the purchase price or 1250 whichever is greater so go ahead type in the three percent figure or 1250 line seven is your net to HUD next line your earnest money deposits remember this is going to be five hundred dollars for fifty thousand dollars and under or a thousand dollars for fifty thousand and one dollar and above okay next you will select your type of financing we're going to do a good old FHA 203 be the date of offer is the day you are submitting the bid go ahead and put a date the format is month backslash day backslash the last two digits of the current year tab over to back up offer I would love to be considered a backup offer and if the home was built before 1978 we're definitely going to need that lead based paint addendum my home was so I'm going to click yes you can
