Frequently asked questions
How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?
How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? "
"So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? "
When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

is 'Voter Registration Data' and how to get it?
Registration Data is an electronic database of voter information maintained in the State of Ohio. It includes the name and address and telephone number of Ohio registered voters, as well as information to verify a person's registration.
does Ohio know if my name is on this database? Are people's information in Ohio's voter database anonymous?
A. Ohio has a process to determine if information about a voter is found in the registration database. Ohio will notify voter registration officials if the voter's personal information has been found in the database. A record of the voter's personal information will be kept until the voter has requested to be removed.
are the names on the voting records kept confidential? Will my voter registration record show that I voted in the past election? If so, can Ohio use that information to identify people who cast ballots in the past election?
information in Ohio's voter registration database is maintained in the State's possession and is not sold, traded, given away, or distributed to third parties. Ohio does not sell, trade, give away or distribute voter registration information. It is provided for a limited purpose, the public good and to encourage voter participation in Ohio's elections.
I get my name, address and date of birth removed from Ohio's voter registration database?
A. Ohio's voter registratio...
How to annotate and sign pdf?
What should i do?
The pdf file is an XML file which is a data representation ( a string of words) of the file. When you open the PDF document, it is an object in the PDF. An annotator is something that takes the XML file and turns it into something that can be read/executed by humans, which is essentially what we are doing here. An annotater is written in Python and takes a file as input and outputs some data. This is done by calling some APIs like open or read .
Here is an example of a simple annotator.
from annotators import Annotator from pprint import pprint from urllib import urlopen annotator = Annotator() @ def read(pfile): with open(pfile, 'rb') as f: ptext = () if ptext == '
': return True return False
This simple annotator does the following for every read:
Reads the XML file and converts it into a Python dictionary where each key is an annotation and each value is the parsed XML.
Converts the Python dictionary into a text file. This file is used by our python script to read, execute the data, and turn it into a Python object.
The script uses the json module that is part of the standard library as it is the one library which supports XML documents.
The script will call the open and read functions to open and read the file respectively.
This should give you a good idea of how it all works. The Python script, which is located in /Users/mihai/Downloads/python_example/scripts/python_ , is called for convenience.
For all annotations, the annotator needs a l...
