How to save signature to sign documents

okay so in this tutorial I'll show you how to create a signature using an image and removing the background saving it you can save your image back out and reuse it later on but you can also save it within wording and use it as a something that you can regularly import him so I'll go through those steps firstly I already have a file that I've created so I've actually got a signature I've used a black pen and I have put it on white paper it has been scanned so I already have that in file you can do the same thing by either taking a photo of it if you've got a good enough camera or camera phone or by using a scanner or even the Chisholm printers which to have a scan to USB option so there's lots of different ways that you can do a scan see teacher I've done mine just with my scanner here I think if I remember rightly but I have used the ones that choose them as well so firstly I do actually have a little Word document created that I'm going to use and going to add my signature here so I start by going insert picture and we should be able to see my signature file somewhere as a whole lot of crap here there it is so MH signature sir P&G farts reasonably small three seventy two by two five eight so I'm just gonna like that there it is and the first thing I'm going to do is remove the background easy up here remove background I find it easier to remove the background while the image is large just because of the very nature of how you remove backgrounds but I'm just going to increase this out and you can check it each time to see whether it's included everything that you want to include just by saving it and then undoing if you need to so I can see what's been included and what hasn't if you want to add areas so the pink is actually being removed and it's a matter of working out which of this other bits you want to keep so this buttons here mark area to keep mark area to remove I'm just going to add some additional areas to keep so for example that that if you taught with a good pen you actually get a much better thing I think this was just done with a biro but just keep adding seeing here you go and to keep that looks like it's not there and maybe a little bit of this tail down there we'll see how much of it so about there that probably needs to be included yep that's a phone message I'm just ignoring it for the moment so that probably looks reasonable well maybe so just to see what it looks like I'm just going to go keep changes and I'll be...
