[Music] [Applause] hey if you're a startup consultant an incubator or accelerator or just entrepreneur support organization and you help entrepreneurs launch and grow their business part of that process is probably going to be creating a set of financial projections in order to raise investment or secure loan capital and i think we have a set of templates and tools that can really help save you a lot of time and and headache uh my name is adam hooksema i'm the co-founder of projection hub and we help entrepreneurs create financial projections for investment lenders and just internal planning and we have uh over the last decade created a library of financial projection templates and specifically here we've put together a bundle of our tech related financial projection templates i wanted to show you um and share a little bit more about with you today different templates that we have so we've got a two-sided marketplace template so for marketplace businesses like an airbnb or an uber type business model we have standard e-commerce and then a couple different variations of our e-commerce model and more of an advanced inventory model and then a subscription model so this would be like your subscription box um [Music] type of type of ecommerce model so you're sending your customers a box every month or quarter that type of thing we have e-commerce plus retail so if you have a physical retail space but you're also utilizing e-commerce you kind of want a hybrid approach we have a template for that we have a hardware and sas model for businesses that have a software subscription component as well as a hardware device as well then our mobile app template our enterprise software as a service template a sas template with a free trial component kind of just your standard sas general financial model we have manufacturing in here this is really probably more for direct to consumer businesses our manufacturing items it could still sometimes be considered kind of within the tech realm and then also just our professional services template that sometimes our technology related companies also have a kind of a tech enabled professional services focus and so that's the the group of templates here i'm going to show you here our mobile app template just so you get an idea of what you're getting with each of these templates so all of them kind of culminate in this summary at a glance tab with your five-year profit and loss at a glance some unique data [Music] kind of based on each template so for example here we're looking at total new users total marketing spend active users for subscribers and so on we've got some tables about how you've used the startup source of funds and uses of funds and then a number of different graphs and charts that you can see here as well as a five-year income statement five-year cash flow statement five year balance sheet they're all integrated together and that's annually and then we have five year income statement cash flow and balance sheet by month as well and and really so that's what you're going to get with all the templates you're going to have that same structure on the deliverable but then each one's going to have a different set of tabs here with input assumptions and so you know as an example here's our input revenue tab in the mobile app where we're kind of building up through customer acquisition through ad spend and organic turning those users and some of them into subscribers if you have a subscription model with your mobile app we also support ad based revenue and in-app purchase revenue for mobile app businesses [Music] you can kind of get a glance here of the expense model where you can add your operating expenses on a fixed fixed dollar amount per month a per fte or per head count or a percentage of revenue so there's a lot of flexibility there on the expense side of things as well as the ability to add head count or staffing salary positions here and so that's really the basic summary of how all these templates kind of work they're all very similar in that way but have unique revenue models primarily for each different financial projection template so i think there's a lot of value here that can save you a lot of time if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me at support projectionhub.com or leave a comment in the comment section of the video below also if you want to find that where you can purchase these template bundles we'll link to the template bundle in the video description below alright thanks and let us know if you have any questions
