How does one typically get started with Oracle's Partnership Program in order to acquire clients, sell, implement, maintain, and
You're asking the million dollar question - and no, a one-man team can't start up and deliver simultaneously. You're contemplating business development, social media, sales, and if that's at all successful (few are) then you need services, project management, consulting, implementation, user training, and on and on. Most partners start with a key client that pays the bills and slowly expands from there. The trick is specialization - if you specialize, it shrinks the target you're trying to capture - thus you can sponsor the bakers convention to signNow all the bakers needing Oracle - and prov...

How is the estimation for an Oracle EBS implementation carried out e.g. financials and supply chain? Are any tools available? Ty
Full disclosure , I work for Oracle, but do not directly work with application or ERP implementation. That said, when I was a CIO, we used Oracle E-Business suite, so I am familiar with Implementations. My best advice is to read about the Oracle Unified Methodology. It is the blueprint for how to assess the business needs and develop an implementation plan. The timeline will be dependent on many factors which should consider the business needs, modules being implemented, technology footprint, and the capabilities of the technical staff implementing the solution; either in-house, or consultants. Do not forget to also allow time to properly train the user base once it is implemented. I would also recommend to also undersrand your governance especially around data security, identity and access management, and customization rules to name a few. The recommend guidance today is to also avoid customizations unless they are for legal, regulatory or an absolutely must have change to the software the business cannot operate without. Customizations tend to cause future upgrade cycles to extend, or not be done at all, because of the testing needed each time. They also make it more difficult to move to SaaS based cloud functionality should you start with an on-premise implementation.Oracle Unified Method (OUM) 6.3The prior method was the AIM and BR100 document but was replaced circa 2011 with OUM. This first answer on this web site explains the prior and new method.Oracle AIM - BR100 Documents

How can implement python 3 with oracle database? What I have to do to use oracle database with python 3?
There are several methods can be used to access Oracle database from python:Native, cx_Oracle provides a mature feature set which could be issued to access data from Oracle database from python. It is the common way used and supported by most 3rd party libraries such as SQLAlchemy, Django, and many more. https://pypi.python.org/pypi/cx_Oracle/5.2.1ODBC, PyODBC does provide DBAPI interface for python to access data from Oracle database via ODBC layer, it is differ from cx_oracle, pyodbc is not limited to Oracle database, but for any database (sqlserver, db2, mysql, postgre, etc) as long there are odbc driver exists for those supposed database. For this, an appropriate odbc driver should be installed. https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyodbc/3.0.10JDBC, specifically if jython is used instead of CPython, java has jdbc feature of which this could be accessed easily from jython, one could use zxJDBC API for interfacing between python and jdbc in the same way as python DB API works, or use JayDeeBeeAPI for this purpose. Frequently asked questions
How do i add an electronic signature to a word document?
When a client enters information (such as a password) into the online form on , the information is encrypted so the client cannot see it. An authorized representative for the client, called a "Doe Representative," must enter the information into the "Signature" field to complete the signature.
How do they know an electronic signature is actually you?
And, more importantly, does it have a secret meaning, and are you actually the owner and not just someone pretending to be you?
The answer seems to be yes. In fact, it's the best answer any of the researchers could come up with: They believe that it's the secret to a digital signature, and their findings have been published in the academic literature.
The paper is entitled "Secret Authenticity of Digital Signatures: the case of the 'IOU'" and is a collaboration between the researchers and David Chaum, the author of the famous paper on digital signatures that was used to prove the security of electronic cash transactions over the Internet in 1999.
It was a pretty big deal back in 1999, because it proved that it's possible to make an electronic currency that is not vulnerable to "double spending" -- where the money itself can be duplicated and used to defraud the network.
And since then, digital signatures have been at the center of many new innovations in electronic banking, and now the technology has moved out-of-the-box into other areas, like online payment systems, the blockchain, and smart contracts.
And Chaum, who is also the author of the classic book "Digital Money: Theory and Practice," has been working to prove that electronic signatures are more than just something that can be used for digital signatures.
He did that with a proof-of-concept experiment at the University of Illinois a decade or so ago. He wanted to see whether it could be possible to take an el...
