Also, for my lunch break, I will take my car and park in a parking lot of a different business in order to get some “me time”. The first day of class, it became instantly clear…absolutely nothing I knew about PeopleSoft would be helpful in the least. Zero. The only thing that was helpful was that I knew how to be a consultant.The first year, was rough. I won’t sugar coat it. It was a tremendous mental setback to go from an expert that many people looked to for answers, to knowing nothing and needing help from so many people to be effective. The mental aspect was the most difficult thing to overcome. I felt like it took a solid 2 years to get back knowledge wise, to the level I was previously.So back to your question….How good is Workday?Workday is an amazing product that is well loved by all our customers. That totally depends on where you are taking them. Each facility has the right to set their own rate. I'm guessing around $25 per day is average. If it's more costly than you prefer pet sitters midday walks may be less costly by a tiny bit though they set their own rates too.
