple distribute documents types so in this case I've got one called an employee handbook or something like that so you might have a get multiple distribute documents tasks here is one we'll take a look at so again scoping who's gonna receive this document what is going to show up in their inbox so it's the label for it...
