one of the great things about Dynamics 365 is that it's integrated with all the applications and programs you use on a day-to-day basis in this tutorial here we have Outlook open on The Office 365 platform and what we're doing here is we're entering a purchase invoice from a company we just made up called worldwide importers if we click on the financial link to view the information about the vendor we can quickly enter the invoice and post it after we've done on that we can view the updated information and drill into the post invoice and that's really it and if you notice we haven't left Outlook at all and for the duration of the tutorial here you'll see the level of information and detail we can get while being able to reply to emails and not really take our Focus off and logging into a separate platform once the invoice is posted you can use Dynamics 365 within Outlook to make sure that was posted and check on other information about the company including past entries Into The Ledger this just really highlights what dynamus 365 can do for you and make sure that you're working where you're most productive and efficient thanks for watching if you like what you saw if this was useful changed your work life balance or solved a problem hit subscribe share or give this video a thumbs up if you have questions leave a comment below or visit the website in the description
