When a client enters information (such as a password) into the online form on , the information is encrypted so the client cannot see it. An authorized representative for the client, called a "Doe Representative," must enter the information into the "Signature" field to complete the signature.

The easiest way to return a PDF document in our system is to simply upload it by clicking 'Upload to' next to the document (you can also upload a copy of the document by saving it to your computer). We will then convert the PDF file (as a text file to a PDF) by using a program such as Adobe Acrobat, and then we will automatically send it through to the customer for signature. We do ask that you print your receipt to ensure you have received your order, however once a pdf file has been signed and returned by the customer, we will delete the file and the customer will not receive an email to notify them of the issue. This is not a way for our customer to verify their order as we do not retain the scanned paper copy. To verify the identity of a user, a website uses a standard set of cryptographic hashes. The hash is created as follows: A user enters their password. The hash is then calculated. The resulting hash is compared to a list. If the two matches, the two keys are "locked". This means that the user cannot perform any action until one key is unlocked. But since passwords are unique, a website may choose a hash function with higher speed so the comparison will be less likely. In order to make sure that the user actually has access to a password, a website will "sign" the password with a cryptographic hash. This means that a website will have to reveal some private information. Usually a website uses a "hash algorithm" in order to sign the password. When a user enters his password into a site, the hash will be converted to a string and a secret key will be generated. This key will be used to encrypt the password to make it easier for a website to check if the user owns the password and is actually trying to steal their data.
