something that's been that's been time crafted through like you know hundreds and hundreds of chef instructors all around the country and even the world where we built this system to be able to basically make your life a lot easier so that you can just focus your time on becoming a mentor so but the very first thing I want to say that it's like it's actually more a bit about the product the product I'm going to show you but I also want to tell you a little story about myself because this is my own personal journey how I basically got to where I'm at right now this is my company and I built this up off basically cleaned up bootstrap the entire operation no investors holy-holy home and I have partners everything like that so it's like so there was a basically passionate love and waiting a whole lot of credit card debts get to where I'm at so but the very first thing is that you know I'll let you know that I'm not just say like somebody's MIT or somebody who who's a genius actually I grew up in a Chinese restaurant so I'm a lifer you know I've been in the restaurant business from here you know you know playing you know helping other parents organize stuff in the rice storage room you know working the register bussing all I do to the to the food line in and I did that all the way through high school and college so I've been through this for a very long time but the most important part about this is that I have not a genius a lot people say but the thing is not getting to school I had problems I had attention problems I would have been diagnosed with ADHD but fortunately I grew up in a restaurant and we were referred for so we didn't have enough money to be able to get me the proper care which actually is a good thing because it turned my biggest efficiency which is the inability to pay attention to one thing to to hone it into a skill where I have the ability to pay attention to many things and these kids that growing up now are in that same environment there they want to be constantly stimulated and we have an education system where we're trying to barrel it down one narrow focus and we need to adjust for that and that's one of the reasons why I wanted to create this technology is to address kids like me who have this problems but actually not problem we need better solutions for to address those problems I also have Halloween I had reading deficiencies I could have read a single novel in high school I can I can't comprehend the written language I mean English should have sank the second language but I gravitate towards computers and computers was the was my outlet so I learned computers I learned how to build them I learn how to program I taught myself programming and now it's my way to really like me alone my energy because like I've been here I could go and build magic and new things so so basically I have my chi patches technology and food and a lot of trying to create this magic with those two so they say I'm going to cover some pretty fast topics but it's not going to be all about leveraging the product because the product speaks for itself now let's top up like these global overarching concepts that we as educators to you Paul you know if anyone here has heard of flipping with Tasha before everyone anybody done here I'm gonna give a little break let me say like that five minutes talking about that because it's important to me for you to understand this concept of clicking the classroom is something that is a wonderful way to reach this at home anyway in their retirement we're going to be talking about the technology cloud everyone's heard about the cloud what is it what is it fun anybody know what the cloud is you may have another standing of it it's just out there yeah yeah there's understood there's cloud storage and there's cloud computing it already tapping into its own class or technology because everything is gonna be kids going mobile everybody has a cell phone strapped to them most kids have the stuff cell phone they don't have a computer at home but they have a cell phone that can do only thing that they need to do so you know larger movement called my own upbeat but deep in schools by a beach buggy be Michael be you i to be so bringing your own device or BYOD bring your own technology so law schools are actually encouraging kids to bring their devices or Kindle Fires their iPads their their their nooks their their iPod Touches because these are powerful devices you know these are schools that that's great that everybody uses in the world schools are actually you know policies started to change this little process there's still a lot of people questioning back against it they want to regulate that that environment but the schools from are adopting it we have adopted there's actually lots of articles that I could point you to that have proven success where their infraction rate from went from like 30 in instances a month down to two because they they enable this policy and the policy succeeded because the kids were suspected it the devices aren't banned they're actually out in the open and people know and understand what they need to use it for discuss it up the right rules the right policies in law schools like they set up zones so in this zone you're on to do this you're gonna sell you a lot to do that and they understand those rules getting to work within that yep so we gotta talk about adaptive formative assessments that's a critical key piece of technology that allows the students be legit cleaner more enriching environment then we're going to talk about how students experiencing so very first thing about we're gonna talk to us like you know why do we want to flip and we have a good understanding that's why we want to flip the classroom anyway yes no okay finding out something to Brian right hey you talk about the inverted pyramid it's good much time to lecture more time in doing things the lecture can be taken care of by the technology you buy online by all these different sources so that's one of the reasons why we play you know one of the other critical reasons it's like is us you know we're talking about textbooks the textbooks of yesterday you're not fit with the students a day so I mean books are great I mean they're very useful in the past but kids don't don't these things right here they're smart clothes so so I want you to think about this is like you know this is something that's involved because I have a hundred I have to tell you I'm selfish I developed this technology because I wanted to reach me because when I was in school the education system didn't fit I was actually see others yeah even see how their student