video background

Mark case study proposal template

hello everyone in this particular video we are going to discuss how to present your answers in theoretical subjects examination like law or audit so I'm going to discuss my IPCC certified copy of law of November 2016 we're in height scored a total of 80 marks out of hundred and I just discussed what are the key points which impressed the examiner and where did I lose my marks so I have scored a total of 80 marks or a hundred so this is 77 given on my certified copy but if you have a look at my mark sheet of IPCC I have got a total of 80 marks okay so this means that I see a does give grace marks this was possible because of the presentation maybe my presentation was better maybe because I had written almost all the section numbers an examiner liked that particular thing so it is possible that you can get grace marks because I see I usually gives grace mass to do students whose presentation is quite neat and clean so according to me make your presentation neat and clean and watch this particular video in order to understand how to present your answers in the examination because there was a comment in the previous video that do discuss your IPCC certified copy of law as I mentioned in my kingdom is a subject or strategy I am discussing the same here with I think I'll be making the videos in English so that it would be beneficial for all the students who are commenting on the previous videos that do make your videos in English okay so let's begin with the analysis okay so the first and foremost advice which I like to give all of you is that try to write your answers in bullet points ok don't write the facts of the case see I have written the facts of the case here but I would recommend all of you not to write the facts of the case because that is not going to be addition of value at all see I have what are written in the facts of the case the thing which was already given in the question that XYZ company passed an ordinary resolution to buy back 30% of its equity share capital this has been given in the question and the examiner is not going to give you any additional mark for this statement try to avoid this particular thing I don't know why I wrote for this question I had not written facts for other questions then - I do not the section number for those of you who asked me whether it is important to memorize all the section numbers or not my take is that it would be beneficial if you memorize all the section numbers because the examiner would check your paper with a different attitude and a different mindset as compared to checking a paper of a candidate who has not written any section number in his answer sheet if I would have been the examiner and if a candidate has written almost all the section numbers I would have definitely checked the paper with a different mindset because I know that this candidate has come prepared and therefore he is going to score good marks even if this candidate does not write any particular questions answer up to the mark I think I can be lenient while checking this would be the mindset of the examiner if you put all the section numbers next right the provision of the section number whatever is the section number you have to ensure that you write the provision and after provision ensure that you also do an analysis of the provision in this question I think I have not done the analysis as such but most of the questions would require an analysis part separately and then finally write the conclusion so this should be the format of writing any answer in your theoretical papers examination this should be the approach in order to solve any case study based questions in your law or audit paper okay also one more thing which I would like to tell is that you have to underline the key words as I told you even in the costing and FM intermediate subject wise the presentation of certified copy that you have to underline all the key words as soon as you finish writing the particular phrase by because the examiner is not going to read each and every word which you've written in your answer sheet trust me the examiners don't get much time to check each and every paper if you have written down paragraphs he is only going to read your key words which you are highlighted by underlining them for instance let's take an example of this particular sentence the company can buy back the maximum 25 percent of the truth paid up equity share capital and free reserves if a special resolution has been passed see what are key words in this particular phrase 25 percent equity share capital free reserves and special resolution once you underline these key words the examiner is going to read only these key words and match with the model answers which he has if they match then he is going to give you marks if they don't match then you are going to lose out on the marks because that is incorrect okay so try to under the key words as soon as you finish writing this answer also one more thing try to underline as soon as you finish writing the questions answer because if you underline at the end you aren't going to get a lot of thing and you have to think through what key words you have to underline you have to underline as soon as you finish off with that particular sentence in order not to do with time one advice which I would like to give if you have time in case you think that you need to draw this line which I have drawn in my answer sheet then only draw these kind of lines otherwise what you can do you can write the section provisions analysis in the margin which is given on the left side for my CF finals in law and audit I have used these margins to write the section provision analysis and the conclusion if you want you can also have a look at the discussion of certified copy of audit and law of CA finance by clicking on the I button it is there an uncommon channel I also share the link earlier through my earlier videos okay ideally this is how you should present your answers in your theoretical examination and finally you should write the conclusion because examiner is going to give you marks only if your conclusion is up to the mark while writing the conclusion ensure that you again underline the keywords the company's proposal is not in order since it passed an ordinary resolution and made the payment out of proceeds of earlier issue of shares which is prohibited under Section 68 so you have to write the conclusion in a summarized manner so that the entire provision analysis and the section number is summarized in your conclusion paragraph itself okay so this is the format which you should adopt in your theoretical papers like law and audit you should write the section number first you should write the