your bank account it would be much easier to buy that tv right now today wouldn't it this is what you can do and should do for your own products especially those on the more expensive side of things giving your customers the ability to purchase with a payment plan or product option in sam card is a breeze you can easily put two three or even four different payment options right in front of your customers so that they can choose the option that makes sense for them you can even use this feature to offer different levels of your product that have a different price like when you go through a car wash and you can choose between the basic wash for five bucks pay a few extra bucks more and get the gold wash or go all out for the double platinum president club extravaganza watch for just two bucks more however you use payment options is totally up to you but let's look at a quick example to show you why this is so powerful let's say that you want to have the following two payment options available on the same page option a would be to buy your product for a hundred dollars today an option b would be to break that up into four payments of 25 build out over the next four months let's go through each step of making that happen right inside of sam card first all you would need to do is create two products your first product would be called your awesome product and you charge a hundred product so here are some ideas for the best times to implement multiple payments you can offer payment plans for your most expensive products like the example that we already talked about where you have something that costs 100 or give a payment option to break that up into four payments of 25. doing this makes things a little bit easier for your customers to say yes right here right now and for you to close the sale you can also use payment options to offer pricing tiers just like the car wash example from before so for example you can throw in a second payment option for an upgraded version of your product giving your customers the option to spend more money if they're ready sort of like an upsell right there on the checkout page if you're selling a subscription service give your customers the opportunity to pay yearly one button and your customers who are ready can secure a nice discount and you get more cash up front as 10 20 or even 30 percent of your buyers opt to choose