you know for a Chinese person that's like a second was you but but like the elephant so like all my kids are at valedictorian they played like three or four or five instruments salutatorians I mean there were high achievers academically but I sucked in academics I was awful I actually gravitated towards family consumer sciences shop classes all these career tech ed announced to consider the dumb one of the lot but the thing is I just didn't have the ability to apply my energy in the education system that was established so I've built this technology because I wanted to give the kids go growing up now the ability to be able to learn as the way I really think you know I wanted to learn well in fact like just yesterday I visited the Potomac Job Corps center over down the pike VDC they're using our product there at the Job Corps center and they have an open entry system and basically like he only has nine different levels and assists if you have any one of those nine levels within that same period it's a it's a was originally I think a nine month program but they've actually gotten it down to like no orchids to finish the program their culinary arts program in anywhere between three to six months because they have the access to the information they have the technology that will do that they have computers in their dorm rooms [Music] the only pad which is the lecture type you really get the proper instruction so to dispense with the traditional classroom in fact I you know why I want to be like you know ten years ago I said to myself you know the reason I wanna play this company was one to kill textbooks because I hated textbooks I thought that they were the most colorful thing in the world to try to relay information to all about finding information and your fingertip so I'm gonna show you kidding boys and girls everyone gets cake so yeah that's a funny little clip but that illustrates uh you know what the kids expect that's what they have they have the ability to you don't have to go to a minor if you want to look that up you have to go to Dewey Decimal System anyway you have to use microfiche so so the so so the thing is like you know what we're trying to do is we're trying to create an education system that is that works in the environment that's they're familiar with we're not trying to push them back into the 1950s too so basically let's eat here we're gonna talk about that needle what different types of this records like you know a lot of us a CT no we know that that doesn't work very much we're actually route guides by their size to be with it's more of a mentorship program or a petition program in essence that's the time we really need to spend with our students is that fine - to guide them you want to approach it with differentiate instruction won't be able to to address every soon they're all their needs using multi modality models - reaching them using variety of ways to get the same information across but in in different facets not one way this a month create high rigor you know be able to make sure that they actually understand the information and you know and we're here today because we want to be better at a craft so really quickly here this is how I kind of see like you know the education system it's basically types you entertainment so when we were growing up you know not forma table is food - you know we say there's no television we watch TV beginner team like these cartoon characters Smurfs mom you okay so that was our form of entertainment that was our way to to acquire information and we're trading that like you know Lisa thought TV but yeah entertainment how we have fun with it and we get in orbits because it's funny makes us laugh we learn a few things it's a lot so forth so that's what we can I call passive entertain then you know entered into the 1980s and we get introduced to the gaming console where it kids now are being entertained not passively but now they're playing with Mario link it's all its think it's all in order Sonic the Hedgehog so they have these avatars these characters that they're actually controlling their fate the face and they're making decisions on how these these characters will interact with the environment you know Mario jump in the hole you die okay don't jump in the hole again so they're used to controlling their destinies through that method so contrast that to the education system we got passed through education and active education so this is what the kids want this is what kids need they must be able to control their because that's what the entertainment industry has kind of put them into so onto the actual demo what I've done any questions on the concepts that I just kind of outline yeah it's all the things that we already know that we need to do but how do we do how do we do it so over the course of the past 10 years and more my dream was to be able to take a piece of curriculum and I created that in colouring arts it's but to apply technology to it so instead of writing a textbook creating DVDs I want to use technology as the means to be able to be like you know what chef Dunnigan said was he able to put two kids in front of it and quickly and access the information that they need this was actually before Google before YouTube you know before always like no technologies now it's it's commonplace so with that over the content I created a whole lot of videos I spent a lot of time to buddy with my partners creating all its content 2005 close around YouTube Wikipedia all these websites you know just like that - the meaning you can log in on a computer like a laptop you can log in using your smartphone you can log in using your iPad Kindle Fire it's good we want to be technology independent meaning that it doesn't matter what device you're using you can act if you have the internet access you should be able to get to it so I can they can look up the information write down the answers I don't need to there they're not the typical ones that we deal with and they propel it because they want to be able to control their own learning they want to be able to to get at it whenever wherever however you know they have cell phones so they can pull up on their cell phones and be able to do that so we got the content we also have because it's not like I said over there the content is the content and it's important because I filled it but it's not important anymore because you begin for free but one of the key things that we really focus on like you know let's say here this big ol hairy pear oh you ready nope they didn't work I remember it was actually not love number it's not working like their support