hello and welcome to today's quick Salesforce tips today I'm going to demonstrate how to add your signature on email if you send out directly from Salesforce to start with click on the arrow next to your name you're gonna see my settings click on my settings then on the left hand side you're gonna see a tab that says email click on email and then my email settings once you've done click on email my email settings you're gonna see a large pane right here that is going to be for your email signature complete this information here click Save now before I click Save as you see I've got my information here you can also automate your blind carbon copy to yourself of whatever email you sent out that will go to whatever email should determine that you want it to go to so if you're sending an email out of Salesforce you can get a copy that to your inbox in your email your email once you've saved this your meet email will now be added to all your outgoing emails that you send from Salesforce now let me show you real quickly how that's going to work click on contacts I'm going to pick the contact see you myself hover on your hover links here you can go to activity history you go to directly to send an email whatever information you put in that email as you can see the blind carbon copy adverse is here and put in your subject your body and click your send she's already determined who that email is going to go to what you don't want to do is click on the email over here that will not bring you to the Salesforce email capability you're going to want to click on that tivity history and send an email hope this is helpful have a great day
