the menu details like orders right so when you go to orders you can see the order form option as well as today's delivery orders so today delivery orders any new orders that will be listed out here and a new form can be entered through this order form first I have clicked this and you can see here there is an option at New Order so this is a new order to add a new order whatever order like cake order or party order that can be entered here and all the upcoming orders which has to be delivered will be listed out here a new order will be restored here all the pending orders will be listed below so this pending orders are nothing but the date has been exceeded and the delivery date but still customer has not turned out to take those deliveries that is unclosed deliveries right so uh you can see here the upcoming orders will have a book Number the customer name mobile number order number again and you can say total total amount for that particular order and what is the amount they have paid and what is the balance amount they have to pay and when is the delivery and when they have the made the order delivery date is the upcoming delivery date and or it is a date when they made the order any refund and what's the status you can take a printout about the particular order detail or you can cancel the order or if you need you can edit the order this payment is nothing but if the customer is coming and making a second payment or settlement other than you can use this so we'll make a new order and complete this process first thing you to enter a new cake order which you are receiving will be from here once we click the particular button it will ask you for a book number that after clicking that so you can see a screen here so it will show you the current date and payment mode if a customer is wants to make a payment and by cash or card or paytm or anything like that so by default cash has been selected so and you have to enter the customer mobile number so I'm entering my mobile number once I enter it will ask me the customer name so if he is an existing customer it will show you when you enter the mobile number automatically the name of the customer will be displayed so we'll try some other number of existing customer let us see okay so that customer name is not uh in the database so we have to enter it as a new I'll enter it and show you and when there's a delivery when they want the party uh a cake or something like that so I'm just selecting the next date of 16th upcoming date and delivery time delivery time can be of 6 PM or any time whatever time hours minutes 15 30 6 30 PM so in this way you can enter that details after that you can select any category which has been created for this for example to create such Cadillac Brits combo School drinks ice creams puff all these are categories so that categories can be entered in the master there is an option here called group master so this group Master what are the categories you're entering will be listed out here I can select anything like bread and Bun So based on this category that particular item alone will be selected okay so you can see here big bread medium bread whatever breads you have under this category will be stored here this details can be entered in the master of item Master this item master has the option to enter the categories particular item right so I'm just selecting a brick bread and I enter the quantity like 50 quantities or one uh it can be 1 kg of cake something like that as per the requirement so tax details everything can be entered it will be automatically loaded as per as per the item name what you have entered and so you should show you that kg are numbers so as this is a bread and Bun I select the numbers if it is a if it's a cake order then birthday cake you can select the kg okay so packing nodes anything to be optional like you need to pack in brown covers or individual cover individual packs something like that I just mentioned individual packs right so any comments about this particular thing at the same time if you want to add another item and mention any packing notes you can mention the same way so I click another button I select the category like you can see here sweets are there so I select a particular Suite gulab jamun I I select 100 numbers of gulab jamuns required I can see here tax is five percentage for that so you can see the big bread didn't have the tax it now this has attacks now I just select the numbers and I I mention it again pack in individual so in this way you can mention it otherwise if you want to delete a particular item about this order you can delete there is an option here to delete a particular order and the next thing you can see here below that is order option how this customer came to you either here can come directly to the to your place or any other order uh any of the third party uh swiggy zomato or any other third party your website something like that and what is the reason they have made the order is like birthday anniversary farewell function marriage you can choose from this so This these details have been collected for the next time uh alert to the customer so you can mention yeah you can you have the details to be saved here like what kind of order is this and when they have made the order and you can make the reminder to them using this software so see the software will be having an SMS option using that SMS option you can send the reminder also okay so this is the pickup location for example if you have having multiple branches and your customers coming and praising in order to one branch but he wants to pick up to another Branch where the party is being celebrated or anything like that so he has the convenience to select that particular pickup location so that the delivery that once the production completes doing they will send the particular order to that particular pickup location so the delivery production login will know that particular details and deliver charges if in case you want in you want to add I just add 50 rupees to this order taken by the by the employee so I'm I'm the employee I just add another name okay and the thing is you can see 4114 is the actual order but the cgst sdg has been splitted up and you can see total amount of 4800 it's been in round off okay oh it's been round off and you can see that the balance amount is supposed to say 800 because uh you have to enter the amount what the customer is going to make all right so you can enter the particular amount uh payment details here and you can take a printout yes so I what I have to do is to enter a partial amount I make full payment either or Advance payment you can see here as I click the full payment the force 900 came to the advance and completed it now I go for advanced make some partial payments I just pay thousand rupees for this order as an advance amount I once I enter it will show me the balance of three thousand eight and that has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery and along with that if it is a birthday cake I want to write some details on the cake that details can be entered in the message section so I don't have any cake but I just enter some details happy birthday okay after that delivery place anything to be mentioned what kind of delivery and how the customer is asking that can be mentioned if it is not required can I mention nil once I completely entered this you can see another option there is SMS and discount so for example if the customer is asking for a discount the employee cannot directly provide a discount he has to get some approval from the administrator this is a cross check or a barrier to stop unwanted discounts to be provided without the knowledge of the manager or administrator so there is an option called SMS when you tick automatically and OTP will be sent to the administrator so if he enters this particular OTP which is received to the managers or admins uh OTP this discount will be applicable otherwise the discount cannot be provided if this is a kind of restriction provided by the Poes in case if you don't want this kind of frustration you can remove this using uh by the request option right so now we have completed adding 2 two products and we will we have entered some basic details about this order it can be done very quickly for just discussing purpose I'm just explaining you and I click save and print uh okay so it's done so Dax is different for each product it shows in that way so I completed this uh so I have completed placing this order let us see how it's going to show in the front now you can see uh the latest orders has been listed out and future upcoming orders that can be seen here in the list and you can see here this is the pending order that has to be delivered and you can see the date when the customer needs the particular order so pending days are there and uh and other details so there's been the order is in pending stage that has to be delivered so you can see here the upcoming orders are here and uh you can either uh take a printout and see about a particular order and now we can see the copy of this particular Bill and uh so you can see the particular order details and delivery date and place and everything I have entered and so now the thousand rupees and uh it has been this detail so balances season 18 rupees has to be paid by the customer now I again go to the order and see that pending order is there and uh after that uh you have the option to cancel this order or edit this order you can make the payment so you can see here the balance is 570 Rupees is pending you can make the payment about this you can enter the employee name I entered employee one and click OK and you can see here I want to make a settlement so it's still 570 rupee spending I enter the cash mode is like online Cod or anything differently card anything so I see that 570 is the pending the customer is paying remaining 570 and I click the pay amount now you can see here the particular bill has made some changes like there are two payment dates 500 and 570. so that is being completed bill this bill has been complete bill has been completed and you can see here the total amount has been settled so there is no pay pending amount you can see here balance is nothing they have completed the payment right so in this way you can uh you can follow your upcoming payments upcoming orders anything so today delivery orders nothing today the date has nothing uh delivery orders and you can click and see all the