of that and this is the staff this is the staff Wireless yeah the other guy tech in the so it's not really providing them the assets to be able to do that so anyway you know so we have the content don't worry about it wasn't numbers that's I know the code did not have numbers okay let me started out as like a corny idea it's like hey let's just some videos because I got sick and tired of these like textbooks and these like you know videos for a lot they have real real video something you just take back then maybe DVDs CIA but they're like let's just do this so sorry I'd like a simple idea that was the technology brain behind it you might have so there's like hey I know this guy this kid who was like you know who was that Wizkid and I'm like hey I grew up in the restaurant well why not and then like 15 years later I think that work thank you so so here we have like you know the information we have this bug gear pump key points what it does is it converts you why they gives you a different view of the same information but in Fulton format so it's really important giving them two views so that we have the writer textbook version and we have the the bullet Iser left our teachers called the clinical Spurgeon through this they get through the information is it yes want to let's say you want to you can actually change these pages here one things I think personally is can't curriculum when you get handed a piece of curriculum made by someone else it's usually yes all of this strict way of doing things but yeah as we go we know we don't all teach the same we don't all teach the same material all go the same way we actually have the ability to be able to to delete the content news that you don't want rearrange it do whatever you want cracked into your own masterpiece but we do provide the backbone template to get started so that you could actually start to so it's customizable completely customizable see you know move stuff around even nicks cut it so you can cut it from from from budgeting and put it into nice skills but baking and put it into Santa safety and sanitation it doesn't matter it's like you know taking a textbook say I won't write this page out and put it here I wonder at this stage apathetic here we give you the ability to you do that you get crap it like a different set of modules for a different class so let's like kind of what module covers only meat meat and seafood in that cow stain charity are there you decide you want to place in each class and that's all you need to do place it in there and then it in the students will have access it and then they can fight for their content now teacher you have that ability and we want to we don't want to limit you because that's one of my big things is like I want you to create a system that's not just a piece of curriculum that you follow I want to create a system that you can be in your own that you could do it in the way that you want to do it so then we have these different signals here so this is just kind of just want to let you know that this is an indicator to you as to part of the mastery system so M stands for mastery eight cents for hands these has four basic R stands for resource the colors indicate the level of mastery the student has on that particular piece of content so the mastery system that we developed is is is a unique piece of technology that we call it a personal tutor so you can think of this technology telling you the rationale they'll take care of all the mundane work of flipping them checking the temperature making sure if these cook properly now what we've done is like we taken the work of of being able to create an individualized instruction to your student so that they can get direct feedback so so let's just this the use of analogy the personal tutor so you created this module you put into class called cooking techniques now you as a student right there what's your name Shawn Shawn Shawn Shawn you need to learn to connect these so you go okay Shawn Chung showing your tutor is not so you come to me and I say okay well if you all this information here so let me give you access to all that information you can learn it there's videos demonstrations there's textual based information there's a lot of information in there now after you're done you're like okay I study now what you know it's traditional classrooms you studied it usually you have to go do a demonstration or you take a test or a quiz so okay now you're done what you want to do I want to know how long I know this information that's what you say that mean and then I say okay answer these questions so I throw a bunch of questions at you through a knowledge check now that we call it a knowledge check because we don't want to call it a test or quiz it's actually not a test request that even though it looks like this it's a formative assessment it actually is adapted to the students ability so these questions I'm gonna ask you so I'm just spew these apps without you you can answer them and after you're done then that's to tell you okay based on your performance in those questions I can give you you did it really well congratulations young good job yeah you bastard that comedy's you competently answer the questions that I asked that page wait so he studies the student-centered stuff so you want to tell this this this is coming the knowledge base part you still have to take care of these the show all right I don't we don't take care of that no wandering quick yeah exactly so the so what we're trying to do is where do we create this system so that the students can go through get through the the content in an effective way so that you could go be in the labs doing the our national hands-on no Prentiss installer anyway yes actually they're so delicious and so so you did great yeah this next one you did matter because what we're saying is like now whatever the information is on a given page all the information is important so you know how to code you know traditionally when you study for our test you're reading that book you're reading that page you're trying to second-guess the teacher trying to figure out that one key critical piece of information that thing it's gonna test so you're just spent wasting your time trying to second-guess you know the sin of that you know we were saying that all of the information is important so you can go back and study all the information because the next time around I might ask you about this piece or I might ask you about this piece everything is important and that's what we call a highly rigorous formative assessment system those questions are actually walking around the students