if you're a newer artist and you're not taking payments in advance the client's invoice section is going to make your life so much easier side note you should be taking payments in advance it's going to make your life on location so much smoother although I get it I didn't take full payments up until 10 years into my business so to use this feature you'll hit the edit invoice button then you can go in edit any of these fields by clicking on them you can delete any of the fields or you can add your own by clicking the add service button so let's go ahead and start filling this in we're going to do Bridal hair bridesmaid hair and makeup we're gonna do four of them at 300 each we're gonna add some lashes and let's add a travel charge because gas is not cheap these days those two artists are going to add two travel charges of 80 each and because I'm in Ontario I need to add tax no discounts here and then hit the save button now when you're on location if you do more services or someone decides to get lashes last minute you can update the numbers and it'll calculate it for you just hit edit invoice and you can go in and adjust anything that you'd like you can also share this invoice with your client by hitting the share invoice button from here you can send it as an image or a link this is how the image will appear when you're sending it as a text and if you decide to share it as a link this is how it'll show up for your client we're also in the process of reformatting these invoices so if you're sending it via text or these links soon you'll have the option to have your own branding appear on these pages
