many of you guys know who ABC is but if you don't they are the Associated Builders and Contractors a national organizational Association for the construction and construction related firms they're actually located right here in Arlington Virginia so their neighbors of of us and they have about 75 chapters i have a link there where you can go and see the chapters in your area but i'm also the ABC chapters in your area but if you don't i encourage you guys to reach out to them so we're very excited about this partnership with ABC as are they it really solidifies that our contracts are fair and balanced for all parties knowing that ABC is willing to go in on this partnership for us and promote a I a contract documents to their members so we're very excited about that so I'm sure you're wondering whether what are the details of this partnership ABC members get a ten percent discount off new AI a contract document software license that's the gist of the marketing partnership all current licenses that we have applied meaning Doc's 100 doc 300 unlimited single seat all the way through unlimited 50 seats they do not get a discount off paper or docs on demand so it's only on the software if we roll out of these future products they will also get a discount on those there are very few but some ABC members who are currently AI a contract documents customers they are eligible for that ten percent discount once they renew so once their license is up they can renew with the discount it's not retroactive for them another benefit of this partnership for ABC members as well have access to any education and any tools that we make available for AI a contract document customers at the same rate as aia members another benefit that we are very excited about the contract documents team is that ABC members and ABC leadership have the opportunity to provide input into rai contract documents programs so that's exciting for us to have the contractor point of view as you know as many of you know we have a docs committee that right helps right the contracts and we do have representatives from the construction world but it's nice to have more ABC will also receive a fifteen percent share of all revenues generated by sales of contract documents so it's an incentive for ABC their team their business development team and ABC chapters to promote this marketing partnership as as much as we will so that's a great incentive for them because they actually get a revenue share I'm going to stop real quick and maybe open the lines Sally said there is some announcement to in the component update on the 9th we sent out a dedicated email to the case listserv on the 11th we're doing these presentations to you guys today and then I'm joining my abc the business development counterpart for his presentations to ABC chapters on the 21st and 22nd and then on the twenty-ninth we're going to send out a joint press release and that's the official announcement of the partnership so that's when any marketing efforts can take place as I'm now it's just informational so let me just walk you through how this will work it is a little bit complex but hopefully all the FAQ s and any talking points that i have created for you we'll go through this process just in case you get any questions ABC is an organization is a their members are organizations and not individual members unlike our organization so add the online ordering method I think we'll be rarely used and most of them will have to call in to our tech support team to get the discount but if an ABC member knows their email address that's on file with ABC they will go to our contract documents homepage and select the license type that best fits their needs in this case I have circled they chose the five-seat when they use the email address that's on file they will use ABC as a password that password can only be used one time and it's only used to for the first time that they purchase duck contract documents when they do that they will automatically get the ten percent discount will pop up on in their cart so like I said since ABC has organizations and not members there are very few members who have an email address on file with ABC most of them will use this method which is calling our tech support team and our tech support team as you guys know is a great team and they're fully prepared for these calls if an ABC member does not have an email address on file or unsure or wants the docs 100 license they go to our website to pick the license that they want to purchase and then they have to all our tech support team and provide the license type and for verification they need to provide their organizations phone number and zip code all the ABC organization information is actually uploaded in the back end to net forum so the tech support team can I verify that they are providing the correct information once they have verified that this person is does qualify for the discount tech support will set them up with an aia account and fulfilled our order with the discount that person will still get the email confirmation and everybody gets that shows that they have purchased a license so like I said most people will probably go down this route maybe until next year when people are going to renew at that point they'll already have an aia account created so they can just use their email address and whatever password they have elected and then sign in to get to get the discount every damn IM at the photo done your day on mon okay so i'm sure you guys are wondering how this affects your revenue i said i am oh I guess I have to put everybody back on me real quick okay this does not affect your revenue share at all we are very excited about this opportunity because this brings in brand new customers that we haven't nessuno we've marketed to but this is a dedicated group of customers that pay Nationals marketing to ABC chapters are obviously marketing to and you guys are marketing to so we hope that this will increase sales of our software license which in turn increase your revenue share and like I said there is a revenue share on the back end for ABC so they are incentivized to promote this partnership heavily and we're excited to work with them to do so on the component tool kit will have the following tools for you faq s talking points and a list of AAA ABC chapters and their contact information and the FAQ s will go over as you know how to purchase which I assume is that probably the question people ask you the most although I because they're ABC members they'll probably be asking a lot of these questions to their ABC chapters but you guys might get a couple and now open up to questions I let me just unmute your