so basically if the first time run they gets a lot of questions we'll give them slightly easier questions there's actually an algorithm in there and this is part of the stuff that like you know happens behind the scenes like in the in the LD that you can it's all the computational stuff we actually have an algorithm in there actually wait they actually determines what questions are easier or harder based on the actual performance of the students in your class so if the last student answer a specific question 90% of time correctly the very first time and then we marked it as easier so we don't ask that question as often elicits they really mess up so it's actually adapting itself to now that your student but your entire class so every single class around the world will have different levels so so that's just an example so you keep one through that process now say all right good job you answer more questions correctly on the Girling page so I'm gonna level you up to change that orange tops to a great dot and then say okay you did well but but on this other page this next one you did worse so I'm going to Siri in turn you over an orange to red so this is giving them immediate feedback that's what's important so they to go through they can study information and they'll go through the test and they'll get that feedback and they continue this process so that's the best basically how we kind of address that personal tutor aspect because what we're doing is we're trying to personalize their learning environment this is a student-centered learning environment you know it's really everything's focused on them trying to get them through the content so they can be ready for the classroom so what do you have to do about this nothing all you have to do say I want to teach the cooking techniques module to my class and then let everything run its course you know you have to have all the basic fundamentals so you're probably gonna show yourself okay how is this happening well I'm gonna show you just like a really quick wind plants that are pistol so this is our festival and what's showing here is all the questions found on each cake so you see that there's a large question thing that we're deriving this questions from we have over 2,800 questions throughout the entire curriculum so this one each he is because they understand what there's concept called big data analytics now what big data analytics is is
they actually can can track the shocking behavior of everyone that misses their wasai run the algorithms for algorithms if you got better ways to get more merchandise sold so because this is an online solution we are able to tap into that same technology that Google uses that Amazon uses that Netflix uses and what we're doing is we're actually capturing to 300 data points for every single student so very first off we actually know exactly how the students are answering the questions so you know we have that base knowledge of understanding secondly we're actually tracking their behavior so what time are they logging in where are they liking you know the argument on a cell phone are they doing in in Ralph's on a bus are they doing it you know just before class so so basically this is like that personal relationship so as a tutor I understand your learning behavior I know exactly when you're sitting I know how long you looking at a page I know if people tell it looked at a video I know all this information about you because what were tonight news we try to use this information to create big picture solutions to be able to create ways to be able to figure out how they would perform and help me on what what steps we can use to basically get them to succeed so this next to log initially this is a technology shogi secret we invented last year called test overlay this is basically the u.s. teacher querying me as a tutor saying hey if I gave my students this much other questions stay down here these set of questions how well of my students perform at this very second so I'll say to you okay at this very second if you were to give these two questions to your class I think your students will get do this so what you're seeing here is basically they're great and my probability of them achieving that great now probability is based on how long you're going to sit so if you have a low probability such as this to the right here 7% that means that the student went to me they asked me I asked I asked them questions they answered to a 66% proficiency but I don't understand this so this dude I understand more I could actually you know tell you what the better certainty this is part of the power of online and this is one of the things that that's you know we asked a peak are doing to really differentiate ourselves from the standard textbook from the ebooks because all that is static based information and what we're trying to do is we're trying to gather this information we're trying to build tools and this is just one wonderful idea like this next summer we're actually going to be building predictive tools reusing us a concept called social bamboo so now that we got more students going through the system in the online system which has only been out for two years before we were software we have to create behavioral patterns so you know we can say this student based on three thousand other students behaviors matches this path and we think that this students gonna you know drop out anytime soon so we'll send you an alert and you'd be like oh I knew that already or oh I didn't know that was going to happen but the thing is it's just things that like yeah we can detect these patterns down to basically inform you and help you with your job so that is that's that's one that that's where I am passionate eyes basically building these tools so that you could become more effective instructors so that you can reach kids like me so that I have you go okay I can fly way over or I could go I mean low behind and I need something up and you save yourself okay well you need some help let me take a look at like great here and I can see where every single students hat how many times they've gone to the tutor so this three times four times red dot means now this level so you have to go and take a look at that individual student and see it help them out you come over here and let's take a look at this kids profile and by clicking on I'm actually able to view every single question that this student has asked answered and and and what they answered those correct correct so you can actually do research on your students now you don't research every single so you like research the ones that you really