provision of that section number then try to analyze what is the provision and how it is related to the facts of the case and finally mention the conclusion this is the format which I had followed in my law examination see if you see for the next questions also I had followed the same format I used to have the question number on the left hand side of the margin some students also had the question number at the top side of the page it completely depends upon you whether you want to write it on the left side of the margin or at the top of the page it is not going to matter at all until and unless your answer is up to the mark so if you see I have written almost all the answers in the form of bullet points see these are the bullet points which I am talking about however even in the provision section these are the additional bullet points which I am talking about for instance these are the three bullet points so this looks good instead of writing them in paragraph form okay so always try to ensure that you write your answers in bullet points when I was able to write the answers in bullet points that is why I was able to score good marks have scored seven out of eight months in this portion also so it is essential to write the bullet points format answer and it is essential to underline all the key words in your answer okay so this is the format which you should follow now referring about this particular question if you see I actually remember I told you in my earlier video that I had referred Muniz bond that is a reference book for law subject this particular format was exactly the same as it was given in Mohnish Banderas law book if you see I have not even drawn I have not even drawn any particular line over here I have simply wrote the answer in the format which was there in Moody's gandhari's book okay so paid promised partly paid or promised I have written them in bullet point rather than writing in paragraph form which was there in the practice manual I thought that if I write in the paragraph form it is going to be monotonous for the examiner to check the answer because if you write in paragraph form he would feel bored to check your paper as compared to a paper which has bullet points okay this is the format which I had referred from a law paper if you want this particular certified coffee I have already shared this through my first video that is important gift for CA finest students but this certified coffee has also been there in the Dropbox link and the Google Drive link see again I have used the bullet points and if you see the examiner has ticked on all the bullet points this is important then I wrote the analysis and finally I wrote the conclusion I did not draw a line in this particular question because I thought that if I draw a line it would just consume a lot of space and instead of that I started immediately by writing the section number and the provision okay so I've got 4 out of 4 MUX in this particular person because of the format adopted and the conciseness and the accuracy of the answer okay so not every answer would require the section analysis and the provision format some answers which are copy are some portions which are purely theoretical you would only require the bullet points okay so this was a question on what is grid point so in this particular question I just wrote the definition of Grapevine and what are the what are the different types of great point so remember you have to underline whatever other different types of great point you have to write the answer in your own bullet points form so that you fetch the maximum for maximum marks possible so this is the format which I had adopted in my long answer sheet because of which I was able to score very good marks I don't know why I lost one mock here this was a Formica question but then nevertheless that does not matter you have understood the format by which you have to present your answers in the examination okay so remember to online remember to write them in bullet points form okay so all the answers if you see they are in the same format this was a case study based question so section provisions analysis and conclusion here there is no analysis as such because the analysis is already covered in the kernel provisions part and therefore I quickly jump to my conclusion itself okay this is how I have written the entire paper of law you can download this particular certified copy if you want from the first video and I think that would help you in order to present the answers in the examination here I did not follow any particular bullet for any particular section analysis and the conclusion format because this was an ethics question and this was not a case study based question so these were the few portion which we had to write like what how should mr. Romney resolve the particular ethical dilemma and this is how I was able to score too much I think I lost two marks in this portion in this question should nevertheless that's not an issue I think you've understood how to present your answers in your law examination okay so let me quickly just go through let me quickly take you through the entire paper so that we can just have a look is there any particular different point which I have written for other answers as compared to the first answers I think more or less that is the format which we have to adopt see for this question if you see I had returned the AFT provision and the conclusion this was only of one marker or to mark a question if I'm not wrong so I wrote the Act I was not confident about the section number so I did not write the section number over here so I was smart enough to write only the name of the Act and the provisions okay so at least write the name of the app if you are not sure of the section number wherever you are sure of the section number do write the section number also this is the format which you should I did your doctor so that we can fetch the maximum marks okay so I think that is the format which I had adopted and this is how I was able to score good marks I don't think there's anything else which have to discuss through the other answers try to write the answers in bullet point format try to write the section provisions analysis and conclusion and just try to ensure that you have very neat and clean presentation so that the examiner is completely Emperor initially itself okay so I think this particular video was useful for all of you if you like this particular video on presenting your answers in examination like law and audit to share this video with all your SI intermediate or final students for all of them who are preparing how to write the answers in your theoretical paper subject and do subscribe the channel for having more educational content