need to that's they so so we so you have those tools available and we're building more tools to help you out as I need to come around so if you have an idea chef down again they say hey I want to be able to do this analysis they'll be like hey that's a great idea and I'm you know these other steps up asking to do this too so we'll build that tool if you be able to do that type of analysis so that's that's some of the really amazing tools that we build now now the next thing I'm going to tell talk to you guys is the stuff that we get for free one of the other big pet peeves is you know you have this curriculum and it's got this information but you want to put your own recipes in it you want to put your own videos in it you want to put videos from that that's chef site which is an awesome site me I would send it to all my users who are using my product keys I encourage them to go to other sites where you get free stuff and put it in here so you could use it as a as a source to be able to to be able to basically organize all of your content in here so I'm going to log into account which I've customized here any questions so far sites that you don't that will be there so if you pull up from I feel Joe's recipe collection the circa 1992 but here's an example of an online cloud-based PowerPoint slide so this is a public site using a service called SlideShare so basically since this is in the cloud you don't have to download files anymore if so if you want to study PowerPoint you'll female Jim you just put it right in here so this is actually an online cloud base how it looks like and then actually the service here is free so you can actually let us this service by block if you don't upload your pop-ups like to have any put it into the service and then be able to access that's not written here you know use informational pages from New York [Music] anybody here use Google Docs or Google Google products like Google Spreadsheets so you know you know the advantage of doing like online club a suck it so now put that document right into the same interpreter this is a spreadsheet that's life by updated so change values for all instantaneously but basically what I'm showing you is like back to my statement reforms yeah I know that's my content eventually face will become unimportant because they're big stuff is gonna happen all the time publishers gonna die but the only way for me to become relevant in education rate these tools these technologies so here's a PDF document and so on so a page from surf yes obviously this is this phenomenal teaching tool spell the surface a problem yeah sorry ADHD and instead the students have access to it yes via mobile device and whatnot how does that differentiate it you know on the surface a page and I'm typing in a question where's my site where's their son meaning what do they have access to what don't they have access to make that stop password protected okay do we set the parameters on what fight the policy of the site let's say you're going to the site that requires a login then you'll have to try to provide luggage so what about just for the general kp/h student has their own individual account like I'll show you the great matrix that's each of the digital students account they're all individually tracked that's how we're able to build so we sit there and track jeebies progress jubie's the troubled student of the day short answer or you can add an essay question if you want but you know that's a questions not graded by the tutor that's great so what I do is create this like education tool that transcends a lot of luck and does a lot of things that we're already doing but does it all automatically he's all along on what view is I want the content the questions and it creates that there's also a vacation built in here selected some that we have knowledge levels so this is part of the game creation part they level up their dollars we actually have a lot the traveler system where they actually mumble under their character so it just keeps you a little things but the kids live I mean they actually get the kick out of it division here's a video and let's say you watch they say this is a great explanation of long division I want to add it to the curriculum video so let's say it has videos covering everything we don't share a cue list all tied by us yeah these are all things I'm going to teach you how to do because I want to say that like you know what I do is I create this framework for you my teach you how to use all these other internet tools on top of just using the tool that provide because I want you to be able to use these tools to solution so I come over here let's go back to KP site and let's click on so let's say I wanted teach number let's say nine save it now it's part of the protocol so actually the other one that I pulled up earlier no this is really cool now this is something that looks unrelieved genius idea by another chef and it demonstrates a really awesome concept how to differentiate the the peach liquid measures and I did that while he was talking on the iPad you know the actually it is that easy just given the information you want and basically customizing the way you wanted and I love hearing stories of how you guys incorporate students recording videos on their cell phone and that's a very important piece they're using the technology and is already in their pockets favorably and a useful manner imagine if we were in school and the only time they're allowed to use pencils is in school and when they go back home they're not allowed to use pistols or something like that think think how awkward that would be you know so our education systems say yes smart bullets but you can't use them I applaud you for for encouraging that so here we go so so so this is basically you know demonstrate to you that you know this tool it goes well above and beyond just the content that I created 10 to 15 years ago over the course time it's a it's a dream of mine to go and create the system that will fundamentally change education because tools that use adaptive technology tools that use big data analytics currently don't exist but the but the point is that is that this is this is something that I've invested my life is you know it's not like I wrote a book and I'm just sitting on it and you'll be making minor bidam's road-book did all work constantly creating new ways to to dispense that information to the students and figure out better ways to go leach them so the way I see it it's like no he's just been invested in me all these years ago chef Dunnigan who saw my product in its early stage I call it investment because if it wasn't for chefs like you and the other chefs all around the country that fired into my vision I wouldn't deal with them to build this and this is all self built myself my team don't disrespect we're not using anyone else technology because all their suck you know in my opinion they all suck co2 is it all built by engineers they don't create that relationship and for me it's all about building that personal relationship building no research but other than people calling up and say oh my gosh you know but no actual hard data research of you know comparing before that because I don't have the resources to fight board on all these sites right they want to be a solution for everything and everybody so they build their system for everything and everybody but they want to live to a mediocre level what are you doing is focusing on three key components get the information to students and i'm very easy give them the relevancy in an instant feedback so that they could actually learn through the process and give them motivational tools to be able to encourage them through the into the content by burying gamification in so to that point we don't do specific things because we want to focus on these specific aspects because no one else is really to put that much focus you already can think of Apple now when Apple was taking they'd said okay we're not going to have a dousing product line so we're going to have four product lines and they made those four product lines are the best and that's how they don't want the solution verified so yeah we're not like a classroom management system we're not going to replace you're a grateful for your attendance roster but what we are going to do i
we're going to create that environment so that your students can get to the information level with their knowledge and and be able to excel so I've given chef's done again and I know I give you a like this this summer we're actually watching in these cool I just so actually really quick really awesome called project-based learning and what it does is it enables you to be able to build projects within it have students take a video or a picture on their cell phone and a submitted any grade against a rubric and then if they if they earn they complete all the elements of the project then they can receive the badge yeah $700 for the training Support Package or I could do multi year we have a three year deal it's to the five thousand two hundred and fifty dollars so 5400 sorry but $5,400 before a three year which includes the training Support Package so you get a continual training you're about a year if you want to some teachers do some peers though it's always there whenever you need it and you get direct access to me i me also have it so basically in the three years like mike to get one free kind of thing and in the five year is $7,500 so if you want five years it also includes the trainees support package so that's basic pricing for the system so so yeah you get the content and that's the basic template that's where you start out with they you start adding to it nice up modifying and then you craft basically like a lot of our teachers say you're building you know textbook Italy and you make basically both year or oh yeah so with that's efficient the contents constantly updated we're constantly developing new online tool so a year ago we didn't have that personal tutoring system so so basically the Syst would take tests they would get results and things like that but we kind of refined that and we've built better technology we felt better reports we were building project-based learning this summer so you can actually feel like oh say Miller projects we're building like you know so you'll get these new technologies year by year so it's not like you know it's like hey we create miss Tina to pay for hey we create this and it's he'll click on this fun and see what happens or if you watch painting on that you know so so so it's basically like it's a technology investment and that's the beauty of office online is that we can we can improve it we can make it better we're actually building our student experience right now the students would go through the experience and they would call the the compass travelers they would actually travel the world every single modules inside the different city and they get little factoids about the city to cute see this next one this next generation at the end of summer we're going to be enabling mission based modules so basically when student enters it you'll be like he'll here's here's your Bishop pick the mission she wanted to go up against and they would complete that mission and then they would unlock other missions and so on and so forth so so yeah yeah I mean there's a lot of video game something - yeah so we do it through a one-on-one online screen sharing session so basically what it is is you send in front of a computer or a projector and I move your mouse around I show you stuff you do stuff and we spend about an hour to two hours of any one level so it's very individualized well or one of my partners so they said we're not very large company and the fortunate thing is like for the most part we don't get any support calls at all other than the site is blocked and so once it gets going let's get your students on it it really takes care of itself so we don't have to have a hire a huge support staff which is really really really lucky for me because ya know you'll get access to you'll get access to myself or another developer or somebody who's likely agreeing in the actual development process you had a question yeah Oh in the contract basically we provide about four hours so up to four hours if you go beyond that that's okay yeah but we in the contract would say if you get four hours detention for Daniel yeah no this training and support will actually support you get we will see unlimited but we do about twenty hours if you need it but our support and tributon the training is four hours and the others about 20 hours but the thing is though no one's really exceeded more than six ten minutes so usually it's a very simple for a single problem because that the beauty about this is like it's online its mobile ready so I mean it's like any computer or any laptop or digital module can log into it as long as the school stop blocking and that's the key as long as the school stop blocking but it's usually call to the IT department say hey I need that site whitelisted and that's actually a great few part between most people just blacklist instead of whitelist you know whitelist is allowed blacklist is just to die so so usually we're not blacklisted
